If you are dependent on having wifi you will want to stay somewhere else. To get wifi you have to be in the lobby. It does not reach the rooms. It seems a bit pricy for the caliber of hotel but tgen every hotel seems spendy in DC especially around airports. On the plus side, there is an indoor pool and a jacuzzi although there was a sign for the two days I stayed saying it was closed for maintenance. The shuttle leaves only on the hour but the drivers were very nice and helpful and bonus the will drop you at the air museum on the way back to the hotel and pick you up. A worthy endeavor if you have time for it.

The overall stay was amazing! It was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. HOWEVER, the chlorine from the pool was so strong, it gave me & quite a few other guests headaches. I went down to try to enjoy it but the chlorine smell was so overwhelming that I wasn’t able to be in long. You could smell the chlorine as soon as you come through the entrance. It was so bad, I could still smell it hours after leaving the pool/ hot tub. Big no no.

Stayed one night on layover. Free airport shuttle. 1st shuttle leaves property at 7 am. And all day on the hour. Their last shuttle for the night departs the hotel at 10 pm and takes at least 15 minutes. If you’re waiting at IAD to go TO the hotel, then the shuttle arrives around 20 mins past the hour. It’s a clean property and has an indoor pool. The beds were standard full-size (not queen), but were comfortable as were the pillows, and it was quiet. There’s a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker/coffee, etc, The desk is large and has a swivel task chair. There’s also an armchair next to one of the beds. The TV is large, bathroom small but has the necessities. Dove branded toiletries. Free breakfast at 6:30 am. It’s a standard free hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy, had hot and cold selections. Coffee was good. The shuttle driver didn’t show up on time in the morning so had to take an Uber. It all worked out. Would stay again but use Uber instead of their free shuttle.

The place us in a handicap room so no bathtub the toilet doesn’t flush properly the floor in the rolm where dirty the windows shades where broken so the could lift they had something the y put together to hold the windows shade the hot tub doesn’t work the workers had me and my wife wait 2 hours just tells the hot tub hasn’t worked in 2 months we couldn’t use the pool because they had secondary business being ran which was a swim school/classes from 4-8 pm this overall wasn’t what i was expecting at all

Overall was a below average experience. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was nice enough but that was about it for the good stuff. The hard floor in the room didn’t appear to have ever been mopped, corners of the bathroom were super gross. The carpet was sticky and had some debris when we checked in as if it hadn’t even been vacuumed. The property seemed a bit run down, especially the pool area. The only staff we saw were what was probably the manager sitting in the lobby every time we came down staring at us with a very judgy face. Never a smile or a hello or anything. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

We had to change rooms three times because there were bodily fluid stains on the first two beds and the second room had hair in one bed and nasty brown stains in the other bed. The third room we finally stayed in because it was late and we were exhausted. There was hair in that bed and a roach crawling on the floor in the bathroom. There were also nasty stains on the couch. Would not choose to stay here again. The staff was very helpful and had good customer service. That was the only plus to this stay.

The tv remote did not work, there was mold on the ceiling above the shower, and the ac in the room did not work well. It put out ‘cool’ air, but circulation was poor. I booked this hotel for 2 nights on 25th of June 2025 due to flight delay. I paid full amount for 2 nights on hotels.com. However when we checked in the hotel request $50 security deposit which we paid on card. On checkout with no extra charges to pay, we request this deposit to be returned in cash as we are leaving US. However the receptionist informed us that it will be returned to our card within 3-5 working days for sure we don’t need to worry. We trusted the hotel and left without the deposit returned in cash. But after 2 weeks we still have not received the refund. We were clearly scammed and I would not advise travellers to book this hotel.

They should tell people during online registration otherwise why wait for empty rooms until 3pm if your arrive @11 or so. I have no idea, as I call for the complimentary shuttle from the airport and was told it would 1-1.5 hrs. I asked for manager and the person hung up on me. I took uber and when arrived, the clerk denied hanging up and kept arguing. He said I no longer could stay and that I was trespassing! My phone was dead, so I sat down to charge and he called police. WTH?!? I got enough power to call uber and went to stay at another hotel!

We have stayed here numerous times. This visit suffered from a room with very noisy mechanicals. The A/C fan sounded like a turboprop taking off. The refrigerator made mysterious chuffing noises that finally stopped when we unplugged it. They are continuing with 'on demand' housekeeping services which works OK if you don't mind asking. On the ++ side, their morning coffee is GREAT in the breakfast room.

Quick check in, comfortable bed with nice cool silky sheets. Overall it was convenient and a good night stay. I encountered the following problems, so I could not give highest rating: bathroom sink was very slow to drain, and although I reported it immediately, it was never fixed; when I returned to the hotel after midnight the parking lot was full; there were no gluten free options at free breakfast and only styrofoam plates (bad for environment); there was no tea in the room (only coffee); the cleaner knocked on my door before 9 am (Sunday!) even though my stay was for one night only.

Arrived at the hotel, they Price gouge you with charging you to Park when it’s located in a suburban area. I see if this is in New York City or downtown DC this would be acceptable but where it’s located there are other comparable hotels that do not charge parking in the area which immediately put a sour taste in my mouth. Should’ve stayed at a hotel that had transparency with fees. That evening, I called the front desk asking about hotel transport to the airport and was told they would transport every half an hour on the hour. I arrived, packed and ready to go in the shuttle earlier than at the Time on the hour and was told the shuttle already left and I was pressed for time. I would say the management needs to improve… the place seems to have a lot of potential but simple key things need to be changed
