First of all , they told me they have problem with their Wifi ,so all the hotel no Wifi for 3 days. They told me they have Breakfast but its just a small corner with Coffee which is not brewed well like a fake Coffee and with some small snacks for kids. Inside the hotel almost every thing is very old that too easy to lose and off when you use it.

The good first: The hotel is right off the highway with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms have a full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, and cabinets. The bad: The hotel is extremely run down. It’s dark and dingy inside and the furniture shows extreme wear. The mattress was lumpy and hard. My wife ended up sleeping on the couch because it was more comfortable. And I ached all day after a rough night in the bed. But I think the most disconcerting thing was that the room was dirty. The floor was sticky and the showed had a layer of dust all over it. Other notes: The WiFi maxed out at 1.6 mbs and the “breakfast” was a granola bar and a cup of coffee.

When I arrived the machine that makes the door cards was broken and it took 8 hrs for me to get my card made. The staff walked me up to the room and unlocked it with a master card. The outside door was propped open with a rock. Looked like on purpose not sure the key cards worked in the outside door. The nice little pond with walkway was nice, but there were geese and the poop from them was all over the grass and sidewalk. Like tons of it. But for the price of 60-80 per night it was fine and served our purpose. 10 min from airport.

Not my taste of hotel. Not clean, lacks modern amenities. There was this smoking smelling in the room that made our sleep terrible cause we couldn’t breath clean air. I am disappointed in Expedia for this hotel package.

The staff greeting us late at night on the property were very courteous and kind, however, the property itself was not what was pictured or expected. The property had an off smell to it throughout the whole place, no amenities in the room, and our room had a lot of wood peeling off from the pantry as well as the walls were in the midst of being painted. The floor was also oddly sticky, it seemed as if the room had not received any room service or maintenance at all. Thankfully this place was close enough to the airport so it’s convenient to be able to not have to wake up so early for a flight so it’s manageable for a short stay. It’s also very close to a nice plaza with a lot of dining options and places to go so it’s a very very conveniently located spot. Perhaps we got unlucky with a room still in progress or being remodeled since the hotel was having active maintenance that woke us up early in the morning, but I was disappointed with our stay.

Property is on a small lake behind a office area which fronts to the highway near Dulles Airport...this hotel in process of re-branding to Main Stay Suites and there is NO signage at the road and only a small banner on the building. Place is clean, staff is okay but need more training. Building is clean but dated, the layout is good, heard noise all night due to thin, unpadded carpet in hallway. Bathroom door would not shut, not properly installed. Bath fan comes on when light is on and makes grinding noise, and makes odd noises. Overall not too bad, but management needs some clipboards and every room inspected.

There was a dvd player in the room, but it could not be used. You couldn’t change the input on the tv. Any time we asked the front desk for help with something they acted like they couldn’t do anything about it. Over all, it was decent for the cheap price.

I was SO not impressed - first room had the shower rod falling out of the wall and cutting all over the floor of the tub making for a real fall Hazzard. My new room had no cooking supplies and no hairdryer.for an extended stay hotel woefully under whelmed. I went to the desk for silverware and the ones she gave me were dirty. Not going here again

Very nice room with good use of space but the bed was hard as a rock with no pillowing on top. Suggest adding a mattress topper if you are going to use such hard beds. Also, it would be nice to have an arm chair to sit on not just the desk chair. And while a kitchenette is nice, its useless without some basic pans, silverware, plates, and cups.

We couldn't find the person that was supposed to check us in for a long time, and then I had to call the head office for them to find him. The bathtub had a black line, either dirt or mold all along the lip of the tub. The toilet was so rocky you would think you are in a boat!

The guy sold the room that was reserved by the time we came in and we were left wigh one queen bed room for 4 of us. Such an uncomfortable night we had to spend after 10 hours of drive. The sofa bed was littered witb food and the room smelt discusting. Horrible room And service

This property is not as pictured. There are a lot of smells that hit you when you walk in. I figured someone walked in with food before me, but I don't think that's the case after seeing everything. It was very shady with a shady clientele. It seemed like a rent-for-the-hour kind of place with random children in the lobby at 12 AM. A gentleman was given a key to someone else's room. When he told the clerk the latch was on the door, the clerk told him he was opening it wrong. I just wanted to shower and take a quick nap before my flight. I would not recommend this place. It felt unsafe and felt uneasy with the staff and the doors being propped open with rocks in the middle of the night. I not only lost money because it was nonrefundable but I lost time. I read reviews and believe they are fake.

I don’t know why the clerk sat at a desk in the back texting while I stood at the counter waiting for 15 minutes. The room was clean but needed a lot of repairs. Another great experience here. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to a plethora of food choices and grocery stores. The staff is awesome as well! Very respectful.

The good first: The hotel is right off the highway with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms have a full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, and cabinets. The bad: The hotel is extremely run down. It’s dark and dingy inside and the furniture shows extreme wear. The mattress was lumpy and hard. My wife ended up sleeping on the couch because it was more comfortable. And I ached all day after a rough night in the bed. But I think the most disconcerting thing was that the room was dirty. The floor was sticky and the showed had a layer of dust all over it. Other notes: The WiFi maxed out at 1.6 mbs and the “breakfast” was a granola bar and a cup of coffee.

When I arrived the machine that makes the door cards was broken and it took 8 hrs for me to get my card made. The staff walked me up to the room and unlocked it with a master card. The outside door was propped open with a rock. Looked like on purpose not sure the key cards worked in the outside door. The nice little pond with walkway was nice, but there were geese and the poop from them was all over the grass and sidewalk. Like tons of it. But for the price of 60-80 per night it was fine and served our purpose. 10 min from airport.

The staff greeting us late at night on the property were very courteous and kind, however, the property itself was not what was pictured or expected. The property had an off smell to it throughout the whole place, no amenities in the room, and our room had a lot of wood peeling off from the pantry as well as the walls were in the midst of being painted. The floor was also oddly sticky, it seemed as if the room had not received any room service or maintenance at all. Thankfully this place was close enough to the airport so it’s convenient to be able to not have to wake up so early for a flight so it’s manageable for a short stay. It’s also very close to a nice plaza with a lot of dining options and places to go so it’s a very very conveniently located spot. Perhaps we got unlucky with a room still in progress or being remodeled since the hotel was having active maintenance that woke us up early in the morning, but I was disappointed with our stay.

First of all , they told me they have problem with their Wifi ,so all the hotel no Wifi for 3 days. They told me they have Breakfast but its just a small corner with Coffee which is not brewed well like a fake Coffee and with some small snacks for kids. The Heater in the room was not working. However, the staff ensured that we do not suffer by switching us to a different room. The breakfast is worst. It is simply only a couple of energy bars and coffee that is at best mediocre. Falsely advertising as breakfast!!

Room needed a lot of cleaning and work, No remote for the tv, no toilet paper holder. Kitchen cabinets had peeling paint. Free breakfast is the usual store bought individually wrapped muffins, oatmeal with hot water and granola bars. Nothing fresh, the same stuff every day that the remove from a cabinet.

Not my taste of hotel. Not clean, lacks modern amenities. There was this smoking smelling in the room that made our sleep terrible cause we couldn’t breath clean air. I am disappointed in Expedia for this hotel package.
