I had a good breakfast definitely! The room was okay and the AC was noisy. The only problem I faced was during the checkin I had to use the stairs to 2nd floor with all mu heavy luggages and with my aged mother and kid. I am not sure if there is an elevator or a luggage carrier but such options were not provided to me.

Room had sofa chair and nightstands. Breakfast was hot biscuits and gravy with other carbs and yogurt. Clerk was very helpful with our late check-in.

When we arrived the desk person was abrupt to the point of rudeness. I have never gone into a hotel without being greeted with a smile and a welcoming word. This woman never looked up just asked, basically, what do you want. After telling her we had a reservation, still without making eye contact, she demanded a name. She handed me the key cards. Told us to go back out the door and around the corner to the door. When asked about the breakfast offered, she finally looked at us. Told us it is from 6-9. When my husband asked again for the times she glared and said, " 6 to 9!". Turned around and walked away. Customer service from her was awful and insulting.

The front desk lady was rude in person and on the phone. Air conditioner didn’t work. The room wasn’t that bad except the drawers and the bathroom look like it had mold in the corners. Their rooms aren’t that soundproof you could hear kids and people yelling and talking in the halls at night.

The room was comfortable but the air conditioner was loud. While the luggage cart was appreciated, its useful days are about over. The room was clean but the breakfast area could use a little more attention. An example is the top of the garbage container was very dirty. A quick wipe now and again would take care of that.
