Outside of the motel needed some detailed work from painting, landscaping, and general cleaning. The motel lobby was decorated with Halloween decor. I would have preferred Fall decor. It would have been more pleasing to see. First floor hallway was dim. Needs more lighting. The room was Ok, but needs detail cleaning ... I mean detailed cleaning. The hot tub was really a "cool" tub. It was not hot at all. The lobby needs detailed cleaning: windows, floors, and the dishes that have food in them like for apples and oranges. They looked dirty. The TV in the lobby stayed on one type of screen. It would be nice and appropriate for the motel to have the Weather Channel on for those traveling to see how the weather will be when they are traveling. *I will say that the young lady at the registration counter was very nice and friendly!

The room was clean and in good repair. The hot tub was out of order, but the pool was heated. Thank you Econo Lodge in Livingston for actually heating your pool during the winter months. Breakfast was great, with lots of options. The Front Desk let me switch to a ground floor room when I heard that they didn't have an elevator. So Awesome! Thanks for making my stay so wonderful.

This property was perfect especially if you are traveling with your pets. They truly are concerned that the dogs enjoy their stay after being in a car all day and are good if you need to leave them in the room instead of sitting in the hot car to go eat or use their pool. Rooms were very clean and nice bedding.

Right off the highway, pet friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast choices were fine. Hot tub and pool were iffy. Needed some cleaning and maintenence and water levels were lower than they should have been. Chose not to use. Not traveling with kids so not a deal breaker. Stayed in mid May so hoping that this gets taken care of before tourist season. Desk clerk reccomended Rosie’s pizza for delivery. Great recommendation! Fast delivery right to our room and reasonable prices. Great pizza and salads.

Safe, rooms were clean, staff helpful and friendly. Common areas not clean, area in front of ice maker really gross, garbage overflowing throughout our stay (particularly on the 2nd floor stairwell landing). No elevator- not a problem for us, but may be for others. Pool and hot tub in dire need of updating. Included breakfast was the best we"ve had in most chain hotels; HOWEVER, and it's a big however, the breakfast area was the filthiest we've had. For exampme, the fridge was full of layers of fingerprints and it was sticky (we were the first to breakfast-right at 6AM). The waffke-maker handle was costed with redidue,etc., etc.

The property is in dire need of updating. The hallways and entries had debris on the floor and our room was less than clean. When we contacted the front desk for assistance we were told "sorry" and no one ever came to resolve our concerns. The rates for this property are extremely inflated for what you get, based on its proximity to Yellowstone I assume. I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Staff was nice. Room had damages. Shower wall had a hole in it. Door had notches in it, like it had been slammed a lot. Window screen was hanging off.

The check in clerk was really nice and very helpful. The room smelled like vomit, the chairs were dirty, one was an old vinyl office chair that had part of the arm that was really ripped up with stuffing sticking out. Sheets were polyester as was the bedding. The rugs in the hallway were well tracked, windows dirty and outside was unswept. I should have taken photos. So, if you want a cheap place to stay, go for it.

We were very disapointed in our room and the stay overall. We were provided a desk with a lamp. There was no outlet anywhere near the desk so the lamp could not be used. What few outlets that were provided in the room were so old and worn that nothing would stay plugged in so we were not able to charge our phones on hearing aids. There were stains on the sheets of the bed. I noted that they had standard residential washer and dryers not commercial machines. When I went to breakfast to get a cup of coffee I was told they did not provide decaf coffee. I don't recommend this motel and will not stay here again.

The trash containers outside the hotel were spilling over and were not emptied once during my four day stay. The breakfast area had not been cleaned or disinfected and crumbs and spills from previous day were present the next morning. Could never find anybody tending the front desk.

Extremely thin walls and noisy floors. Anyone walking up the stairs shook the entire place. I could hear a screaming kid five doors down like I was sharing their room. My bed was on some kind of weird metal platform that rattled and creaked every time I move more than an inch.

The check-in was fast, efficient and friendly. The room was clean and acceptable. The only negative experience was that the air conditioning unit was making grinding noises, making it hard to sleep. Also, the desk telephone in the room was not working. Although there was not a pool, I was not necessarily expecting it at this budget price.

Check-in was super easy and convenient. Filled out my info for my car and got my room key. Downsides; some dings and dents in the furniture and walls, there were some tiny holes in the sheets and chair, the curtains were falling off their hangers, and the air conditioner was falling apart and a little gross. My room was the first room at the top of the stairs, and anyone who came through the side door would make their presence known, with a slamming sound and a shaking of my room. However, on the flip side, the staff were friendly, the room was overall clean, the bed was suuuuuuper comfy, there was hot water, and the breakfast options were fairly good (though the waffle maker wasn't working). Overall, for a budget hotel, it was pretty decent. Would stay again if I'm visiting and tight on money.

The property front desk person was very rude and she literally removed the breakfast even before designated time 9am. My family went to breakfast at 8:30 am and requested to allow to do breakfast, however she rudely said no and started removing everything. When politely requested to provide contact number for property manager, she threatened me and my family that she will call cops to have us removed. This is terrible and worst experience I ever had with any hotels staff.

At check in, they first charged the wrong card. I used hotels.com pay at property option and they charged the card I used to hold the reservation without asking me. When I brought this up to them they attempted to refund my card and charge the correct card but ended up charging my card again, plus the other card. I brought this up at check out where they refunded one of the charges but then I still was charged on my card AND my husband's card for the room. We were double charged and have not been able to resolve the issue. The hotel's phone number doesnt work and the email correspondence that was trying to help me has a full inbox and cant accept any more emails. So I guess I'm stuck with this double charge.

Myself and my friend both had our own rooms, across the hall from each other. Both of us had issues with our toilets filling up and almost overflowing with every flush. I went to the front desk and told the girl. She asked if i wanted a plunger. I said, no I'd like someone to plunge it. She said not her job. We used the public washroom for the remainder of the night and morning.

The front desk ladies were the unfriendliest and most unhelpful we’ve ever encountered. They changed the price when we got there. She said she could raise the price because it was their last room. We told them that we had a reservation. They said it didn’t matter. If we had that. We asked her what would have happened if someone would’ve showed up before us. She said that they would have told us to go find another hotel. When we got to the room the crapshow continued. The AC was so loud and obnoxious, we recorded it and took it down to the front desk. They couldn’t believe how loud it was. She told us she would try to get us a discount. We went back to the hotel room and the blow dryer didn’t work. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work. We had to walk to the front desk and tell them. The AC was so loud we had to turn it off. Couldn’t sleep because it was so hot. At 4:00 am we had to turn it back on. When we checked out, Cassandra was the rudest front desk person imaginable. She said since we booked it online we had to take it up with them, even though the room was all messed up. We were flabbergasted at her and how we were treated. If we would have paid the actual hotel price it would have been over $400.00. It wasn’t worth $100.00 in our opinion.

This hotel is tucked in the very back in between 2 other hotels. Driving at night it was challenging to find. The room was average... it was a bed and a shower. The front desk night agent, she was great. Friendly, very welcoming with her blue hair 💙

Room was OK for the price. My complain is breakfast. It was the skimpiest breakfast I ever seen at any hotel. There was only one waffle machine and we took the last bagel. There was a huge line for the waffle machine because there was nothing else to eat. No fruit, no eggs and sausage (even though they had serving trays for it but there were empty), and not much of anything else. If you only serve waffles, at least get more than one waffle machine.

Needs an updating, very small breakfast area, ran out of food, juice dispenser was empty both days. Where our air conditioner was plugged in, the electric outlet didn't have a cover on it, exposing the wiring. There were limited outlets in the room, other hotels have lamps that have places to plug in your phone, etc. to charge. The light in the bathroom barley lit the room, could have done better with a flashlight! The pool area was run down, didn't look the cleanest. Motel was close to Livingston and the highway. Personally, I would look to stay somewhere else.

Probably one of the better hotels for the price. There were major brands, single location hotels, and motels in the area. The prices in the area are not cheap during the popular summer months, especially around July 4th weekend. The other major brand hotels were at least 50% higher than this one, so that is why I chose this hotel. It also had some of the better reviews for the lesser expensive hotels in the area. The hotel and rooms were clean and the rooms were comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. The breakfast was not very good. The waffle maker stuck like crazy and was basically short of ruined. You could half the waffle off, but the other half stuck and burned rendering the maker unusable for anyone. They had no hot eggs and only biscuits and gravy for hot food that morning for us, which was not very good. The biscuits were way too soft and doughy and the gravy was too thick and salty. Ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.
