We chose to stay at this hotel because they had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was out of operation due to the need of repairs. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our room had a freezer as well as a refrigerator and a microwave. This cut down on meal cost can significantly. The hotel laundry was useful and convenient. We were able to use the business office to print out our boarding passes.

This hotel needs a series update. It’s old and lacking repair. Our main door to the parking lot was very loose and would be easily broken into. The room was okay for cleanliness. There was no maid service for our entire 4 night stay. The air conditioner was very noisy but cooled okay. This place is okay for a short stay when you’re looking to save money. It’s conveniently located and fairly quiet but parking is very limited. We always had to park away from our room during the stay. I will opt for a different place next time.

The hotel was short staffed, and there are signs as soon as you walk into the area where you check in. The staff were extremely nice and they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off to accommodate guests. Kudos to them for working so hard. The rooms were ehh. The bathrooms really need some TLC. Along with the plumbing, because the faucets were leaking etc. The ice machine was down and has been down for some time, because they are unable to find a company to drive to the area to fix it. Which is sad because after traveling for 10 hours, my father needed ice for his C-Pap machine and did not have any. If this hotel is owned by the Wyndham corporation, you should take some time to visit your hotels and stay the night and see how you would rate the place, and focus on your employees who work their butts off to accommodate the guests, with not the best working conditions.

The hotel isn't clean and the room smells of mold. The door to our room had inch gap from the trim so the exhaust from the cars outside made for terrible breathing conditions.

The bed was comfortable, but that's all i can was good. The room was musty smelling and the flooring was uneven and seemed warped. There appeared to be mold on the AC unit and around the bathtub faucet. Overall cleanliness could've been better as there was hair all over the pillows and bathroom. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Floors are damaged and dirty, sheets had stains on them. Fridge and A/C unit noisy. Front counter left unstaffed, ice machine broken. Shower had little to no pressure and no constant got water. Was like someone was turning the hot and cold on constantly.

Easy access, staff very polite and helpful. Large wad of dark hair in toilet on arrival... easy flush but yucky. Spilled some water and towel filthy from floor when wiped up. Nice wood floors but think need to know how to mop not just dust or vacuum

Unfortunately, this was not a place I’ll be returning to. Primarily because it wasn’t clean. The sheets were visibly dirty, the laminate room floors were dirty, the carpeted hallways were in need of a vacuum, and the smell of garbage near the pool entrance was overwhelming.

If you like black mold showers, stained up mattresses to sleep on, hair everywhere, bags covering smoke alarms, who knows what splattered on walls then this is the hotel for you. The room was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! If there was a place for pictures it be posted also. Find somewhere else to stay. So gross!!

Expedia and google both state breakfast is included and it is NOT. They don't even offer a breakfast which is always a factor for me when booking a place to stay. The pictures are deceiving as the rooms are not what they seem. The floors are incredibly uneven, the tv remote did not work the TV, walls/doors were incredibly thin so you can hear everything next door and in the hall. When the neighbors had their lights on you could see them through the joining doors at 2am. Be prepared to test your reflexes in the shower as the temperature consistently went from hot,cold, hot,warm, cold etc. The room was hot so we went to open the window and the screen wasn't completely inserted. We had to get creative in order to keep the window open without allowing someone to come in from the outside which was a concern being female travelers in a ground level unit. After a long driving day a good night's rest did not happen due to an uneasy feeling. I wasn't expecting much but was definitely expecting more than what we did. I will say, the young gal working the front desk was very lovely.

Shower went from freezing cold to scalding hot every minute or 2. Very uncomfortable. Do not let small children shower if thats what they're used to. Otherwise our stay was ok. Front desk staff was fast and efficient. Room was clean and suited our needs for our 1 night stay. Close to a shopping and eateries.

Terrible place. Deadbolt to the outside door did not work. Digital heating/cooling unit did not show any readable info so super hard to set. No clock. Splashes of something red dried on the walls. Dried sticky spots on the floor. Dirt and chipped pieces from the hard floor under one bed. Shower pull did not allow much water to come through the shower at all. They need to do a lot of improvements there!

The room was clean, but the shower was cold (no hot water) and the water in the sink was only hot (no cold water). The heat/air conditioning didn’t work,so we slept with the window open. Luckily it was cool outside. The area was not great, but was safe enough. I don’t think I would stay there again

I called to let them know I would be arriving late at night and when I arrived the front desk clerk continually complained about how she had to work an hour past her scheduled shift. Then, when I went to open the door to my room, someone else was already in that room. It took 45 minutes for the front desk clerk to move my reservation to a new room, which happened to be right next door to the original room. The room was a little sketchy, it looked like someone had kicked in the door at some point and they patched it back together. The floor felt like it had sand on it, so I put my socks on, and they were very dirty by the time I left. The bed sheets and other linens looked and smelt clean. I was only in this room for 6 hours and that was long enough, I won't go back.

We arrived at 2:45 for 3pm checkin after a long day of travel. Lobby was empty. There was a sign to call 1-800 Wyndom national number to check in with a sign stating short staffed. Staff woman eventually came and was flustered, said there was a plumbing main break and that we cannot check in until 3pm. She was kinda grumpy and made us feel like we were a bother. Despite the open front area where you could park right in front of your door, we were put in the back and then our room around a dark corner. Water puttered brown for a little while from the plumbing problem but then was clear. We didn't drink it, luckily had a few gallons in the car. Bed was comfy. Night was quiet. Tasty Mexican restaurant shared a parking lot so we walked over for takeout which was convenient. We probably won't be back.

The first attempt to check in was a horrible experience - no staff, just a sign with a number to call. 15 minutes after calling twice, someone arrived and was very aloof about the call and delay. Then I was advised checking in anytime before 3pm would encur a $25 dollar early check in fee - it was 8 minutes to 3 at this point. We had to wait an additional 8 minutes. After the 8 minutes, a shift for an incoming desk clerk began and she was friendly/cordial and the check in was smooth after that. The beds were clean & comfortable. The room was clean - had a fridge and microwave, no coffee though but that was available in the lobby. No continental breakfast or breakfast items. Major complaint about the room is the air conditioning unit - the readout display is not functioning well, the buttons don't work, and when we did get it running, if adjustments were made, it shut itself down. It wouldn't change to an auto mode, couldn't change fan speed so it ran on high all night long. Overall it was an ok stay but likely wouldn't choose to stay here again. It was quiet and didn't hear much in regards to traffic or other guests. We didn't eat at the attached restaurant but have eaten there before and it was very good.

Poor staff, nobody at front desk on two occasions, tv broke in first room, had to move me. This place is old and run down, bare basics only. The coke vending machi d was empty of all product, shower water fluctuates hot and cold randomly. I would not stay here again.
Poor staff, nobody at front desk on two occasions, tv broke in first room, had to move me. This place is old and run down, bare basics only. The coke vending machi d was empty of all product, shower water fluctuates hot and cold randomly. I would not stay here again.

When we checked in I was given a room that was already occupied. I went to the front desk and told the clerk he gave me a room that had people’s things in it already and his response was, “that lady never listens.” He gave me another room next to it that had bugs flying on the ceiling and dead bugs on the bed. The door to the room had a gap big enough that I could read my license plate through the crack. We felt unsafe, the room was littered with bug carcasses, and staff was not helpful. I will forever scream from the rooftops DO NOT STAY AT TRAVELODGE in Livingston, Montana.

I got to the motel at 8:30 pm and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. Several people came in behind me waiting also. Tried to check in and could not get the computer to work. Finally got a room and went to it to find someone else in the room already. Went back and talked to the front desk and at that time decided not to stay there and left and found another Motel.

The staff was helpful and we enjoyed a dip in the pool. We slept well and felt safe parking the motorcycle just outside our door. We were able to walk to the grocery store for breakfast goodies and had dinner a a very nice Mexican restaurant right next to the property.

What I expected. I simple, back to the room door motel. It was clean and had all the usual amenities. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast, but did have coffee. Charge for pet was double normal ($30).

The first attempt to check in was a horrible experience - no staff, just a sign with a number to call. 15 minutes after calling twice, someone arrived and was very aloof about the call and delay. Then I was advised checking in anytime before 3pm would encur a $25 dollar early check in fee - it was 8 minutes to 3 at this point. We had to wait an additional 8 minutes. After the 8 minutes, a shift for an incoming desk clerk began and she was friendly/cordial and the check in was smooth after that. The beds were clean & comfortable. The room was clean - had a fridge and microwave, no coffee though but that was available in the lobby. No continental breakfast or breakfast items. Major complaint about the room is the air conditioning unit - the readout display is not functioning well, the buttons don't work, and when we did get it running, if adjustments were made, it shut itself down. It wouldn't change to an auto mode, couldn't change fan speed so it ran on high all night long. Overall it was an ok stay but likely wouldn't choose to stay here again. It was quiet and didn't hear much in regards to traffic or other guests. We didn't eat at the attached restaurant but have eaten there before and it was very good.

The property is older, but the room was comfortable. Our room door was missing the security lock. There were a lot of guests, and the staff was not able to keep up with making coffee in the morning, which was disappointing.
