The room rate was too high for this property. Property could use a lot of updating. Complimentary breakfast was very limited and not very appealing. Hot tub was not operational. Garbage can outside of entry door was overflowing.

Traveling with my dog for a hunting trip. Excellent facility for staying with the dog with a dog park right there at the end where dog rooms are. Will definitely stay here again when traveling through.

Comfortable beds with good pillows. A quiet, good sleep. Hot tub jets are broken. Pool area looks old. Sink in my room doesnt drain well. A bit overpriced compared to a newer room in Bozeman.

We choose to stay here every time we visit. It is very clean, the staff is VERY nice and the pool is a little bit warmer than most which helps when you are an adult that gets in with the kids

The place was clean; that's the number one thing. My room seemed to be well kept. Plus, the service was fantastic, very friendly! I would definitely stay there again. The only con I might make mention of is that the shower was a bit narrow. - If you're a large person you're probably going to be bumping up against the shower curtain. I'm giving them five stars though because they really do seem to keep the place nicely and because the service was so friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was good. Eggs were fresh along with the sausage and the French toast sticks. All the juices were good and the room was clean. Tables were a little messy from the other people that have eating and could have been wiped off because there were crumbs on the tables and I had to clean it off so I could sit and eat. The staff is super friendly and a delightful to talk to. The property had trash by the front entrance in black bags that was blowing everywhere and there was trash in the grass in the back of the building. Pictures make this place look better than what it is. The rooms were clean and sheets and pillows were fresh. There was a little soap scum from the bar of soap from the last people that the cleaning people forgot. Because of this I can only rate this place 3 stars….but 5 stars to the staff because they were so friendly and nice.

The room was very clean, and such a quiet location. The heater/AC was quiet as well! Beautiful breakfast, plenty of shower supplies in the room, coffee maker, microwave, fridge. The staff was delightful, it felt like family. We'll definitely go back.

Location was convenient however, the room, hallways and stairwells were filthy. I had to clean and wipe down my toilet and bathtub. The walls were gross. The paints peeling the carpets weren’t vacuumed.

Everything was fine except we were on the side of the hotel where you could see & hear the interstate. We could hear trucks all night long. That is the only thing we didn’t like. The hotel was nice & comfortable.

Staff very friendly and the room was clean but the bathroom configuration was weird with the sink in the main room.The toilet wasn't attached properly and moved every time you sat on it. The bed was small for a King and pretty hard. The beakfast was good but the coffee was empty by 830 am and not refilled. I would have left a better review if I felt it was better value for the money.

The property is advertised with "sound proofed rooms". We paid a premium for this hotel because of it. We had booked 2 nights but asked for a refund after checking in for the second night due to the noise. The manager has not called back as promised, and its a week later. We moved to a different motel after 1 night but have not yet recieved a refund for the second night. Don't advertise as soundproofed when its noiser than any other motel we stayed in on our trip, both hall/room noise and street noise. Very dissapointed. We will return to the area but find other lodging.

I came into the hotel and Brandon was on the phone with a customer who was not happy with the arrangements he made.. Brandon kept his cool- the entire phone call. In my mind I was thinking hang on up on him!!! I would have! Brandon was professional, the entire phone call! The entire staff was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful sleep!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Due to unexpected car trouble, we weren't able to stay here as planned. Called the hotel immediately when we realized we were going to have to cancel, front desk said the manager would have to okay an exception to waive the charge and also said that Hotels.com would charge either way. Did an online Chat with Hotels.com (excellent service!) and they said they wouldn't be charging for the room as it wasn't being paid for until check-in, they also called the hotel to see if they would make an exception and waive the charge, talked with the same girl at the front desk who said the manager would have to make that call. Hotels.com checked back when the manager arrived and the manager said they would NOT make an exception and would charge for our room. Very disappointing! Their actions have now determined whether we will choose to book a room here again or not. Since we live in Western Montana, and travel through this way often for business and family, it would have been nice to have a more positive experience. For a minimal 1 night charge that they could have easily worked with us on, they have now lost any future bookings. They lose in the long run. And so with that experience, we highly recommend the Livingston Inn instead, exceptional people to work with!!

Front desk tried to change my room from what I had booked. From a large room to a room for a single person I find this unethical and of poor Judgement from management. in my protest they put me in a disabled persons room Still not what I booked on line. If you book a room here Keep a Keen eye on staff trying hard to rip you off.

Had reservation thru orbitz, checked in late that evening after traveling for over 5 hrs, was told they had no reservation for us, town of livingston had no vacancy at any hotel. showed them my reservation over the phone, staff at front desk did not care, did not know what orbitz was!? we had to get back on road and travel to billings for over 2 hrs, called livingston inn to talk to manager, left message with their front desk staff. we received no call the rest of our montana vacation from the manager of livingston inn, to apologize or try to make things right. would not suggest this inn, horrible experience, it looked like a nice hotel, but have no clue except what i saw of front desk area and staff that was far from helpful and put us in an awful situation.

I loved our stat here. The beds were comfortable, it's walking distance from a grocery store and a quick drive from a nearby trail. If you're going to Yellowstone, it's an hour away. The drive is beautiful

Excellent location off the freeway. Large room w/ king bed was very quiet. Breakfast was good w/ various options of eggs, yogurts, cereals. Coffee was available 24/7 in the nice sitting area w/ comfy couches/chairs.
