Stayed 3 nights

So I checked in the other morning and I had no issue with checking in at the time that I did right when they opened the doors at 8:00 in the morning because I had actually reserved it for the night before. I came straight from work and checked in with no problem had no problems the first day in fact I was going to inquire about weekly rates. But then on the Thursday afternoon that I was there. I was laying shirtless on my bed and all of a sudden the door opened up. I was checking rooms and they claim that the system was down and the thing is is that there was one pounding on the door no addressing as to who it was so I ignored it and then my door open and I got pissed. Because my privacy was invaded. Because they were supposed to know that I was in that room and I go to the desk and said someone just opened my door he said yeah it was me and instead of flipping out I just walked out I called hotel.com I asked for a refund I packed my stuff and I went to another hotel. Because the way it was handled was awful. If you knock on someone's door in your checking rooms you knock on the door normally and you would dress who it is and this joker did not address who it was. He just pounded on the door once and then opened it and was surprised to find me in the room that I was paying for. He's lucky that I didn't have some sort of weapon with me. But I don't carry weapons with me. I might need to rethink that. B

I was only there for 4 hours to catch a few ZZZZ. Reception was not open but made arrangements for me to get into my room after hours. Old but clean. Very limited parking. I had to park on the street.
