Parking at this facility, when there is an event is impossible. I get people are coming in for an event but for guests actually staying there it was hard to find a place to park my car. Floors outside of elevator on 5th floor were soaked and it smelled moldy up there.

What a beautiful water front property! The staff were super friendly, the restaurant was DELICIOUS and well-priced, new renovations. Just wished there was more parking, but it looks like they'll be opening another lot soon. We'll be back!

Place was pretty and staff was nice. But the only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool for our little one and the pool was closed when we got there. Booked through Expedia and it said nothing about the pool being closed.

We had a wonderful stay in Suffolk! The hotel is undergoing slight renovations but all the facilities remain open. The fitness center was very nice as was the pool. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful even when we had a slight issue at the beginning, they were happy to help us change rooms even on a busy Saturday. The room itself was very nice too and the bed was comfortable. The location is amazing and so close to everything. We had no noise issues or other complaints.

Just like our last Expedia purchase the pool was closed. That's the ONLY reason this location was rented. The last trip to Williamsburg VA the ENTIRE hotel was shutdown except for our rm apparently and it had four available parking spaces and the rest of the lot was filled with trash containers and shipping containers as the entire hotel was under renovation (pool, gym, only thing open was the lobby in Williamsburg, VA). We will NOT be using Expedia any longer to rent rooms as you are unaware of any such events taking place.

The restaurant onsite had great food all three meals . The wait staff was excellent . Very attentive including the bar staff . Check in and out was smooth. It is an older hotel but kept up well and everything was very clean . The view from the porch out to the river is beautiful and relaxing .

The shower curtain was dirty and torn, the TP holder was falling off the wall, the bathroom lacked cleanliness in general. The price was ok, I guess that’s what to expect.

Staff customer service was exceptional. Heather was great at check-in. The knob for the hand held shower head was broken & the water was slow to drain in the tub. Parking after 7pm can be ridiculous and difficult to find a space at times. Also, my family noticed a bed bug on the wall next to the bed & night shade in the room across from us, so that was disappointing. I was present when it was noticed..No one from the hotel staff bothered to come in to look at it, so it appeared that it was of no surprise to the hotel staff. Appreciated how promptly they responded to switch rooms for my family. I’d stay again because I have personally never had any issues during my previous days. Seeing that bed bug creeped me out but I’ll just make sure to check the beds very closely next time.

The staff was really great, attentive, and friendly. It was fun to have a concert along the river and a farmers market nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The rest of the hotel needed a little more cleaning. Right when we arrived the trash can by the elevator was overstuffed. Not a great first impression. Even when emptied, the can needed to be wiped down. The stairway needed swept, and the pool looked kind of dirty too. So it's a pretty good place, but hopefully they start paying attention to the little things that could make it a great place.

Stayed here for a night as I was passing through town and as I entered the lobby I noticed the trash was overflowing and there was trash on the floor and on a table behind it. I figured staff would be cleaning it any moment so I didn’t say anything about it, I checked in and headed to my room once in my room I began wiping down everything as I entered the bathroom I noticed roaches crawling on around in the bathroom. So I immediately grabbed my belongings and went back down stairs. We were given a new room immediately at this point it was well after midnight we were tired so I wiped things down quickly and went noticed the toilet was running I asked about it and was told it was fine they do that sometimes so we took a shower and got in bed while the next morning water came pouring out of the bathroom flooding the room I called for help immediately and ended up having to gather my items quickly before have to leave well before I planned to it was a terrible experience. However the manager on duty that morning was very helpful and caring and did her best to make things right

It's the bathroom (tub, mirror)was diry. The toilet kept running in my room 409. The server in the dining room name Frankie was the worse server ever. We ordered three omelet and received one, after WAITING, we inquired about the other two after WAITING and getting the manager. The two omelets came with tomatos when i requested not tonhave them the other omelet came with ham when my sister requested not to have ham. My sister asked for pepper and we the server came with pepper to placed it on the other side ofbthe table opposed to putting it close to the person who requested the pepper. Franie was very rude in her comments.

The room was very modern. There were some odd things such as several holes where the toilet paper holder has been reattached many times. The AC doesn’t have a constant fan setting which makes for an extremely loud stay. Our room was close to the elevator so every time the elevator moves you can hear it very clearly. In addition, you can hear all of the echoes from the lobby. Overall comfortable but definitely bring your earplugs.

The overall property is beautiful and the restaurant is a wonderful addition. There were red stains in the carpet of my room and the pillows were filthy and flimsy. With some updates to the rooms this hotel would definitely get 5 stars!

The wifi was down so they had to check in manually. The keys could be be setup so they had to walk to the room to let us in. They did not let us know our room 239 was over the laundry room. The room shook and the loud noise all night. The plumbing was bad and the toilet leaked badly from the bottom. The hotel was booked so no room change.

Pretty hotel beautiful grounds. The beds to to low to the floor. Floor level shower on second floor led to easy flooding in the bathroom. Some rooms look like they need some uodating.

Check-in backed up because there was only one person tending the front desk. And she couldn’t seem to get finished with a single customer. Finally someone else came to help and he quickly took care of everyone. Other than that they seemed short-handed, overall it wasn’t bad. Our bed wasn’t great. Am used to getting “pillow tops” when I travel. I woke with a backache but husband said it was fine. Guess you can’t please everybody

The property was well kept. The beds were absolutely terrible. My husband and I had to end up getting massages on the second day, due to how uncomfortable the beds were. Our price in which we paid for “included breakfast.” Although, when we went to get breakfast at what looked like a normal continental breakfast we were asked for “a ticket voucher.” You would think they would inform you of this at check in and give you them, but my husband and I did not want to stand and wait at the hotel desk for someone to attended to us (not always was someone there). We called one morning to get more towels and toilet paper, it never came so we reused our towels and thank goodness we brought wet wipes. We left for the day and came back, still no extra towels or TP, we were gone for 8 hours and had to call again when we got back and our extras finally came. So I’d say the only 2 good things were the grounds were well kept and we were able to have an early check in.

This is a wonderful property. From the minute I walked in the door to check in to the time we left the property, I felt welcome and at home. The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. The check in process was a breeze. The rooms are large and comfortable. I was traveling with my daughter and I felt the hotel was very family friendly. The location is picturesque. The restaurant “Crust and Cork” in this hotel is fabulous. We had a wildly good time just chatting and enjoying the atmosphere and the beautiful view. They make a fantastic lemonade cocktail called the “Crust and Cork” that is out of this world. Their food is fantastic. Especially their Cacio e Pepe, pizza and wings! Their Mango sorbet is delicious too. If you are passing through and need a place to rest and relax. This is the one. We will return on our next trip to the area. It was a wonderful experience!

We had to go out and came back later. We had a difficult time finding a place to park. Once we did park, we had to walk way around to get inside because there were no paths/stairs from the parking area to the bldg entrance.

Parking was ok but company trucks park across the spaces so about 14 spaces were not able to be used. I had to park on the other side of the hotel and walk around to the front late at night by myself, felt very unsafe. These trucks should be parked on the other side of hotel. It’s very unfair

The breakfast was overpriced for the options. I paid $15 for the buffet and the only item I could eat was scrambled eggs. I usually stay at the Hilton in Suffolk which is much better. When I checked out at the front desk, I was not asked how I enjoyed my stay or thanked for reserving with Hilton. Unfortunately, as a black woman, this is not unusual. The female bartender was very cordial when I arrived 2/10. The other staff were on their phones and seemed annoyed to be at work.

While the hotel is nice enough, it is overpriced for the area. The platform bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast Buffett FOOD was good, but unfortunately the hostess there was very poor in customer care skills. She grilled me to see if I had paid the $10 breakfast charge, and when I came back down for a glass of OJ and a little bit more bacon, she threatened to charge me AGAIN. I am very unhappy with this woman's treatment of me. Hilton needs to do better.

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation but was still functional. The pool was very cold but my grandson didn’t mind. The hotel staff were great and attentive. The breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced. I look forward to staying there again when I am in town.

We were traveling with 2 dogs so we couldn’t go into a restaurant to dine. This facility had a large veranda with a beautiful view. The waitress from the on site restaurant brought our meals out on the veranda and even brought bowls of water for our dogs. Staff here was wonderful.

This property is located in a very convenient place for our purposes. The first floor restaurant is very good, particularly the evening options. Restaurant staff is also excellent, friendly and professional. Service to the room was somewhat disappointing. We stayed for four days and after the second day, expected to receive clean towels and replenished amenities, neither of which was provided. Otherwise, a very good stay.
