Other than the staff who were nice for the most part, this place needs upgrading badly. Found hair in the bacon. Mold in the AC and smelled, poop juice around the base of the toilet. Beds are uncomfortable, left with severe back pain. Pool was decent. Lastly the electrical trucks that took up all the parking spaces in the back and having men sit in the truck and watch you in the pool is not a great feeling

The pool was unavailable. I received a voicemail from management regarding it. The hotel staff at the front desk was never available. Regardless of the time of day, they were never there. The cooking and cleaning crew was perfect ONLY!!!

Our Room was clean but the hallway and elevator floors were dirty. Muddy footprints and squished spiders. The AC in our room was not working so our room Was Hot. The plug was tripped out and The window would not close. Breakfast was mediocre. They had pancakes which my kids were excited about but the were out of regular syrup and only had “diet syrup” which of course didn’t taste good. The boiled eggs tasted like they had been frozen.

The room was dirty when we checked in. Requested another room. Staff was very accommodating but that room was worse than the first. There were brown dirt stains in the tub. We did not stay. Requested a refund but had to call the manager the next day. He refunded immediately and apologized for the experience.

This place was horrible. The sheets on the bed smelled dirty, and the linen on the bed had a few dried up spots that look like blood drippings,the toilet backed up, and started to overflow, sewage smell in the main floor hallway, very low water pressure in the bathroom sink, the mini fridge was holding old stale water around the rubber seal door, the window allowed a draft to enter, due to poor maintenance upkeep, the carpet inside the hallway appeared dirty, and overall the inside is dated, the parking blacktop has oil spots, and the outside of the place needs a good pressure wash.

The property was in a convenient area for my family. But we had a few concerns. The hot water in the shower cut off, the shower pressure was not good. The room door had a gap in it, the bed was comfortable but it squeaked. Breakfast ended at 9am (way too early). The staff was very friendly. For it to be Suffolk the surrounding areas had a lot of shopping options and food options. It also felt safe.

Per the manager William, the beds are new but they are higher than a normal bed so I could not get into the bed without help. I had to get a step stool to get in and out of bed. Very difficult for a 78 year old woman

The hotel was very accomodating for a midnight check in. Breakfast from 7-9 was problematic for us as we arrived after a 14-hour road trip and barely got up by 9AM. The biggest issue was the TV. The bottom half of the screen was distorted.

Overall nice stay! However there was low water pressure in the bathroom. I also walked into my room to find that it was cold which I discovered the screen pried open slightly and the window was open. I closed the window and locked it. Left me a little uneasy.

The room and facilites were great. Comy clean bed. Late at night there were some people yelling outside that i could hear and also there were some kids running the halls making a bunch of noise. Thats not the hotels fault.

The bathroom light/fan was VERY noisy. We arrived at the hotel near midnight and used the bathroom in the dark so we didn't disturb our neighbors. The next morning, we were awakened by another room's bathroom fan. Additionally, the bathroom sing had a hole in the porcelain. Someone must have hit it very hard to break a hole in it. Even so, it should have been repaired. Finally, the room did not have a hair dryer. When my husband went to the front desk to request one, they told him our room number was listed as unoccupied. The hotel desk worker had to go to another unoccupied room to obtain a hair dryer. We were very surprised that there were no extra hair dryers in case one broke or went missing. Overall, we were disappointed in our stay.

We were staying for my father’s funeral at no point was this mentioned to the staff. At every turn the staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. Duke at the front desk made check-in a breeze and had a great manner with children which was a welcome surprise for a mama wrangling 3 kids and weary from travel. If they ran out of something at breakfast at no time did I experience annoyance from the staff at being asked if more of a certain item was coming out. They simply said yes and refilled the empty items. The room was clean and provided what I needed to get a good nights sleep. Housekeeping was super friendly even leaving a note letting us know towels where in the dryer and would be sent to our room when done. I work in customer service so I know what it takes to provide excellent service. This hotel was a 10/10 the employees I encountered were top notch and I’d say again in a heartbeat.

Buffet breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and attended to our needs. Only problem was That our room door would not lock. They quickly moved us to another comparable Room while maintenance fixed the door lock. We got to stay in the new room which was a Upgrade.

We didn't arrive until 330am. Staff helped with a snafu in our reservation, and was very courteous with a late check out. Breakfast set up was very good. Room was comfortable. Price was very reasonable.

Several outlets and furniture items were broken. Floor was not clean at all, trash and dirt around bed. Door lock was intermittent and frequently needed new cards or “a special trick” to open. Staff often replaced keys or replaced lost keys without checking ID or asking names. For several people. You can literally walk in and say you lost your key card and they will give you access to any room you ask for.

I was glad to have several food options in walking distance, so convenient! The property was clean and comfortable. They could have done a little better on the breakfast each morning but it was satisfactory! Over all my stay was wonderful.

The room was clean and large. The hotel is in a good location for restaurants, stores, freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue is the breakfast. Several times they didn’t have scrambled eggs but the sign for it was out at 8:00 am. We had to ask several times if they were going to put more food out (a hour before breakfast was to end). The pancake maker was broken for our entire 6 day trip. The bagels were stale as well. Jonathan was very pleasant, helpful and did the best he could because the food had not been ordered in order for him to prepare it.
