Large lobby area. Plenty of seating and lounging areas. Nice outdoor space along with separate smoking oasis. I don’t smoke but it’s nice to see they have a separate smoking covered patio area for them to enjoy. Clean room with suite options. I will be back

Great hotel, great service! The kids went in the pool but we didn’t stay in it long. The chlorine smell was very heavy in the air it was enough to burn your eyes. The hot tub was way too hot. Breakfast was good and the stay was good.

Air conditioner was leaking way, maintenance couldn’t fix it until the next day. Checked about maintenance next day and they said they didn’t see the request. They put it in again and it was finally fixed. Asked for housekeeping because I was out of towels from the AC flood and was told no because they only do it every other day and they already went around at 8am.. they said they’d at least drop off towels but no towels when I returned that evening. The gentleman at the desk finally brought up towels himself. The hot tub jets or heating element were not working. They said they were going to get rid of the hot tub. The pool water was so cloudy that you couldn’t see your feet.

I wasn’t happy because the rooms were not kept up. Fixtures were loose. Shower heads in both bathrooms were shaking away from wall Sink fixture loose. Stained ceiling and exhaust fan stained badly which were very unsightly. Exhaust fans on fifth floor and second did not work at all. Ottoman on fifth floor was stained terribly I was very disappointed in the Hilton brand

Melva checked us in and was very professional and friendly. The bathroom was clean. Common areas were fine. The room was icky- big streaks on the wall everywhere. They are remodeling, but our assigned room shouldn’t be in use until it’s repainted at the very least. We really don’t mind out dated and scratched furniture- which is a good thing because that’s what we got. The filthy streaked walls were gross. The air conditioner “popped” all night. We appreciated the kind staff but highly cannot recommend due to lack of upkeep.

The fifth floor hallway was very dirty. First 2 rooms weren’t clean. Not adequately stock for towels, nor could we get more until day 2. Roach crawled across where I was making my coffee in the lobby. I have worked and regularly stay at HGI properties. I’m sure it’s staffing issue but clearly there is an overall cleanliness issue as well.

Property was very dirty. Dirty pillow cases, and our room wasn't ready at 3pm. They finally let us in our room around 345 pm. Also, Expedia stated check out was 12 pm but house keeping was trying to kick us out at 11:24. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with Expedia. I would not stayhere again.

Was not able to check in at 3 as promised. Did not receive digital key until 6 hours later. Checkin clerk was rude. Reserved a room with two queen beds, received a room with two full beds, clerk claimed that it was a mistake on the website and they could not fix it and would do nothing about it. Woke up in the morning to a roach in the floor. Bathroom ventilation did not work leaving a layer of steam on everything in there. Sink was clogged so that tons of someone else's debris came out of the pipes when I turned on the water. The most I was offered as compensation was movement to another identical room where hopefully the bathroom would work. Next day, new room, sink works. Toilet overflows. Call down to front desk for help. Am informed that no one can do anything, but I can come get a plunger they have on hand. Had to clean up the mess myself. Toilet clogged two more times after that. To no fault of the hotel - there were doors slamming on my floor until almost 1 am. The beds, however, are under the hotels control and we're very firm. If you're looking for that, this is perfect for you! I'm used to less firm beds so I woke up a bit sore from it. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant! Clean, very well maintained.

*I liked the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the motel. * If I had to give a suggestion of improvement, it would be for staff to keep luggage carriers at front door when possible, we had to go looking for one because we are elderly and have bad backs. The arms/springs on the room doors need to be adjusted, there too tight and we heared doors slamming all through the night. I'd suggest a breakfast menu with a better variety of food choises and prices. The breakfast prices were high. All on all a good stay. Thank you!

Check in was horrible. It took 30 minutes to check in and there was only one person ahead of me. The girl at the counter didn’t seem to know what was going on. It was 12:30 am and there were 5 total people in line waiting for her. Got in the room, TV didn’t work, two towels for a two people two day stay. I bought a drink out of your pantry and it had been opened. Found that out once I got in the room.

Check-in was smooth and hassle free. We left and went exploring and upon returning found an issue with one of our rooms - somehow the bathroom floor was flooded which leaked out into the room. Went down to the main desk to ask for help. Lamar (who checked us in) remembered me on sight and said he was aware of the situation with our room. He quickly got us switched over to a new room with no hassle. The hotel was quite full so I was surprised there was a room available - but he found out while we were away about the issue and held one for us. After this hiccup the rest of the trip was uneventful. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but found it to be what you'd expect from a Hilton Garden Inn - clean and comfortable. The location was nice - a brewery right next door and lots to do in the area. Overall we found the staff to be polite and friendly. We're grateful for Lamar's help and quick action, the trip definitely would have been soured without that. Give that man a raise for excellent customer service.

The hotel was relatively new in a nice, convenient location near shopping and restaurants. It had nice amenities like a restaurant and bar albeit very small, a pool, fitness center and clean, spacious rooms. However, the rooms were cheaply built and the service was mostly terrible except for Claire who worked the bar and restaurant. Everyone else was either rude or indifferent and completely unhelpful. There was rain the night we stayed and the TV didn't work in my room, yet the bar TV worked just fine. Fromt desk didn't care and didn't help. The pillows were like stones and the bathroom fixtures didn't fit well. But it served our purpose which was a warm, safe place to stay for one night so i didn't have to keep driving in the dark rainstorm. The food wasnt great but it there so that was a plus in a storm and Claire did her best make it better.

We were in town for a funeral (3 days) and had 6 rooms booked. Group was mostly 70 years of age and up. We congregated in the lobby for hours at a time. (We were not rowdy and stayed out of the way). The staff was very kind and accommodating. Audrey who ran the kitchen was especially helpful. Had a huge group for breakfast, us and some other family who stopped by, and I know it was difficult to deal with us and all her other customers but she did it like a pro with a smile the whole time. Food was good, beds comfortable and we felt very safe.
