The room seemed fine at first glimpse. I booked because it had a jacuzzi and a pool. The jacuzzi had a sign “out of order” and the water in the pool was cold. The business room that had a computer was old and outdated—windows 8.1. We asked about the light in the business center room, the staff couldn’t get it to turn on and just walked away. The food in the breakfast room was not fresh. One of the bagels had a quarter sized spot of mold. My friend took some of the prepared food and was sick the rest of the day. Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. Some were pulled right out of the wall. I had to pay a $100 deposit that staff said would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. Nurses at the surgery center where we had to go was aware of this place and said everyone knows nit to stay there. Too late for me but please DON’T make the same mistake.It wasn’t cheap either—I paid $130.

Room, bathroom, and bed were clean! The curtains were great at blocking out all the light. The area is quiet other than sirens from emergency vehicles going to the hospital across the road. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff.

Upon arrival the hotel was dirty and needing maintenance we checked in went to our room and it was not cleaned. Opened a door for the fridge and there were roaches. There was crumbs on the couch and looked as if there was no cleaning done we went back to the front desk told them we are not staying. They called the manager to let them know. We drove 6 hours it was 12:45 am and this was not what we wanted to do have to go find another hotel.

The room wasnt met for customers. They was still corking the bathroom shower, their was cleaning products on the sink and a metal top meant to be on the wall was on the bathroom sink as well. There was also a rowelbon the floor. I immediately called to inform to request a changed room and there where none available. So we slept uncomfortably not knowing if the room had been cleaned. The person was extremely positive as she said she would inform the manager so I would get a refund. The next mor ing I followed up amd she was also positive stating they were probably overbooked as the room shouldnt have been available to guests. She told me I had to go thru expedia for my refund through. So hopefully that happens. The breakast was very tasty through.
