This is a fantastic vacation home! We enjoyed the lovely & quiet neighborhood. The home is clean & very spacious. It has luxury appliances, gorgeous kitchen & baths, beautiful light fixtures & fun decor. We're grateful for the garage parking. We loved the wall of trees in back! We'd love to stay again.

Just spend a week at this Scottsdale property. There were 6 adults and this property was amazing. No issues with space or getting in each others way. The property itself is even better than the pictures on the website. The bedrooms were large and the beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Didn’t miss a thing! Pool table and ping pong table were great when we wanted to come indoors along with a vast amount of board and card games. Outside the pool and spa were fantastic. Lots of seating around the yard. Too hot this week to use the fire pit but I’m sure during winter months it would be perfect. There is also a large tv outside that we spend time watching while lounging in the pool. Couldn’t miss the golf… The area the house is in is perfect. About 1/2 hour from the airport, less than 10 minutes to shopping and so many restaurants. Old town is another 20 minutes away and a great way to pass and evening or a day shopping. TPC Scottsdale golf courses were only a 10 minute drive along with so many other courses. Bart was also great in providing information before our trip and checking up on us once we had been there for a day. Overall just amazing!! We all would recommend Bart’s property and we’ll be returning on our next trip.

We stay at a VRBO at least once a year. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. We rented this place for the backyard privacy. We watched college and pro football from the pool….which was perfect. The outdoor TV can be watched from the pool or hot tub. It is in a nice neighborhood and the backyard gives you all the quiet time you need. The house has a well stocked kitchen if you need to cook any meals. Overall it is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would rented again if we are in the Scottsdale area.

We stayed here with our 4 kids, ages 5, 5, 8 and 10. We loved that the pool can be heated quite warm, and spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. We also loved the pool table. Kids loved the bunk beds. We walked down the street to a playground 2x. We would happily stay here again.

Pool was 100 at one point, spa 120. Rental agency just kept telling me I was wrong. They were sarcastic and nasty and eventually stopped answering me at all. I have two toddlers and the pool was basically unusable the entire week.

Pros - Great Location to Mayo Clinic, home is well stocked with amenities, backyard is beautiful, home layout is good, beds are very comfortable, garage is available for 2 car parking.Cons- All TV's are on YouTubeTV which is not user friendly, it is incredibly slow to change channels, and the tv stalls during a World Series final game. Living room sofa looks great but is not comfortable. Several issues were reported to rental company and said they would address but they never did (kitchen sink sprayer stuck on, garage door remote didn't work). No icemaker in fridge, need to bring your own ice. Rental company requires a lot of up front info and all issues are reported via their text message system, just never resolved.

The house was beautiful! Exactly like the photos. We surprisingly spent more time in the house than normal because of the above 105’ temps. But the house was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean and cared for so well. Definitely would rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was ideal, and the house itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was decorated with charming Christmas lights, which made it a fun place to go for a walk in the evening. Bart and the management company provided excellent service during check-in and maintained good communication throughout our trip. While we encountered a minor issue with the hot tub heating, both Bart and the management team promptly addressed the issue. Overall, it was a great experience.

Pool was 100 at one point, spa 120. Rental agency just kept telling me I was wrong. They were sarcastic and nasty and eventually stopped answering me at all. I have two toddlers and the pool was basically unusable the entire week.

Pros - Great Location to Mayo Clinic, home is well stocked with amenities, backyard is beautiful, home layout is good, beds are very comfortable, garage is available for 2 car parking.Cons- All TV's are on YouTubeTV which is not user friendly, it is incredibly slow to change channels, and the tv stalls during a World Series final game. Living room sofa looks great but is not comfortable. Several issues were reported to rental company and said they would address but they never did (kitchen sink sprayer stuck on, garage door remote didn't work). We traveled to Scottsdale for a Mayo appt & found staying at this home very relaxing & luxurious. Extremely clean, beautiful outdoor space, large kitchen & gathering spaces, & very nice bathrooms. Enjoyed playing pool, the hot tub, making orange juice & lemonade out of fresh fruit on backyard trees. Lots of comfortable places in house & patio to hang out or find quiet time. Neighborhood very quiet, nice for walks - saw hummingbirds, rabbit, quail & a coyoye! Quick drive to nice restaurants, shopping, & trails. Thank you!

Just spend a week at this Scottsdale property. There were 6 adults and this property was amazing. No issues with space or getting in each others way. The property itself is even better than the pictures on the website. The bedrooms were large and the beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Didn’t miss a thing! Pool table and ping pong table were great when we wanted to come indoors along with a vast amount of board and card games. Outside the pool and spa were fantastic. Lots of seating around the yard. Too hot this week to use the fire pit but I’m sure during winter months it would be perfect. There is also a large tv outside that we spend time watching while lounging in the pool. Couldn’t miss the golf… The area the house is in is perfect. About 1/2 hour from the airport, less than 10 minutes to shopping and so many restaurants. Old town is another 20 minutes away and a great way to pass and evening or a day shopping. TPC Scottsdale golf courses were only a 10 minute drive along with so many other courses. Bart was also great in providing information before our trip and checking up on us once we had been there for a day. Overall just amazing!! We all would recommend Bart’s property and we’ll be returning on our next trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was ideal, and the house itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was decorated with charming Christmas lights, which made it a fun place to go for a walk in the evening. Bart and the management company provided excellent service during check-in and maintained good communication throughout our trip. In addition to being conveniently located to all things Scottsdale, the home is in a neighborhood beautifully lit up for Christmas. House has every convenience, vaulted ceilings add a big-house feel, and the backyard is an abundant with lemon and orange trees, cacti, flora and a nicely lit pool/ hot tub. Great place.

We enjoyed our week at the property! Beautiful home with everything we needed included. Had a few questions and the host responded very quickly! The pool was amazing- can’t speak to the hot tub because it was over 112 our entire stay! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was dream to cool in! Beautiful home- would stay again!

We stay at a VRBO at least once a year. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. We rented this place for the backyard privacy. We watched college and pro football from the pool….which was perfect. The outdoor TV can be watched from the pool or hot tub. It is in a nice neighborhood and the backyard gives you all the quiet time you need. The house has a well stocked kitchen if you need to cook any meals. Overall it is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would rented again if we are in the Scottsdale area.

The Arabian Views house was perfect for our group of 6-8. Spacious and completely stocked with everything needed including the essentials (TP, soap, shampoo, etc...the house even had spices and basic cooking supplies). The house is super clean and the outdoor space was private and secluded by lush vegetation including lemon trees. The communication with the host and rental service was spot on as well. The house was perfect and we will definitely stay here again.
