Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks

The rooms are really bare. The bed is on a squeaky metal frame and the mattress was really uncomfortable.

We decided to book while driving from about 200 miles away(within 2 hrs. And found a (SUITE( cheaper than the motel room) that we booked 1 week before. One of the nicest rooms we ever had. Would like to see Hotels .com work better with other places though. People if you can go with extended stay suites on your travels,is highly recommended.

My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Angela at the front desk is so awesome! Property is decent. Just a lot of workers come through there so parking gets filled quickly.
