We were a family from the USA and I enjoyed staying in a Hotel where we were the minorities. We felt like we were at someone else’s family reunion the week we were there. We absolutely loved the energy and excitement for all the things going on. We were not there for the pool but the beach and it was beautiful. Lots of space and room to spread out with plenty of chairs The pool was small and crowded and people woke up early to save their spots. We didn’t care because it is not where we wanted to be. We ate at the buffet the whole time, because we were too lazy to make reservations. We loved the buffet and were happy with the options. We aren’t resort life people. So we weren’t there a lot. So it met our needs and was a good price for an all inclusive to be able to go on excursions and explore the area.

Great property location. Staff and management were amazing. Food was terrible to the point we ate off the resort more than we ate on the resort. Pools were very small and only stayed open until 8:00pm. The swim up bar was in the "family/kids pool" instead of the adult pool. There wasnt many pool loungers and guests had to be up by sunrise to save any seats for the day. Alcohol was watered down and only beer of choice was dos equis... (not good). Beds were hard as rocks. Bathrooms had mold in the shower and on the wall. Hot water did not work in our shower. Time share personelle are everywhere, relentlessly pushy and make it difficult to enjoy your vacation. Park Royal website states the hotel has laundry facilities and this is false. No microwave in room. Mini fridge doesnt keep drinks cold. I will not be returning to this resort and i would not recommend it to other travelers.

The staff and the beach made this the trip the most enjoyable. We had an amazing experience at this resort mostly because of the staff. The waiters: Gustavo, Felix, Manuel and captain Miguel at the Veranda made meals something to look forward to and at the Coco pool bar: Yolanda and Arturo were on the ball keeping our drinks flowing for 10 days straight. We hugged and laughed together and said our goodbyes and we would go back just because of them. However, the beds are seriously horrible and dished that I woke up bruised on my hips and my shoulders were so sore I had to get a massage halfway through our stay. The power went out for almost 24 hours and they didn’t offer any kind of light for the evening or a discount. Tho we didn’t ask for one I feel they could’ve at least offered flashlights. The activities and dances etc were great but the roof top bar was seriously lacking. I expected an actual bar not a rooftop lobby. Would we choose this resort next time?…. No I would be willing to spend a little more for the quality of the rooms. The couches were not clean and stained, we had to use the L shaped couch in the family suite for a family of 5 and had to go request bedding for our kids which we didn’t receive 2 sheets only one for one kid. And one blanket. It’s a good thing we found a spare in the closet. It took 3 days before room service left enough bedding and we tipped the house cleaners daily. The staff are the only thing about that resort that make it’s enjoyable.

Rooftop bar at night had excellent views of the surrounding areas, night time party below was fun. Beach area was really nice as well. They had lounge chairs, cabanas and beach volleyball set up on beautiful white sand. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even with limited Spanish capability.

The room was very clean and tidy every day when we returned. The property was small, it’s not a large resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is where it lacked for me. There weren’t enough options at the buffet, to schedule a dinner reservation, it literally had to be within minutes of when the time slot opened, and if you didn’t get it within those few minutes, you were out of luck. The Mexican food isn’t what we expected for it being from Mexico. The over all resort was clean, no problems there. The lobby has no AC, so you’re dripping sweat when you’re in there for their night entertainment, which lacks. If you want a night life at your resort, this isn’t the place to stay. Their roof top bar is pretty, but not a place for dancing. It was more relaxing than a club type of atmosphere. There isn’t a 24/7 snack option either. So once the restaurants close, you’re out of luck if you want to get something to eat. The bus stop to visit local areas and restaurants is close, which makes transportation easy. The mall is literally right in front of this resort as well which is nice.

The seefood restaurant had an awful food . The room shower was so weak . No balcony . The buffet was ok and the 2 restaurants Mexican and Italian were ok . Adult pool was so small . Very average and seaweeds in front of hotel would not be cleaned .

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean but there was very few pool seating available, only 1 small pool for all ages, and it was really hard to make reservations for the restaurants. Sometimes the bars/restaurants seemed understaffed and it would take a while to get food/drinks.

The beach was absolutely stunning! Property is well maintained, taken care of very well. There is a night bar on the open terrace at the top of the hotel, two pools for adults and one for young kids. There are Mayan ruins on the hotel’s grounds - so unique! Friendly and helpful staff which makes your holidays great!

Booked 6 rooms here for a family holiday and found cockroaches in 3 of the rooms. Hotel is not well kept and unclean. Room size is good but bathrooms were leaking. Staff were generally unhelpful except for Carlos. Buffet food was terrible. Mexican restaurant food was average and service was good. Pools and pool area were dirty also.

The buffet was the worst. We saw a cockroach in the lobby. We had to switch rooms, the cushions on the chairs were badly stained, the lampshade in the bedroom had rust color stains on it. Staff came into our room one day, to spray some chemical along the base. Had no idea what it was but was told they were praying for some sort of ant. We never saw any bugs in the room so I thought that was odd. We’ve come to Cancun for years and that was the first time that ever happened. Cleaning of the rooms was not great. We were always short of towels, They never gave clean coffee mugs after being used, never swept the floor, There was an ironing board but no iron. Quite quite a few of the Pool and beach chairs

The lobby was pretty. The location of the resort is pretty nice since it’s walking distance from la isla (the mall.) We didn’t like that our room had two ceiling leeks. One outside the bathroom and once inside the bathroom. The windows didn’t open at all. The head boards of our bed were moldy. I didn’t have a chance to take any pictures because we actually avoided being in our room most of the day. The staff and everyone was pretty nice and helpful.

This property is at an excellent location. Right across from the mall. However, the room is old and very dirty, AC is mess up, pool is packed and dirty. Kiddie pool is super dirty with cloudy water. Public restroom was the worst with the smell of sewerage. Food and drink was not good. We spent a ton of money eating out although we paid to stay at an all inclusive resort. Very little selection at the buffet mostly vegetables. The other restaurants are hard to get in. No time slot available for reservation. Menu stay the same every day. Food served very slow. That’s why they couldnt accomodate all guests. I do like that they offered a breakfast box in case we had to go on an early excursion. I love our concierge Juan carlos. he was the only one that made our stay more enjoyable. He helped us in every way he could and check on us everyday to see if we need anything. Very good man.

Hotel pequeño a comparacion de los demas alrededor. Precio calidad esta bien. Instalaciones 7/10 Mi cuarto el 2129 nunca sirvio el aire acondicionado, lo reporte varias veces y no me dieron solucion. Siempre se mantuvo en 24 grados. Regadera no tenia presion de agua. Agua caliente bien. El cuarto olia a humedo/orines. Al llegar no tenia el frigobar surtido, lo tuve que pedir. Las almohadas muy incomodas, colchones bien. Comida 7/10 En un desayuno me dieron frijoles perdidos, me causo diarrea. El restaurant pescador no tenia AC, muy caluroso, no comias agusto. Para reservar para la cena es hasta las 4pm por la app, y estaba fallando, solo 1 dia nos anotaron, los demas dias nos decian que no habia espacio y habia mesas vacias. Comida en general regular. Bebidas 10/10 Buena atencion de bartenders. Alberca grande cierra a las 8 pm asi como los bares de alrededor. El bar de la alberca de adultos cierra a las 6. Deberian de extender la hora de cierre. Albercas muy sucias, falta de limpieza entre horas. Baños de albercas apestaban demasiado, no les dan limpieza durante el dia. Cuarto 2125 Sin luz en el baño.

The resort was one of the cleanest we've been to. Typical swim up bars have slime/mold but this one was CLEAN. THE entire resort was. Staff was superb and provided everything we needed. Buffet was average, not mind blowing but you will never go hungry. Enjoyed the restaurants. My only complaint was the bars each had a drink menu on the resort app. Multiple times they didnt know the drink or have the ingredients... so either fixing that or removing the menu would be good. Overall enjoyed our stay

This resort has a beautiful location. Its beachfront and steps away form the beautiful ocean. With that said we did not have a food check in process. They said they’d let us know when our room was ready by 3 pm and they did not. We went to front desk at 5 and asked about our room, was told that it was ready. Said they don’t notify guests. We found cockroaches in our room the third night. My sister had to have rooms switched because AC wasn’t working and they wouldn’t have someone to fix it right away. This resort has a beautiful location. Its beachfront and steps away form the beautiful ocean. With that said we did not have a food check in process. They said they’d let us know when our room was ready by 3 pm and they did not. We went to front desk at 5 and asked about our room, was told that it was ready. Said they don’t notify guests. We found cockroaches in our room the third night. My sister had to have rooms switched because AC wasn’t working and they wouldn’t have someone to fix it right away. I stayed at the resort for 4 nights and had a great time, it is great value and the location is fantastic. There was an unfortunate event where the staff did not understand me very well, and I got served alcohol even after mentioning that the drink should be virgin twice. Our concierge Juan Carlos was the best part of the trip, he helped us book restaurants in the hotel, helped us call local businesses to ask for availability and was always available for us for any questions we had. If he was not there, my review would have been a 3 star and not 4. The bathroom sink was clogged when we got there. We put in a maintenance request on the app but and nothing happened until we told Juan Carlos who expedited our request. Food is okay at the buffet and restaurants, some things were great but most was below average. The restaurant cleanliness is bad, they never sanitize or disinfect the tables in the buffet restaurant, it’s only wiped down with a dry cloth. The cutlery is placed directly on the table and not on the cloths provided, which is not sanitary at all. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable, AC works well and the cleaning staff are great. The shower wouldn’t always have hot water as well. There was seaweed on the beach when we were there, but it was expected because of the time of year. Overall, the hotel is good and budget friendly. It’s right in front of La Isla mall and the hotel zone is a nice and safe place to enjoy even at night.

The room service quickly set up sofa beds for us after one call, and even when there was water leaking into the room, the handyman fixed it while the kids enjoyed the beach. The kids pool has multiple water slides that kids at different comfort levels and heights can enjoy. The staff and the beach made this the trip the most enjoyable. We had an amazing experience at this resort mostly because of the staff. The waiters: Gustavo, Felix, Manuel and captain Miguel at the Veranda made meals something to look forward to and at the Coco pool bar: Yolanda and Arturo were on the ball keeping our drinks flowing for 10 days straight. We hugged and laughed together and said our goodbyes and we would go back just because of them. However, the beds are seriously horrible and dished that I woke up bruised on my hips and my shoulders were so sore I had to get a massage halfway through our stay. The power went out for almost 24 hours and they didn’t offer any kind of light for the evening or a discount. Tho we didn’t ask for one I feel they could’ve at least offered flashlights. The activities and dances etc were great but the roof top bar was seriously lacking. I expected an actual bar not a rooftop lobby. Would we choose this resort next time?…. No I would be willing to spend a little more for the quality of the rooms. The couches were not clean and stained, we had to use the L shaped couch in the family suite for a family of 5 and had to go request bedding for our kids which we didn’t receive 2 sheets only one for one kid. And one blanket. It’s a good thing we found a spare in the closet. It took 3 days before room service left enough bedding and we tipped the house cleaners daily. The staff are the only thing about that resort that make it’s enjoyable.

Hotel pequeño a comparacion de los demas alrededor. Precio calidad esta bien. Instalaciones 7/10 Mi cuarto el 2129 nunca sirvio el aire acondicionado, lo reporte varias veces y no me dieron solucion. Siempre se mantuvo en 24 grados. Regadera no tenia presion de agua. Agua caliente bien. El cuarto olia a humedo/orines. Al llegar no tenia el frigobar surtido, lo tuve que pedir. Las almohadas muy incomodas, colchones bien. Comida 7/10 En un desayuno me dieron frijoles perdidos, me causo diarrea. El restaurant pescador no tenia AC, muy caluroso, no comias agusto. Para reservar para la cena es hasta las 4pm por la app, y estaba fallando, solo 1 dia nos anotaron, los demas dias nos decian que no habia espacio y habia mesas vacias. Comida en general regular. Bebidas 10/10 Buena atencion de bartenders. Alberca grande cierra a las 8 pm asi como los bares de alrededor. El bar de la alberca de adultos cierra a las 6. Deberian de extender la hora de cierre. Staff were helpful particularly Juan Carlos a concierge who checked upon use regularly throughout the days to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. His care and communication was encouraging/reassuring as the staff at check in were not very helpful. The restaurants' staffs were amazing. They celebrated our birthdays with us and helped to make us feel special. There was a wide range of food to eat although we are not pork eaters, there were many other options. I also like how the have pop-up stalls outside for a taste of cultural food. The entertainments during the days, water aerobics was good. The fire show was magnificent on Monday night. Great range of gym equipment.

Other than Juan Carlos’ assistance, I would have left. Check in staff attempted to short me change in pesos. AC was out in the room first two days. Buffet was unsanitary. The app did not offer restaurant reservations. Activities often canceled or late. Other than the great location to luxury shop, I’d recommend finding another place to stay.

Check in took 1 hour and half horrible service , my room was switched that was booked 7 months in advance thy said because of rain damaged but members have 1st priority, the rooms beds are horrendous extremely hard , the food was a hit or miss, over all worse hotel i have ever stayed in cancun do not go based off the pictures advertised , i guess its a cheap hotel you get what you pay for

Una experiencia decepcionante desde el primer momento Nuestra llegada al Hotel Park Royal Cancún fue un verdadero calvario. El servicio en recepción fue atroz, y no uso esa palabra a la ligera. La supervisora que nos atendió no solo estaba evidentemente de mal humor, sino que fue altanera y completamente déspota. En lugar de ayudarnos a resolver una situación con nuestra reservación, nos dijo con total indiferencia que lo solucionáramos por nuestra cuenta. Una respuesta inaceptable viniendo de alguien en un puesto de supervisión. El proceso de check-in tomó más de dos horas, y para colmo, íbamos con niños. Nadie nos ofreció una solución ni mostró empatía. Fue una total falta de profesionalismo y humanidad. Por más amenidades o ventajas que tenga el hotel, el pésimo trato al cliente arruina por completo la experiencia. Si tienen la oportunidad de venir a Cancún, sáltense este hotel. Hay muchas mejores opciones donde al menos el trato es digno y respetuoso. No lo recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia. El servicio deja muchísimo que desear y el mal sabor de boca con el que uno se va no lo compensa ni la mejor vista al mar.

I gave 1 star due to receptionist staff and manager making disappointed on first day arriving and ruined all our vacation. I booked park royal beach Cancun on Expedia and Expedia app child age is 0 to 17. So my older kid is only 13 years old, so I booked with 3 adults and one child. The last minute my another son wants to go with us then no time to change our reservation on Expedia. When we arrived on hotel and we provided everyone passport and the staff told that they count over 12 years old with adult price and added the charge $149 per day in same room. I keep trying to explain that we booked Expedia with child limit was 0 to 17 years old. Manager guy told me that this is their hotel rule, so no adjustment for my kids for child fee and only extra charge for adult fee for my 13 years old kid. My question if if they can’t clearly with third party like Expedia or booking , the customer doesn’t know and booked. Then we knew about the child limit is 0 to 12 years and too late to cancel and book another more suitable price other hotel. If we didn’t pay for extra charge child with adult fee, we do not have room key and nobody care the customers to making satisfaction. It was really disappointed. I planed my trip for 5 months ago , I knew about it when we arrived to hotel and no more choice other plan. If I knew about it, I will be cancelled before my trip and booked another hotel with more reasonable price. Now ruin my entire trip and pay extra charge +$900 for 6 days stay .

Really enjoyed the family atmosphere. Staff was friendly and activity group was awesome. Milka, Angel, and Joe were so engaged with the guest. Captain Enrique was so attentive and great. My server Manuel, And Daniel the bartender were phenomenal. Love the people here.

We came to Cancun to celebrate our anniversary. Carlos and Julie at the concierge guest services went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. The personal touches such as chocolate covered strawberries and champagne as well as a private beach cabana made our celebration unforgettable. The waiter staff were exceptional especially Felix and Unvaldo in the Veranda. All of the bartenders were awesome. The beach was beautiful. Keep in mind this is a family resort as there were a lot of kids. You could hear the road noise sometimes from our room. The food was alright. We never made it to the other restaurants as reservations were not available. Great experience! We traveled with a group of 7 and loved every minute of it. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by amazing staff(Argelia). She immediately gave us all the information we needed to book all the dinner reservations by downloading the app, which I did extremely promptly due our group size and wanting to eat at all the restaurants. The app was very helpful to see all the included activities. The food was great. There are 3 bookable restaurants, buffet and a snack shack. We loved all the food and they always had something for the kids to eat. We spent a majority of the time at the kid waterpark area (4,5 year olds). Water shoes are a must, after reading reviews prior to arriving I knew it wouldn't hurt to bring a pair for each of the kids and boy was it spot on. The floor of the waterpark is rough to prevent slipping but it can also hurt those delicate feet. They had tons of activities for the kids, including a foam party and tons of kids crafts. The beach and water were our second favorite to the kiddie pool. The water was amazing, view spectacular and did I mention they served drinks down there!!! Now the bars, they served and tried to make any drink we could come up with. We favored the center pool bar due to Mario and Enrique they were amazing! Great experience! We traveled with a group of 7 and loved every minute of it. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by amazing staff(Argelia). She immediately gave us all the information we needed to book all the dinner reservations by downloading the app, which I did extremely promptly due our group size and wanting to eat at all the restaurants. The app was very helpful to see all the included activities. The food was great. There are 3 bookable restaurants, buffet and a snack shack. We loved all the food and they always had something for the kids to eat. We spent a majority of the time at the kid waterpark area (4,5 year olds). Water shoes are a must, after reading reviews prior to arriving I knew it wouldn't hurt to bring a pair for each of the kids and boy was it spot on. The floor of the waterpark is rough to prevent slipping but it can also hurt those delicate feet. They had tons of activities for the kids, including a foam party and tons of kids crafts. The beach and water were our second favorite to the kiddie pool. The water was amazing, view spectacular and did I mention they served drinks down there!!! Now the bars, they served and tried to make any drink we could come up with. We favored the center pool bar due to Mario and Enrique they were amazing! We don't typically do returning vacations but this is on our list to go back again if we travel to Cancun again.

The staff were absolutely amazing in all aspects from checking in to housekeeping, the waiters, hostess, grounds keepers, checking out, bell hops, etc. The property was amazingly clean. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing. The buffet had an excellent choice every day. The 3 restaurants on the property were so good. Great selection on the menu, so much food and the presentation of food was so good and the flavor so delicious. The pool areas were very nice. I definitely would recommend this Resort 100%. The staff was great. The resort was in good condition. The location was nice with the mall accross the street. A slight smell of mildew in the lobby but not awful. The buffet food was not very good. Three restaurants on property were not very good. The snack bar was probably the best food that we had and it was pretty much just burgers and nachos. The mixed drinks were made with cheap ingredients. The beach however was amazing. The entertainment and events were a lot of fun. We loved that the adult pool was never too crowded. The beach itself was worth every penny of the stay!! I would come back and stay at this resort again for the money i paid. If your a big foodie you might want to try another place.

The location for this hotel is great as the Mall is across the street, it's on the local bus line too. The beach here is beautiful too. Some of the things in the property looked a little old. However, the beds were firm and comfortable. Usually hotel beds are too soft. There are four restaurants in this hotel. We didn't like the the buffet restaurant food, however, omelets made per order was good, when busy it can take about 15 min wait. The other three restaurant seemed really busy to reserve for dinner especially the Italian and Mexican. The Seafood restaurant is open for lunch and we ate multiple times lunch and dinner with reservation. The staff here were really nice and buffet also had good staff. Mexican restaurant drink was good, food portion were tiny. I didn't get the chance to eat at the Italian restaurant though. Overall, I like the hotel. Again, thank you to the staff from bell boys to the restaurant staff. The hotel had different things going on after 9 or little after, some were loud but, since it's in the lobby, wasn't too bad. One more thing, the check-in process could be improved a little as it's a bit slow.

I stayed at the resort for 4 nights and had a great time, it is great value and the location is fantastic. There was an unfortunate event where the staff did not understand me very well, and I got served alcohol even after mentioning that the drink should be virgin twice. Our concierge Juan Carlos was the best part of the trip, he helped us book restaurants in the hotel, helped us call local businesses to ask for availability and was always available for us for any questions we had. If he was not there, my review would have been a 3 star and not 4. The bathroom sink was clogged when we got there. We put in a maintenance request on the app but and nothing happened until we told Juan Carlos who expedited our request. Food is okay at the buffet and restaurants, some things were great but most was below average. The restaurant cleanliness is bad, they never sanitize or disinfect the tables in the buffet restaurant, it’s only wiped down with a dry cloth. The cutlery is placed directly on the table and not on the cloths provided, which is not sanitary at all. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable, AC works well and the cleaning staff are great. The shower wouldn’t always have hot water as well. There was seaweed on the beach when we were there, but it was expected because of the time of year. Overall, the hotel is good and budget friendly. It’s right in front of La Isla mall and the hotel zone is a nice and safe place to enjoy even at night.

The beach was absolutely stunning! Property is well maintained, taken care of very well. There is a night bar on the open terrace at the top of the hotel, two pools for adults and one for young kids. There are Mayan ruins on the hotel’s grounds - so unique! Friendly and helpful staff which makes your holidays great!

My family of 8 stayed at the property for 5 nights. We thought it was enjoyable and they had a lot of day activities and night activities. Kids area was great and many activities for children throughout the day. We managed to get reservations at all the restaurants and decided the buffet was better which says a lot. Although the food wasn’t the best we still enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone who is on a budget. Download the Park Royal App before you arrive at this destination to be prepared. We were very pleased with the service Omar and Angel gave our family!

Resort can use alsome upgrades, room was good, food was average. Was expecting better quality of food. 3 restaurants on the property but you cannot get reservations. You have to wait 2-3 hours in the morning in front lobby to see the hostess to get a reservation if you lucky. And frankly the restaurant food is also not that great so don't waster your time in the morning to get a reservation. Staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to make up for mediocre food quality and dates facility.

Pools were very small and only stayed open until 8:00pm. The swim up bar was in the "family/kids pool" instead of the adult pool. There wasnt many pool loungers and guests had to be up by sunrise to save any seats for the day. Alcohol was watered down and only beer of choice was dos equis... (not good). Beds were hard as rocks. Bathrooms had mold in the shower and on the wall. Hot water did not work in our shower. Time share personelle are everywhere, relentlessly pushy and make it difficult to enjoy your vacation. Park Royal website states the hotel has laundry facilities and this is false. No microwave in room. Mini fridge doesnt keep drinks cold. I will not be returning to this resort and i would not recommend it to other travelers.

The room was very clean and tidy every day when we returned. The property was small, it’s not a large resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is where it lacked for me. There weren’t enough options at the buffet, to schedule a dinner reservation, it literally had to be within minutes of when the time slot opened, and if you didn’t get it within those few minutes, you were out of luck. The Mexican food isn’t what we expected for it being from Mexico. The over all resort was clean, no problems there. The lobby has no AC, so you’re dripping sweat when you’re in there for their night entertainment, which lacks. If you want a night life at your resort, this isn’t the place to stay. Their roof top bar is pretty, but not a place for dancing. It was more relaxing than a club type of atmosphere. There isn’t a 24/7 snack option either. So once the restaurants close, you’re out of luck if you want to get something to eat. The bus stop to visit local areas and restaurants is close, which makes transportation easy. The mall is literally right in front of this resort as well which is nice.

The main pool was under maintenance (closed), they painted a room next to ours and it smelled horrible, the buffet food quality was not good. We stood in line to get some tacos from The buffet for 40 minutes only for them to tell us when it was our turn that there wasn’t any more food left, but we were seeing them given out 6 tacos to people in front. They only had 1 beer (XX), they told us to get some reservations for the restaurants and never told us we also needed to get some tickets prior to the day. My shower curtain smelled horrible after several days.

The resort was one of the cleanest we've been to. Typical swim up bars have slime/mold but this one was CLEAN. THE entire resort was. Staff was superb and provided everything we needed. Buffet was average, not mind blowing but you will never go hungry. Enjoyed the restaurants. My only complaint was the bars each had a drink menu on the resort app. Multiple times they didnt know the drink or have the ingredients... so either fixing that or removing the menu would be good. Overall enjoyed our stay

Great location if you plan on visiting la isla which has a variety of shopping stores and restaurants! The food is not good here and you have to make reservations for all restaurants except for the buffet which does not have a good variety of food. We ate across the street every day and night. The first night we got there, most food was gone at the buffet. There is no room service at this hotel. The grounds are kept a neat and nice. I would probably not return here.

Unfortunately we found cockroaches in our bedroom on multiple occasions. And the staff was not very friendly. I have gone to numerous resorts in Cancun but I would not recommend this one, especially if you’re traveling with little ones.

The staff spoke and comprehend very little English; I get it’s a Spanish speaking country; at least one person should be proficient. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was awesome. I liked the reusable bottles for water instead of single use. Would prefer the bottles be just for the guest as souvenirs instead of reusing for newer guests.
