Beautiful, lots of fun activities, great shows in the afternoons with wonderful performers, food was great, bar tenders were awesome, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great activities coordinators. Never a boring moment. Can't wait to go back.

I booked this resort through Expedia, and what should’ve been a fun family trip turned into a terrifying experience. On July 3, 2025, my son was badly injured on the pink and yellow water slide. He fell so hard that he suffered a deep laceration to the back of his head, down to the skull. There were no visible warnings, no protective padding, and no staff actively supervising the area. A lifeguard did clean his wound and file an incident report and checked the slide, before telling us to get a taxi to go to the urgent care, but after we returned from the hospital, no one from the resort followed up. No concern, no acknowledgment, nothing. I also nearly flew off a different slide myself and another child lost a toenail, confirming the waterpark is unsafe and poorly maintained. I contacted Expedia for help and was told they couldn’t reach someone with authority at the resort, not once, but twice, even after speaking with a supervisor at Expedia. Their only offer was 100 One Key Cash, not an acceptable offer, so I declined but why do they need my permission to add it? It's still not been applied to my account. This wasn’t a minor issue. It was a serious injury to a child, and neither the resort nor Expedia took real responsibility. I do not recommend this waterpark, especially for families. And while the hotel might be okay under normal conditions, the way this was handled shows that if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

I will start by saying do your homework. This was our fourth time to Cancun over the years and our worst one by far. The supposedly Front Desk Boss - Elias Valderamma as his signature states on his emails and who was never available for his guests when needed, does not seem to care. We had so many inconveniences during our 3 night stay in February in the Master Suite Garden View that is seemed to never end. From backed up toilet multiple times, shower backing up, room was serviced old towels taken and none left behind, minimum of 2 water bottles daily for family of 5 and we were asked to save bottles and refill at lobby water dispenser which was not working, water park was closed 2 days, miniature golf was deserted, kayaking was closed, last day we woke up to part of room flooded down the hallway into the bath from AC malfunctioning. At check out we let front desk know and his response was unit must have frozen and asked if Manager was available to address the issues we left for him with employees and once again no one. They let me know they would relay the message. Hours later after we left the Country we received an email from Mr Manager saying how sorry he was for the inconveniences we went through and invited us back and would give us an upgrade to make up. I could not believe he wanted us to go back, he should have taken care of us when there. We replied back to his email very civil. Asked for some compensation, he has declined.

All Ritmo was fantastic. All the staff were super friendly. Good was great. Jesus at the kids water park took great care of us. Thanks Jesus. Kept the drinks flowing while kids played. We would definitely come back to All Ritmo again. If you like small and intimate this is the place.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. The rooms and property were outdated dirty and smelled. The door to our bedroom didn't close 100 % so you can see the outside. The bedding was dirty and dingy even after being replaced. The beds were uncomfortable but did the job. We wished staffed cleaned up a little better, the pool and surrounding areas were always dirty with cups and trash. The all-inclusive deal was a little weird compared to other locations I have been to in Mexico. The buffet was the same every day for the most part, Breakfast lunch and Dinner. The 2 restaurants they had onsite were ok, you have to make a reservation in order to attend which makes sense with the crowd i just wish we had more food options. I was also a little upset that we could not bring the buffet food to our rooms or pool side. Everything had to stay in the dining room area. The bathroom has a drain on the floor that smelled like swage which we had to cover with a rag. I also update that this was a family Friendly hotel with a waterpark, and we didn't have any good snack options for the kids. No ice cream, Italian ice or Candy. It was the same 3-4 slices of cake at the buffet. The water park was falling apart; someone one will end up getting hurt soon I'm sure of it. The water also smelled awful. The seaweed made the beach experience awful, I understand it' a major problem at all locations but this location was trying to upsell you to a day pass at a different location with less seaweed

There was no beach chairs out. We could not hang out at the swim up Bar as they allow kids in it. and you are constantly gets splashed and pool water in your drinks. As well the Drink making skills at this resort were quite poor, did not make slushy drinks and not muck for different kinds of drinks

first time in Mexico celebrating my wife and my son birthday. we check in to room138 with old furniture very very bad condition. the first night got bed bug bites. next day i went to the front desk agent show her the bites but she insist that bites from the sea not from the room. i except that she will send HK supervisor to check never happened. 2nd night i found Cockroach in the sink area crawling on my toothbrush. I went to the front desk asked for the Front desk manager Explained everything to him with evidence photos . Very nice guy moved my room to 131 nice room renovated. at night my wife saw cockroach crawling on my daughter face when she was sleeping. very disgusting immediately i went to the front desk holding the cockroach but they told me that there isn't availability to move the room now and asked me to come back tomorrow. we couldn't sleep that night. we tried to book another hotel with no luck all city was sold out also, we contacted Expedia to get some help as situation was out of co but we didn't get help. i went again to the front desk and moved my room to 327 very very nice room so clean with only one problem that room has connected door the other room was so load talking english with her kids and TV was so load all day. couldn't able to sleep normally. also, some waiter in the restaurant and the bar doesn't serve you without tips only helping when the restaurant manager around. Also, TV glitching all the time and the internet working only at the lobby area.

We didn’t have lamp shades on our lights. dents in the drywall someone’s head must of got banged up against the wall, front door had a large gap underneath the door, cracked drywall with a bad caulking job, mildew on the curtains, ceiling fan dusty, bath tub had rust inside such as where the soap lays or handle to turn on/ off water, as well as the tub stopper. It had a musty smell inside. I called it the homicide room.

The food sucked it was bad no taste and was prepared wrong. The bar was the only thing worth it. Bartenders werre friendly, tye smell of sulfur made me gag most of the days unbearable. Rooms were trash the shower was bad and wifi didnt even work on side of the resort.

Our room was bare - no pictures on the wall, no side tables. Moldy bed sheets on the box spring, sliding door was broken (could hardly use it), you could see daylight around the door frame, the lock on the door was a joke. They did not have diet soda (my husband is a diabetic), VERY limited food choices, no fruit available, no kid friendly foods. Our bathroom was very outdated and dingy, we only had a thin sheet and very thin blanket on each bed - which was rock solid! We even paid $150 MORE for an upgrade for this room - not realizing the condition of it! Pool was murky, not very clean and a lot of missing tiles on the ground. Waited a while for service (while the bartender was chatting with coworkers). I needed to provide my drivers license to rent their pool towels!!! We opted to get an Uber and relocated to another hotel (happened to be an hour away and was there 2 weeks ago). Did not feel safe here. Happy we left and got to a better resort.

This was a very clean and welcoming place. We stayed next to a ferry station. The building itself is beautiful, but it could use some updates. Our room was cleaned early mornings throughout our stay. The food was okay. The service was excellent. The beach had seaweed, but the hotel was very good at keeping it clean. Everyday workers were there cleaning the beach and raking the sand. Tbe hotel has a waterpark and a kids club. They also had mini discos, movies, games and tons of things to do for little ones.

Le falta mucha limpieza, sobre todo a la alberca, por parte de los empleados se nota mucha la diferencia del trato era muy descordial y groseros en ocasiones. Y en las habitaciones era demasiado limitadas las toallas.

The bathrooms in the room had mold the refrigerator did not work and it was rusted and moldy. They served the same food almost everyday. Some items that were served for dinner became a breakfast item. No options for small kids with allergies. Basketball court had no rim tennis court had no net. Most staff were very Nice.

So I got a suite. No microwave. Ask for a plate and fork. We bought a cake for our anniversary they couldn’t accommodate us. No table and chairs in room. What we booked they said it was full so supposedly they upgraded us. I looked up the rooms what they put us in was cheaper then what we got.

We stayed at All Ritmo from July 15 through July 23. We had an amazing experience. I asked for an upgrade when we checked in and was given one for a small increase in price. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful clear blue waters. The room was enormous, with a beautiful balcony, a large bedroom with two queens beds, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom and walk in closet. The staff was incredibly nice, courteous and helpful. We took advantage of everything they had to offer, the pool was clean, warm, three Jacuzzi tubs and the beach just five steps down. My kids loved the pool games and activities. The trivia games were fun and not to mention the amazing water park. What really drew me to this hotel was the location. It was not in the middle of the Cancun chaos and strip. We were only 15 minutes away, apart from the traffic and noise of the Cancun hotel strip. The restaurants were very accommodating. I had my daughter she is 12 years old and my son who's is 17 and the Ostras restaurant accommodated us at a 6pm reservation. Amazing seafood dinner, shrimp bisque soup overlooking the ocean. Most the staff was nice, not all of them. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave that the pictures showed. The back sliding door is not safe. It will open from the outside even with the latch. My husband just used a card to unlatch. Our TV didn’t work and they only replaced our towels twice the entire stay. The bathroom literally floods when you shower and the sink was leaking. The hotel is very outdated. It was dirty and smelled like spray paint. Check in staff was rude. The photos online are way over sold. The property is not what is seems. The area is not safe. We are not happy with our stay.

It was a nice vacation for 5 nights for our family of 4 including two kids. Nice foods in all inclusive. We were staying in a standard room on the other side of the road, towards the water park. Spacious room with two beds. Bathroom was big. Lovely hard-working staffs. Two complaints - this room did not have WiFi. We were asked to upgrade to ocean view for extra $32 per night to have WiFi. We did not. One day it rained heavily. Water was dripping from bathroom top few occasions. But no problem in the bedroom. Overall nice quiet vacation at this beautiful resort.

The staff were amazing! Mario, Armando, Julio... Those are my shout outs! You are welcomed, anything you need they are willing to assist and always professional and friendly. I visited friends at high end resorts and you can not beat the kindness of the staff at this resort!

The pictures for this hotel seem dated as the condition was much worse than expected. There is no Wifi in your rooms (only in the lobby). The food was ok, but my biggest complaint was the poor attitude of many workers. I found that about 1/3 of the staff were not very friendly at all. The play park was a bit sketchy with rust and the mini golf was not even open. Overall i would not pick this again.

This is definitely more of an authentic feel! I liked that it was away from the cancun hotel zone. Hotel is older which makes you feel more "mexico" We enjoyed our stay. The buffet is the same most days, but there is local restaurants around which we enjoyed. I mean given the price point that was a given. Staff was friendly and hard working.

I will start by saying do your homework. This was our fourth time to Cancun over the years and our worst one by far. The supposedly Front Desk Boss - Elias Valderamma as his signature states on his emails and who was never available for his guests when needed, does not seem to care. We had so many inconveniences during our 3 night stay in February in the Master Suite Garden View that is seemed to never end. From backed up toilet multiple times, shower backing up, room was serviced old towels taken and none left behind, minimum of 2 water bottles daily for family of 5 and we were asked to save bottles and refill at lobby water dispenser which was not working, water park was closed 2 days, miniature golf was deserted, kayaking was closed, last day we woke up to part of room flooded down the hallway into the bath from AC malfunctioning. At check out we let front desk know and his response was unit must have frozen and asked if Manager was available to address the issues we left for him with employees and once again no one. They let me know they would relay the message. Hours later after we left the Country we received an email from Mr Manager saying how sorry he was for the inconveniences we went through and invited us back and would give us an upgrade to make up. I could not believe he wanted us to go back, he should have taken care of us when there. We replied back to his email very civil. Asked for some compensation, he has declined.

Sobre la llegada aunque arribamos temprano 10am, no nos dejaron quedarnos en el área hasta la entrega de brazaletes, El clima en la habitación no funcionó adecuadamente aunque hice tres reportes, nos quisieron cambiar de habitación a las 10. 30 de la noche y eso por quejarnos repetidamente ya que no podíamos descansar adecuadamente, SOLICITE APOYO PARA VESTIR EL SOFACAMA en recepción con armando y solo decían que ya irian pronto pero en ninguno de los dos días lo vistieron En el bar principal tardaban las bebidas siempre y si pedíamos tragos compuestos como Mojitos, Mimosas, Daiquiris de mangos o baileys Siempre decían que no tenían o que solo eran para vip de pulseras negras Aunque acababa yo de pedirle al (cantinero Jonnie) o (cantinero Rodolfo) del bar de la alberca principal vino otro huesped con dinero en mano y a él si les dieron ya que lo tenían guardado en el refri, En el bar del lobby solicite café expreso con baileys y me dijo el cantinero que eran solo para vip de pulseras negras Si quería yo, ME PODRÍA HACER EL FAVOR de darme solo café americano y ni leche tenían solo con crema de sobres en polvo, Para mi check out me comentaron (kelly y Martín Recepción) que para mi salida solo podría tomar desayuno y que hasta hay acababa mis derechos de huesped aunque entregues a las 12pm la habitación y haya abiertos restaurantes desde las 11am en el waterpark, 11.30 am en el Lunch Ya no podría ni siquiera tomar un snack para antes de dejar la habitación

Beach few steps outside door was great, the Food was decent id say 4 star, was fresh daily, the couple things that werent good, beds are very firm, walls are not insulated, you hear everything from people all around you, locks on doors are ok but not great, the worse part of this trip was no shuttle from airport or to airport, kinda stressful, the taxi dudes at airport charged us $120 usd to get to resort, ripoff and all the taxi dudes at airport are in on it so you will have difficult time finding cheaper, to airport from resort was $43.00 so that was reasonable, but we left resort at 330am so plan accordingly day or 2 before. Overall was good experience, water taxi and church walking distance was great, the resort has 2 good restaurants, both have good food, overall good time and place.

Hotel needs love , the beach is dirty, not because the hotel they do a really good cleaning every day , but the hotel have a port next to it , and the workers of the boats do not disposed the garbage the correct way. The hotel food is limited but excellent, the proteins are very tender never dry. The entertainment is really good too.

The area around this resort stinks. Additionally, much seaweed in the water, but staff does rake it out regularly. Coverings on beds on the beach were dirty and not changed regularly. Room description inaccurate- reserved a suite, which stated it had a living room, but it was just a large bedroom with just a large bed and not even a chair. Sink drain partially stopped up and housekeeping didn't report it for 5 days. Tub drain had green mold coming up in it. Very limited food choices in the one buffet- same thing basically every day for lunch and dinner. Would not recommend this resort .

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Para ir con niños pequeños es un hotel que en una habitación con vista al mar te queda todo dentro del hotel muy cerca pues en general está lejos de la zona hotelera (sin Uber los taxis son super caros y pésimo servicio) El parque acuático divertido para los niños. La comida no es buenísima pero tampoco horrible como leí en algunos comentarios. La alberca fría por ser diciembre pero en el horario de máximo sol muy bien. El personal amable, nuestro cuarto siempre estuvo limpio. Muy cerca del ferry para ir a isla mujeres. Me gustó mucho lo cerca que del cuarto teníamos la playa.

The same food is served everyday. There is only one major restaurant and it is a buffet. Tip the bartenders if you want attentive services. The activieties are fun and the staff are nice for the most part. We had an issue with one specific employee, he was very rude and watched us like a hawk.

Location is great right on a beach, hotel stuff working hard and well. But !!! food is CATASTROFICO !!!! For 9 days, lunch and dinner were absolutely the same and with the exception of soup for lunch, dinner consists of shrimp, pasta ,rise, beans, vegetables and two types of hot food - meat and fish. Often there was not enough food for so many people, they was replaced it with yesterday's dry meat instead of what it should have been. dessert is absolutely the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. alcohol is only the cheapest. the glasses were clean right there at the bar in soapy water and then rinsed under the tap. There are no drinks in the minibar in the room, only two bottles of water per day per room.

The price of our vacation was very good!! But you get what you pay for!! Check in was quick. We had adjoining rooms with friends. There bathroom was smaller with tub. Ours had a nice walk in shower. Our safe was very very old and did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in it so we used theirs. Housekeeping was excellent!! The fridge is stocked with water only. Gift shop has lots of items! The “water park” is nice & clean and kids seemed to have fun. There are no chairs on the beach!! There is no wait staff at the pool area!! You need to pay 20$ extra per day to get top shelf liquor (Bacardi, absolute etc) This is the first resort where the bartenders do not remember your name or what you are drinking. Snack bar food was good. reservations are required at Osters and food was very good as was the every other night of Mexican or Italian. Buffet was not good lacking variety and taste. Activity staff are fun and friendly. Overall we had a good vacation! Will we return? No. Will we recommend? No! 🇲🇽🏝️☀️🍹

Our stay at all ritmo was wonderful. Very friendly staff and bartenders. The buffet food was slightly different for each meal which we liked, everyone has options. The onsite seafood restaurant was incredible! The only low point for us was the Italian restaurant.. We left our meals and went back to the buffet instead! Extra shout-out to the bartender, Esteban - he makes a killer espresso martini and remembered our drink preferences for the whole stay. Tell him Adam and Kate say muchas gracias!

Completely disappointed with our stay! When I booked the “All Inclusive” I was expecting to get the All inclusive treatment however, this hotel is far from having the all inclusive treatment . First and foremost, at our arrival we were not even greeted by any staff personnel , from there I knew , things were not going to be good ! Then came our check in, we arrived early and were charged for early check in , pretty much everything to get our day started . If we wanted the wristband, we needed to pay . Checked in got to our room only to find out we didn’t have a fridge, or an iron . We had to request those and were told that our rooms “ didn’t come with those” ! Say what?! This is the first time I hear and all inclusive doesn’t have those amenities! Then came food, terrible !!! Keeping in mind that this is a “kid hotel “the food options for kids were nearly none. Hot dogs and burgers is all they had. My kids were beyond disappointed with the options. Let’s not talk about the drinks for the kids… only had 2 “soda” options . Either Pepsi or squirt and tasted like water half the time ! Moving along to the water park, the water park is not kept up with . While we slid down the slides, paint would come off the slides. My husband had a white shirt on and it had paint on it after we would leave the water park. If you are trying to relax to the sound of the waves , don’t count on it cause there’s none! Lastly, my husbands water shirt and sandals were stolen!
