I will never stay here again first off I was not aware there was an $100 deposit to stay here and the staff just looked at me like they didn’t care, the microwave in the room was not in English so it was difficult to use and I called the front desk three times with no answer so I had to walk up there to get help,and there were no spots to put my clothes at all!! The best part was it was quiet!!

I was coming to Jax for a one day event from Tampa and needed a place for only 1 night. Couldn’t believe the price on how reasonable it was for a king room. Well I bit the bullet and took a chance and hit the lottery on this place. What a gem. Room was absolutely spotless and everything was brand new. I stayed in room 300 around back on first floor. Parking was great. They even have security keeping eyes open. It was phenomenal getting ready to book a week there soon when I have to go back for the Jax homeshow.

We arrived at 11.50 and the lady at the front desk gave us a key that was not activated. It was impossible to enter the room I returned to see her at the front desk but she had already left Nobody was there, called emergency number no answer So at 1.00 in the morning I had to find another hotel to spend the night because we could not open the door of that room. The following day I went to see the girl at the front desk, very unprofessional and unpolite. Stay away from this hotel

Perfect location for us as we came up to go to mayo clinic. Properties on campus are so expensive this was 15 minutes away and it was a bargain. Perfect for what we needed
