Elevator was broken and wouldn't be fixed for a few days, per the front desk. Had to haul luggage up the stairs. Room was clean, had some areas without where paint was missing. One tile was off the wall. A couple of spots looked like someone punched the drywall. Bed was comfortable. Didn't hear nose from other rooms.

The staff at check-in was very friendly! The breakfast attendants did an excellent job keeping the buffet clean and filled up! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We felt safe with all the security cameras throughout the building but didn't like that twice when we went out the side door that someone had put a rock to keep the door from closing/locking. Good place to stay!

The property is fine for a stop over (which we did). Unfortunately the elevator was not working and our room was on 3rd floor. I get it that things happen but it seemed like it had been inoperable for some time (front desk clerk said they couldn’t get it working). The front desk was very apologetic and offered to help with our bags.

The elevator is near-broken. It gets stuck on the second floor. The door will finally open after about a minute. The fitness room is not even marked, and it was sparse. I would not recommend this hotel.

My toom had vomit and pee stains throughout the room and the noise levels were crazy. The only reason why this hotel got stars is because of the man over the dining (breakfast ) he literally made the entire experience worth it in the end with his hospitality and care for the guest.

Room was recently renovated. That was the only good thing about it. Found a bug in bed. Floor was not mopped properly. Hair in bathroom sink. Dirt and hair found in the shower. Last housekeeper never even cleaned shower from the last stay and housekeeping manager never inspected the room. Called front desk to have housekeeping come wipe out shower and no one came. Nice updated room, not cleaned properly

Mostly fine, breakfast was good. Strange that the room had no blackout drapes, only a window shade that let in lots of light even when closed. Also the closet was oddly configured, hangers positioned down low and too close to rear wall. But otherwise fine.

Stay was good. The only complaints were the walls were a bit thin. We could hear our neighbors coughing, talking etc in middle of the night and the toilet in the bathroom was super low..almost catering to children. My husband and I are average to tall and it was definitely noticeable. Staff was great and very helpful and kind. Breakfast bar well stocked. Would stay there again if in the area.

First, the night clerk, whose name I forgot to ask, was very helpful. We were able to get a late checkout and gave us utensils for food we purchased. I booked the room based on the stock photos. Check the room pictures before booking. They DO NOT look like the main 'page' photos. The room was very small. Our coffeemaker had brown goop in it and the TV was super dark. So much so we had to turn off all the lights and close the curtains to see it. No way to adjust. If you just need somewhere to sleep for the night, this would be fine. If you're having a weekend away, book somewhere else.

Ok I never leave reviews but this place really impressed me. I travel a lot and most hotels are the same but the thing that made this one note worthy was their breakfast. Met the chef. It’s a free breakfast and it was downright delicious. Never had a free breakfast this good. I would have paid for it. If you are in the area definitely stay here. Plus lots of shopping around. Across the street a Ross dress for less. Usually bargain basement feel but this one was downright high end. Delsey luggage? Ray Ban sunglasses? Cavalli?? Like the whole place felt a little twilight zone!! 😂😂

I checked in early. There was a fee of about ~$40 for early check in. I understand that but there were about 10 cars in the lot so it seems unnecessary. The person who "greeted" me at the counter was not particularly pleasant. After finding I wanted to check in early, she passed me off to someone else. This person, after running my card for incidentals and checking my ID, said I could go to the room and he would run my card for the early check in fee. As I waited at the elevator, he shouted, "your card was declined, come back here." So I went back to the counter and confirmed that he had just run my AMEX for incidentals and it wasn't declined? His response was snarky. I asked him if he could run the card again. He did and it was approved. Then he didn't say anything to me and I had to ask, "did it go through....can I leave." There were additional things I noticed that caused me to not want to stay there, but long story short, their customer service is terrible. The room itself was run down....walls banged up with paint missing. The arm chair in the room was old and filthy. Bathrooms are dated and kind of grungy.

Staff was very courteous. The breakfast cook was great. The evening guy was excellent very good manners very courteous and on the spot. Cleaning staff was excellent on point ready to help always had a towel on the arm. I would recommend this place 100 over 100 I appreciate it my 4-day stay thank you all very much. We will come again.

We were not able to check in because no one was working the front desk. We showed up at 1am. No one was there. I called the front desk phone multiple times and let it ring for a few minutes each time. Yelled to see if anyone was working no one showed up. Waited 25 minutes no one showed up Forced to get a room at another hotel. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I expect full reimbursement and compensation

The staff was very friendly and asked about any needs we might have checking in. When we checked out Juan was exceptionally helpful and we enjoyed a nice conversation. He certainly made me feel welcome and because he was so nice we would certainly come back!! The breakfast bar was delicious and the whole hotel was clean and all the staff was courteous.

Desk Personnel has no customer service training at all. We had a pre-paid reservation. PAID in full!! And my guests' plane was delayed arriving here internationally. They cancelled the rooms, although they were prepaid. And made us purchase 4 more rooms that had already been paid for ..... and the front desk was unable to assist us and was very rude.

Very very disappointed with the service at the desk. Person at the desk when I arrived did not great. Worst customer service I have experienced in a hotel. The guy didn’t say thank-u just gave me my keys very rude person when I left I gave the keys he didn’t say a word. He shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t like people

Just far enough from heavy traffic to be quiet but for dining and shopping everything you could think of is within a half mile of the hotel. Also close to major hospital which is why I stayed there.

The shower was absolutely phenomenal and my favorite part about the stay. I could’ve stayed in the shower for hours the water pressure was amazing. Every part of the hotel I saw was clean, the staff were All very helpful and polite. The breakfast could’ve been better. It’s not a lot of choices but it’s included in your stay and it’s good enough. 10/10 I’ll be staying here again if I’m in the area.

The property was convenient to get to and was clean and quiet. It is close to many restaurants and other places to eat, as well as a shopping center where you can restock whatever you need for your trip. The only minus is that the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests.
