The rooms are very outdated...and show obvious signs of wear. Especially the bathroom! For the price I would have expected better quality. Staff was friendly.

My stay was great except for the fact that we had trouble with the shower. The last day w we’re there we couldn’t get the water to turn on and when I did I couldn’t get it to get hot. I talked to the person at the front desk when I was checking out and was told it would be looked into. The staff was very accommodating.

I was put into a dingy (dirty floors) room on the first floor. I wore white socks that got dirty real quick. The air conditioner rattled condtantly and loudly like it was going to explode leaving my daughter and I with very little sleep. We ended up leaving an entirr day early due to the unpleasantness of our stay. I love vacationing at the beach but i will not stay at this hotel ever again. I also dont think guests should be punished for having pets. You get the worst, unclean rooms with no views and you pay the same for the room only you also have to pay another $35 per night per dog to stay in the worst rooms. Also they represent “breakfast included“, but its actually a breakfast buffet at another cost to you. I wont stay here again.

Stayed 1 night

The Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The property is on the older side, like alot of the other properties in the outer banks. It has imperfections from years of use, but none of them affected our stay at all. The room was comfortable and the view is amazing. It was very busy during our stay, but very quiet. Accessing the beach and restaurant is very convenient. There's Icecream and pizza right across the street that are definitely worth visiting. The restaurant Millers is overpriced and over-rated, in our opinion...
