I chose this hotel because of the pictured pool. We got there in the evening and the pool area was poorly lit, not what I'd expected. The next day, with more natural light, the pool looked dirty. Could just be age of pool or may have needed cleaned. Room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was good, staff were friendly enough

The clerk wasn’t friendly and explained nothing about parking. I asked about a shuttle to the nearby amphitheater and she just laughed and walked away. Eventually we received a code to park but it took some work. The pool looked disgusting. It was incredibly dirty. You couldn’t sleep in because it wax so loud. There was no soap in the dispenser at the sink. The keys didn’t work and to go through several until one worked. This place was a hassle. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Staff was very nice. Management should be fired due to the place being so dirty. Carpeting has lots of stains and needed vacuuming tile floors dirty not been cleaned for a long time. Elevators dirty needed cleaned and polished. Bottom of doors horrible looking with dirt. Windows dirty. Lobby bar was clean but floors once again dirty. Such a shame this hotel was the CROWN but until it gets cleaned up no more for me.

The building architecture was great but the pool water was a greenish brown. Called staff about check in time was hung up on, was rudely told there was no late check out upon leaving, not sure why they were in a bad mood, but its unprofessional when people are trying to have a good vacation.

Our room hard soaked carpet in front of the window. The wallpaper above the window is falling down and has mold on it. The room smells like mildew. When I checked out, I explained to the lady about our room and she stated we always have problems with that room! Room 643!

The overall stay was nice. My kids and I had a great evening. The staff was friendly and the one older black woman was very helpful at the pool. The room however had dirty linen; a face towel in the bathroom and a stain on one of the pillows.

Room was not what I booked front desk wouldn't help, got a hold of Expedia they got the right room for me. Was targeted by staff for calling Expedia. Hotel staff retaliated by charging me double the advertised rate. The morning desk person fixed it but they will hold the full amount for 5 to 7 days. Will never return to this property.

Called for 20 mins because we needed towels. I also replied to the hotel check-in text asking for towels. No answer so we went down to get them. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. The next morning, 3 hours after we checked out, the hotel replied to the text that they were busy but would get us towels.

We tried to check in at 3 as it states is there check in time. Our room was not ready. They actually said they had no clean rooms at all. I was told that the check in time didn't actually mean your room was ready at 3. We waited for over an hour, along with a lobby full of other guest trying to check in, for our room to be ready. We were going to a concert and need to get ready before we left and we were unable to shower and get ready before. We didn't have enough time because of the late check in. The only thing they offered for the late room was a free parking pass. I didn't even realize we had to pay to park at the hotel we already paid for. We will not stay at this hotel again.

I had to schedule an unplanned hotel stay due to airline issues (weather related, so no reimbursement) and only spent a short night at the hotel; however, their customer service was amazing!!! There was some kind of mix-up with the shuttle, so I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a ride to the hotel, and the night manager immediately told me she was giving me a free breakfast. When I notified her that I needed to leave at 3:30 am for an early flight, she told me to pick a few items from their “marketplace” that she would comp for me, as their apology for the delay/confusion. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and nice, they were extremely polite and friendly on the phone when I called a couple times to ask about the shuttle, the room was magnificent, the bed super-comfortable, the shower divine…and they had REAL shampoo and conditioner, not the cheap stuff that other places have!!! Sadly, I didn’t get to experience the pool or other amenities, but I was truly blown away by their kindness and care during my (very short) stay!

Really nice and helpful hotel staff but they were clearly overwhelmed - the floor in our first room was sopping wet and there was a big industrial fan running in it. Checked us into another room efficiently. Hotel is fine but very big and busy, super busy little pool. It would be an ok place to stay but the area is awful from a city planning perspective. There are a couple restaurants you could eat at nearby but literally impossible to access on foot because of fencing (you can see them but not walk across the parking lot to them). Only option is to drive but if you leave, the only way to get back is to get on the interstate. You’re travelling several miles on interstate to return from the one pizza place that is literally next door.

The breakfast was expensive and the food was sub par. There was another restaurant in the hotel that never opened during our two day stay. Our trash never got emptied in our room, and when asked for more towels, we never received them. Our first night we got asked to leave the pool an hour before closing so they could put chemicals in it. Never once saw them do that. The staff was nice, and overall our stay was ok. Not super impressed.
