The place was horrible to stay unless you are only there for a few hours. No elevators, the hallways smell like dope no matter what, they have roaches everywhere, no microwave in rooms, only waffles for breakfast, toilets barely flush, bed is comfortable, air barely works. The only perks is being beside a chicken and waffle restaurant

I was waiting for the shuttle for 50 mins and called them 4 times. The place is 2 mins drive away and the lady at the counter kept on sayj g it is on its way. When the shuttle thrned up i asked the driver how many times he drive pass and he said once!!! The place is old, dirty and run down.. Looks good on photos but it is actually terrible

Old dirty shoe insers on shelf in closet area, electrical outlet hanging out of wall, fire alarm cover off and battery half disconnected in room. Carpet very dirty in hallway/stairs, no elevator so make sure to ask for room on first floor if stairs are a no go.

I like that I can park at a reasonable cost, have access to a free shuttle, and have inexpensive rooms.The bed had a comforter this stay therefore my rest was comfortable. The place needs upgrades, better food, more amenities, a deep clean, and more accommodating staff to those who leave early or arrive late.

The people at the front desk were very helpful. My only complaint is that the phone system was not working, so I couldn't get a wake-up call as a back up to setting the alarm on my phone. I almost missed the shuttle. Also the shuttle quits running at 11:00 pm, but my plane comes in at 11:15 which causes me to have to call a cab. I would like to see them run the shuttle until midnight at least.

Its very convenient to Lambert including the shuttle and ample room to park and leave the car during plane trips Quick and easy check in and out Reasonably quiet considering how close it is to airport I like the fridge and coffee maker in the room esp as the lobby lacks it Vending machines were half empty their dollar bill tender not working An elevator would be helpful for travelers to get their bags up and down

There were roaches on the bed and in the bathroom. The bedspreads had burn holes and the shower handle completely fell off. The first room smelled bad and had roaches on the bed so they moved us. The second room had roaches in the bathroom and all the other problems i mentioned.

This hotel is disgusting, don't even think about staying. The room was hotter than outside, there are cockroaches, the floor is disgusting. I've never seen a hotel as disgusting as this one. They want you to sleep with cockroaches, they didn't give me my money back when the receptionist told me yes and the manager now the scammers and liars said no to Expedia, that hotel should be closed

The room was in disrepair. Molding coming off the walls Sheet rock had chunks off at the bottom of some walls. Rusty kleenex wall holder in bathroom. Last occupant left cooked food in the fridge poorly wrapped, made refrigerator smell. Very noisey. Room doors slam. If on the first floor you can hear all the movement in the room above you. Very busy street. Lots of traffick noise.

First room, was dirty and trim was all falling off the wall. Window was unlocked on the first floor. Then turned on the TV, it didn't work. Went to the desk. She switched our rooms rather annoyed with us. The 2nd room was also dirty, window was slightly open and had no lock on the first floor. Went back to the desk. The girl acted like we were making stuff up. Switched rooms again. Finally got in the 3rd room, still dirty, holes in the walls. Burn marks in the bed spread. Staff was rude. Also, had to lock the door with a coat hanger because the door wouldn't lock. No food or breakfast was offered because of construction. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Parking was limited. Find any other hotel to stay in other than this one or a bridge.

Affordable hotel near the airport. It's also very near major highways and a train track, and our room was on that side so it could have been quieter. When we first came in, the entire first floor, and a little in the room itself, had a lingering odor of cigarette smoke. I assume the entire hotel is not smoke-free. The large gap under the door to the room, and the curtain that did not fit flush with the wall, made the room quite bright after our eyes adjusted to the dark. We were a bit let down by the free breakfast - there were not even doughnuts, bagels or yogurts (although there was a waffle maker, toaster and two cereal options). On the good side, the price was reasonable and there is a free shuttle to/from the airport, and the mattress was very comfortable so we slept as well as possible given the jet lag.

The Quality Inn was average at best. The beds were extremely stiff. They felt like how you would assume a prison bed would feel. The toilet plastic was peeling. The only positive is the air, heat, and fridge worked

Very convenient for a quick trip to the STL airport. However, the bed was very uncomfortable (actually both were just hard - which isn't my personal preference). There is no supression of noise in the room- so everything in the hallway, people talking, doors slamming, etc. were very loud. There is no access to drinking water which seemed odd. Normally you can at least buy bottles of water- but there was only a single vending machine with like 6 various types of sodas. As for local area, there wasn't anywhere to quickly go get some convenience items (for someone walking- which also didn't feel safe). There is a lot of deferred maintenance, the place needs a facelift, but it was clean for the most part (one pillow case and one sheet both had questionable stains- so were not used). I would pay the few dollars extra to stay down the road next time. Best thing though- the staff was super nice! I feel bad the accommodations were so rough.

The hotel is literally right across from the airport, just minutes away. It also turned out to be immediately next to my car rental location, too, so even more convenient than I had anticipated (unfortunately, that location, just outside my room, had music blaring all day and into the night). Noisy neighbors upstairs were my main issue, but the front desk staff was helpful with the problem.

There is nowhere in the page where you can get instructions to be picked up by the shuttle, you must call to know which shuttle should you take since they do not use their own, but no one tells you that. There is no elevator and no one could help me to get my luggage upstairs. The hallways smells like weed but the room was very clean, I also loved that sem to be sound proof because I could get some rest at this place.

Hotel was run down in general. Carpet thred bare, rooms showed much wear. Poor water pressure in the shower. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Hair in the bedsheets. Two concert t-shirts were still in the closet area from a previous guest. Meets basic needs. Very conveniently located to the airport and car rental return.

Stayed 7 days and 6 nights. Was there from Wednesday til Tuesday. I had to requested for someone to come clean on Saturday. I was told by front desk they were too busy to clean. I had trash bag full of trash. Had to ask housekeeper for new towels and toilet paper. I will not return unfortunately

Lobby smelt like cigarettes bad. Didnt feel safe everything about walking in felt off. Front desk attendant was just over it, I had simple questions and it felt like a struggle to get them answered. All in all it was a cheap place and got what we payed for didnt even end up staying we just went home couldnt get a refund either even though I payed the extra for "protection" it was a joke.

Horrible it took staff 20 min to check me in because they were not at the desk. The hotel smelled bad. There is no security. The room luckily did not have bugs like others say. The bathroom sink look like it will fall. The tv channels do not work. The microwave didn't work. Fridge was leaking. Bed very uncomfortable. Dirty lamps and floors. Stay far away from this place. They do charge a $100 deposit please pay cash.

This location was very loud with airplanes and interstate traffic. Other local guests weren't considerate either. The beds and space were comfortable but the condition of the bathroom was incomplete. There was siding and parts of the counter missing. I would not stay here again.

Check in was easy and Danny was great. The beds were comfortable but the rest of the room was old, dirty, and gross. There is no on site restaurant as described in the overview so we had to order delivery. We set our boxed pizza on the desk and 5 minutes later there were 2 baby roaches heading towards it. All the furniture and picture frames were old and falling apart.

Pros Shuttle service, breakfast, clothes iron and ironing board, Bible in drawer Cons Have no laundry facilities, I used a plastic bag placed it over the face sink hole filled it with water and did my laundry, drained them in the bathtub on the rack, took the rack and placed it in front the air condition, when I was out I opened the curtains and sunlight did the rest Breakfast- Each day we got waffles (we made) good quality orange and apple juice, bread to toast and butter cereal and cold milk no hot milk. No boiled eggs, no protein, no Jam, no cupcakes no patties etc. There is a communal Microwave for use in front of the Breakfast area. Nice area to like, I spent about 14 nights there.

The breakfast is the worst I’ve ever seen. No eggs and nothing at all in the glass door refrigerator they have on the counter. I checked many times, nothing in there, not even little yogurts. The electric wall plugs are falling out of the wall in the room. The refrigerator stopped working and the microwave never did work. Couldn’t use the drawers as they were falling apart. Other than the comfortable bed there really was in quality at all!

there are nice rooms like the one I'm in now finally after the second time I am going to move establishments unless I am credited some free nights tried to talk to management they said they would contact me about my stay I've still never heard anything the only reason I'm even here is that it was missed booked and unless I am compensated immediately I'm moving I work for Marriott in 8 different positions and unfortunately I'm un impresse my number 3147084476 call me immediately I'm calling corporate now

Started off waiting for free shuttle from airport. After waiting for their van called front desk to be told was coming soon. They had no sign on van for their hotel. 1 hour later to figure out and get to hotel. No restaurant as advertised. Area didn’t seem safe to wonder to far. Room appeared clean until noticing dirt and hair on side of bed. Worth it to upgrade to a little more expensive place.
