Our room had a microwave, a digital stovetop, and a nearly full size refrigerator with a freezer. The beds were fine. They were remodeling when we were there, so there were beds in a couple of the halls. Breakfast was typical continental and fine. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The bathroom had a spa styled bathtub that did not work.

Property was very dated and smelled of smoke, everyone just went outside door to smoke. Rented as a kitchenette, but had NO dishes, pans, silver, ABSOLUTELY nothing! Was told u could purchase them?? Who does this while traveling? Very dissappointed with this. Staff were amazing, especially Mayo and DeDe! Ty Gerri

Upon reserving the stay, the hotel looks very nice. When we pulled in, we observed the hotel is very dated. When we walked in, the hotel is very dated and smells. None of the security card doors work. No cameras in the parking lot. The hotel room is very moist and muggy without reprieve. They have put in kithenettes. The plumbing is completely messed up. When we used the bathroom sink, the water water would come up in the kitchenette sink. The black out blind dont close and are held up with twist ties. They have extended stay people. Whoever it was, partied all night long and kept us awake by yelling and slamming doors. The first night we were here, I went to the desk to report it. The girl was not nice about my report. The grounds are filthy and the whole place needs a new owner and a complete facelift. If I hadnt paid for 2 nights, we would have went somewhere else. I paid $243.00 of my Hotels.com money and then we paid another $80,00 on top of that. When we pulled in, the sign says $90.00 for walk ins. That would have been nice. Glad we left.

This place is terrible, they have a stove top but nothing to cook with. They didn’t have enough towels after we had to ask on our third day. We had to call the police due to people fighting in the hall way. Do not go there!!

I loved how helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond to get us the type of room we reserved. The manager Cindy was lovely. The walls are quite thin and as a result the hall outside the room was noisy even throughout the night. The room, bathroom, and refrigerator were dirty.

There was some work being done on the property. It was very noisy. Dogs were barking. They shut the water off for about 2 hours. Our pillow cases had blood on them. And the place smelled of mold and mildew. Just all around filthy

We had a quick passing through in Idaho Falls and loved the location of the hotel (right off the river). Beautiful views out the back of the property! Initial impression of room was tidy, but could tell that the property is older and many unclean spots in bathroom and behind furniture. Beds weren’t comfortable although they did provide many pillows. Adequate linens for showers for 4 in a double room. Host that checked us in late at night was super friendly and helpful!!

The place is dated and worn down. Every door slams and some are broken. You can hear everything happening in the entire hallway from inside your room. Worried my car would get broken into. Restaurant was great as was the front desk staff.

The room was worn out - shabby. The bedside lamps would not work and some light sockets didn't work either. Badly needs painting, new drapes, etc. The outside door to the building did not lock so the entry key was not needed to gain access to the rooms. The king bed was fairly comfortable. The good variety of breakfast fare was appreciated.

First I'd like to say the hostess that checked us in was very helpful and nice. I wasn't paying attention to my booking dates and when we arrived she noticed the mistake and fixed it immediately with no fuss. I booked this hotel under the impression that they had a pool. To our surprise the pool wasn't even filled, so no pool available! In the description it state blackout curtains in the room, nope! We couldn't pull those curtains together. The sink in our room dirty. The air conditioning didn't work either. Breakfast bar had cereal, boiled eggs, waffles bagels toast bagels and what id call not so good cafeteria coffee.

There was a party outside our window till wee hours of the morning,staff treid to dispuse but only on the second call to them. Sheets were clean but stained, and mattress was hard, shower tub was slippery, and shower spicket was close to inoperatable. The room was ok, but i get that pets can stay, but keep non pet bringing people out of pet rooms. It smelled pretty bad. I had to go to Walmart and get spray and a room vaporizer to be able to stay for 4 nights. Beds were comfy, and liked the small kitchen.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located off the I-15 going wither north or south. The Bees Knees is a restaurant within the hotel, although it is separately owned and operated. The food is plentiful and delicious. The suites and a little older, but they are clean and spacious. We appreciated Mayo's friendly smile and and the ease in which he welcomed us. Mayo was knowledgeable, and helpful if you need to know where to eat or shop.

Stayed here traveling back from St. George to Cda, then back a few days later while relocating. Seriously, the night manage is the bees bees. I was on the road in a u haul for like 11 hours and she was very helpful and friendly when I arrived. I was exhausted and she made sure I had everything I needed. Huge kudos to her!!

Our stay was not up to par. Rather than go into details that would reflect poorly on the hotel, I will say that I spoke with the general manager in the morning and explained what happened during our stay. She was appalled and did everything in her power to make things right. From her comments, I gather that our stay was not up to her standards for the property either. In my view, she went above and beyond to make things right for us. Thank you!

This is an older hotel, but well maintained. It's easy to get to off the I-15 going north or south. Friendly and helpful manager, and front desk. Both Cindy and Virginia were wonderful to deal with.

Very comfortable stay. On last day I was going to take a shower but the shower head would only work if water extremely hot. When I told front desk they immediately got me in another room with working shower so had a nice shower afterall.

honestly, me and my family were disappointed, Heather doesn't work, we asked for extra towels and they denied, we rented the room for breakfast service in the morning and they don't have it, we wanted to go into the pool and it's empty, the room smells like food, sorry but the truth is so bad... Beware! This place lacks any integrity whatsoever and will happily steal your money. I booked the room at 11:00 pm, and arrived shortly thereafter at around 11:30. Door to the lobby is locked with a sign saying the lobby closed at 10, with a phone number to contact. Fair enough, I call the number and it rings and rings and rings and no answer. I try ringing the "Ring" doorbell multiple times and no response there either. After 20 minutes of calling and ringing the doorbell, literally walking through the hallways asking if anybody works here and receiving no response. Finally, getting close to midnight now with no indication anybody will ever show up, I have no choice but to book another hotel. I went through the process with hotels.com and the hotel is refusing to voluntarily issue me a refund. The only way I was able to get my money back was to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. How can you accept money for a booking late at night if you are unable to actually honor it and then refuse to refund you?

After 20 minutes of calling and ringing the doorbell, literally walking through the hallways asking if anybody works here and receiving no response. Finally, getting close to midnight now with no indication anybody will ever show up, I have no choice but to book another hotel. I went through the process with hotels.com and the hotel is refusing to voluntarily issue me a refund. The only way I was able to get my money back was to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. How can you accept money for a booking late at night if you are unable to actually honor it and then refuse to refund you?

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located off the I-15 going wither north or south. The Bees Knees is a restaurant within the hotel, although it is separately owned and operated. The food is plentiful and delicious. The suites and a little older, but they are clean and spacious. We appreciated Mayo's friendly smile and and the ease in which he welcomed us. Mayo was knowledgeable, and helpful if you need to know where to eat or shop.

We had a quick passing through in Idaho Falls and loved the location of the hotel (right off the river). Beautiful views out the back of the property! Initial impression of room was tidy, but could tell that the property is older and many unclean spots in bathroom and behind furniture. Beds weren’t comfortable although they did provide many pillows. Adequate linens for showers for 4 in a double room. Host that checked us in late at night was super friendly and helpful!!

This is an older hotel, but well maintained. It's easy to get to off the I-15 going north or south. Friendly and helpful manager, and front desk. Both Cindy and Virginia were wonderful to deal with.

Ok hotel. Restaurant attached may have been reason for funky smell in hallways but didn’t penetrate rooms. Surrounding area mostly commercial with hotels and small businesses. Said riverfront but only residential rooms were we were told.

The front of the hotel was good and the check in was good; friendly & helpful. Drove around the back and it looked a little sketchy. It was dirty and some of the rooms had broken windows. We weren’t sure our car & contents would be safe. We parked at the front of the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

The place is dated and worn down. Every door slams and some are broken. You can hear everything happening in the entire hallway from inside your room. Worried my car would get broken into. Restaurant was great as was the front desk staff.

First I'd like to say the hostess that checked us in was very helpful and nice. I wasn't paying attention to my booking dates and when we arrived she noticed the mistake and fixed it immediately with no fuss. I booked this hotel under the impression that they had a pool. To our surprise the pool wasn't even filled, so no pool available! In the description it state blackout curtains in the room, nope! We couldn't pull those curtains together. The sink in our room dirty. The air conditioning didn't work either. Breakfast bar had cereal, boiled eggs, waffles bagels toast bagels and what id call not so good cafeteria coffee.

I booked a king room online. When i arrived she rented my room. Our room did not have a microwave, the toilet leaned when you lean, one roll of tp. When we arrived at the hotel we had wait 15 mins for the lady to come inside. Not sure what she was doing. The walls around the air conditioning was black and cracked. If i could have gotten my money back i would have left.

The check-in clerk was eating his lunch and on his phone for about 15 minutes before he came to the desk to help me. The room was clean but there was no soap, shampoo. Had to go buy my own. The TV and one of the lights didn't work. On checkout I was told I had parked in the wrong parking space. It would be nice if they would either post with signs or communicate to customers. Overall not the best experience with a hotel.
