There were many hotels to chose from in the area, we chose this one particularly for the indoor pool. However it was closed for cleaning Sunday morning, during pool hours. The pool should be cleaned and maintained during closed hours. It was a huge disappointment to the youth group that I was chaperoning. We plan to come to this area in the future, we will look for a different option next time!

The property was just what we needed. Check in took a bit long, but the staff member did explain to me why, which always helps. The breakfast was great, room comfortable for our family of 6. The pull out bed was leaning one way so much that it affected how my kids laid on it but they slept okay. The pool was fun, though the water cloudy, like it needed a dose of chlorine. Overall, exactly what we needed on a long road trip!

Common areas were clean and updated. Great breakfast and rooms were modern. The hotel reeked of weed, blankets and garbage were just laying in the hallways all day long and the pool was closed due to "maintenance", which is code for the lobby was being used for a conference. Staff was top notch.

Staff was very friendly. The fitness center had some equipment that wasn’t working and offered nothing to clean equipment after you were done using it. You also had to sign up ahead of time to visit the pool.

Elevators were broken. 1 of 3 was working so extremely slow. There are no stairs! Unbelievable! Breakfast was good. Room was good but no sheets, blanket and pillow for pullout. Did receive them but had to call for them.

Our room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bar never opened. We specifically chose this hotel for the on site bar and restaurant but it was closed. We had to drive down the road for dinner.

The room was a bit run-down, and it took them overnight to clean up a mess in front of the elevator. Otherwise they'd of had a perfect score. The breakfast was the best! That alone got them a better score. The room was nice, but our wall had some wear on it, and the shower had some chips in it. So not perfect, but nothing that really affected the comfort. The staff not cleaning the huge, muddy mess infront of the elevator was the biggest complaint.

Very outdated hotel. Our room was dirty, there was still clothing in the drawers from the previous guest, and the pull out couch had food on it. We asked to move rooms, and when we walked in the new room, there was clothing on the bed in the second room. The front desk workers were incredibly kind and found us a third room, but by that point we were very disappointed and stressed. The staff is very kind, the breakfast was fresh, but the rooms are outdated and dirty. If you can handle stained carpets and torn bed sheets, it’s not terrible for a night or two. I would not return.

Lobby area nice. Bed was comfortable. Clean linens. Good location. Nice staff. Unfortunately, suite was mediocre, like older Days Inn property experiences. Stained carpeting, scratched up wood furniture, ceiling in bathroom pealing. Warped main door. Didnt smell fresh, as if smoking room. Breakfast was bad. Greasy eggs, not much of a selection. Bad quality. It wasnt worth the rate we paid. Overall, unbecoming qualities for an Embassy Suites hotel. Disappointed. Would not go back to that one.

The staff was friendly. The cleaning needs to be a little more thorough. I found hair in my bed sheets, shower and bathroom mirror. My microwave didnt work, however maintenance came and switched it out. The carpet going from the tile floor to the bedroom was coming up, maybe consider a transition. The breakfast options as far as meat were limited to pork. It would of been nice to have a chicken option. Overall the hotel was clean, well lit parking lot at night and the staff were accommodating.

The hotel seems older. Definitely has some wear and tear. The bed was comfortable but there was a smell like maybe the sheets weren’t changed. We didn’t notice this until the next day. The hotel room definitely could have been cleaned better. Staff was nice. All in all we had a nice time.

The room was nice. The smell in the room was a little weird...musty maybe? The breakfast is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly. You should have exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The pool was very cloudy. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel could use some renovations to the rooms. The hallway had ripped carpeting in spots but my biggest issue was how low the toilets are! Lower than other hotels. My second issue was feeling springs in the mattress. Not comfortable. We stay because it’s close to family but it’s not as nice as other Embassy Suites

The hotel itself is great. Customer service and front desk... not so much. They were not helpful at all. WE did love the security guard that was on duty. He was willing to help us with whatever we needed. The front desk was very frustrating to deal with.

I had a very disappointing experience. I called the front desk three times—only one call was answered. On a couple of occasions, I walked past the desk, got to my room, and then needed to call down, but no one picked up. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never encountered this kind of unresponsiveness before. The cleaning service was minimal. My bed was poorly made, and used coffee cups weren’t replaced. The elevators were extremely slow, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t even available until the following day. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. I will not be returning.

I am ashamed I did not get her name but the woman who was the bartender/waitress was amazing. We were in Cleveland to see a medical specialist for my son and he was having issues that severely limited what he could eat. The woman was so kind, patient, great with my son! We stopped by to say good-bye and I started crying at how wonderful the experience was with her. She gave both my son and me much needed comforting hugs. She deserves huge kudos! Very convenient stay and location. Needed to switch rooms due to AC which worked out because the second room was cleaner. The first room wasn’t bad I just noticed a few things. Service was prompt and friendly, no hassle changes. Breakfast was good and the omelette team was friendly even under pressure and a long line which goes a long way. I will stay again!

Was there for 3 nights and service was terrible we reach in till 1 am the morning tried and cold and was giving a diable room stink omg we couldn't sleep didnt no the guy at the deck judge u and give u room by ur color and had attitude anyway next day we went to the deck end up meeting a lovlely red girl she was wonderful kind, and even told us the person we give us the room should hv known better because thats a diable room anyway she change our room to a better room like what we booked next morning when done to eat oh god lik it was a free for all morning no bread, no fruits, no pancake in the night no coffee no room service to make bed plus the sheet had red hair and lik mess on them when you request to chnage its lik they didnt want too no room servie you hv to go dr if u need new towel or even a cup and green tea so plz dont viste

This was by far the one of the worst trips I have had in recent memory. The room was expensive compared to what I have paid in the past. The woman checking me in was obviously too good for her job or so she seemed to think. No smile or greeting. Kind of rude. The room: 1) There was a burn mark on the desk. 2)The freezer in the room was coated with a thick mass of ice about 4 inches thick on all sides. 3) Both shampoo and conditioner were empty. Took several attempts to get them restocked 4) When restocked initially, the conditioner was changed with lotion. I went out and bought my own. 5) There was a full plate of breakfast under the couch. It had been there a while as it was molded. I did mention it to housekeeping who apologized. 6) The pool was closed due to an event of some sort. No mention of this when I booked or checked in. My kids were pretty disappointed. 7) The elevator bank stopped working. No stairs were available. So, exhausted, we waited 1/2 hour to get into our room. No one came to apologize to the mass of people waiting. The woman who checked us in looked at me and just said that she didn't know what to tell me. 8) Why didn't someone come and open the stairs while the elevators were out? 9) Breakfast area was a mess. No one bussing or signs telling guests where to leave plates. Food on the floor. I love this chain. This one was a disaster and not worth the price I paid. I trust Travelocity to vet these places. Obviously not.

At checking in, they did not tell us that we had to make reservations to go swimming in the pool. I had two hotel rooms in my family could not swim. Staff was rude at the front desk and would not even try to make accommodations. I will never come back to this location again.

My hats off to the Embassy Suites staff for a fabulous family weekend. Tyeisha is one of the best receptionists I’ve ever seen in action. Despite the two major sporting events and multiple functions already happening at the hotel she controlled the chaos and got us checked-in with no issues. It’s pretty impressive to see a person multi-task and treat every guest like there are the only one in line. My family loved the made to order omelets and we had a blast in the pool. The suite was big enough so everyone had their own space without stepping on each other. My only negative is that the actual breakfast staging area is too small for the amount of guest throughput it receives. I recommend during the next scheduled renovation, expand the break area. Otherwise; our time was great.

You need a vehicle to enjoy the area. A few minutes down the road are movie theaters, restaurants and a National Park (hiking, fishing, etc.). If you are not going to rent a car - plan Uber/Lyft into your budget.

Great place to stay that was out of the way but super convenient to get to everything in downtown Cleveland. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was a hit with my son! Great options for breakfast, with some items rotating from day to day. We could not have been happier with our stay!

I will continue to object to the $10.00 parking fee at the Embassy Suite locations. At this specific Embassy Suites the kitchen was poorly managed. They ran out of juice, food milk and even coffee way before the end of the breakfast hours. We stayed there several days and the selections were the same every day unlike other Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

Nice looking property overall. We were in town for a conference. We wanted to relax in the pool but was dirty (hair and other floating debris) which was disappointing. We tried the restaurant for an evening meal. The food was expensive but the service was slow and the food was just okay. The highlight was probably the breakfast buffet with the made to order omelettes. The breakfast chef was also very pleasant and we had a good time.
