the staff was rude, charged me twice for my room when I had already paid on Expedia, did not explain resort amenities.

Enjoyed hearing the outdoor concert Boz Skaggs courtesy of being on the premises. Bring plug in chargers for your electronics. Rooms are in process of being upgraded but no USB ports at this time in my room.
