Rest Inn Fort Smith

The front staff was great. The room had dirty areas with ashes , smelled of smoke through the night as other rooms smoked, stained sheets, missing items noted on the hotel add. The place is ran down by the extended stay individuals. Got very little sleep due to other individuals making lots of noise through the night.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. My room had a smell of cigarettes, so it’s obvious a lot of their employees smoke and that is gross. The drain in the bathroom was very slow. I would not recommend this place.

I have become a regular at this hotel due to being homeless. I will say this they have the best staff they're always very nice and accommodating and prompt with your requests. in the past 2months I have probably stayed 14 nights 2 days to 5. overall it is about three hotel. the last visit was incredibly disappointing. I would think as a regular they would accommodate me in the better rooms because I know there's better rooms cuz I've been in one instead the last two visits have been disappointing neither visit neither room had a safety latch on it that's very important to me I want to feel like I am locked in due to the clientele at this hotel isn't the best,there's a lot of extended stay people and individuals that are living there on a day-to-day basis. Both stays the rooms I was in the last two stays neither room had an ashtray or a trash can this past stay none of the lamps had bulbs. ? and one of my most important things is I need my blinds to open and close neither room with the blinds open or close both of the windows were just hanging there letting all this hot air in anyway I might give it to two and a half the last two stays. I will be going back though.

Worst hotel ever! From sticky floors to stopped up sinks and cockroaches!

Disgusting!!! Cigarette homes in pillows and blankets. Mild on fridge and old soap bar in shower! The worst place I’ve ever stayed!
