The Unique Hotel Brera

Fantastic hotel & great location. Our only minor, tiny niggle was not having a bar facility. Staff very friendly and always willing to help and provide advice & guidance. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Happy to help. Breakfast is good. No bar area. Room and bathroom were spacious. Jacuzzi bath did not work and there is no way to make hot drinks in your room. Usual extortionate mini bar. Well situated for tourist attractions.

The hotel was very nice. Clean, spacious rooms with all amenities. The location is perfect and close to many things, restaurants, shopping, train station & a pharmacy right next door. The spa was not operating while we were there, so we did not get to experience that. We enjoyed our stay!

The staff were amazing and helpful, and the accommodation was lovely. The elevator didn’t work one day so that’s why I rated lower on the facility

The Unique Hotel was a nice stay with an awesome outdoor jacuzzi! I highly recommend this type of room. The free breakfast was an added plus. The service by the staff and check in was a 10!

They tried hard – but Wi-Fi in my room was very compromised. The sink faucet rattled around. The room was too spare for my liking. But the location is great, and the staff was well intended – if a little bit untrained.

Our suite room was spacious with four rooms in total, it included one bed room, one dining room, one room with a sofa bed and one large jacuzzi room plus two bathrooms, one is with a smaller jacuzzi and the another is with a shower. It looked nice and comfortable. The large Jacuzzi was very nice, we used everyday after a long day walking, we found it very relaxing, but the around the jacuzzi the floor was full of dust, I don’t understand why, and we didn’t ask for cleaning because it was optional to have room cleaned. Also, the first night we were in, I noticed the small bathroom’s barbican was full with papers in it. The dining room with four chairs around a round table, however, the table light was out of battery, we mentioned it to the front desk, they just said it needed to be charged, then no then. Also, the rooms was facing a court with all construction materials in it, it was quiet in the evening, but at 9 am, it started drilling. The shower room glass doors were derailed, we managed to put them back, and the bathroom doorframe was out, I think the maintenance team needed to check and make sure everything is in order. The breakfast was included which was nice. The area was full of good restaurants and we liked walking around. I hate to give bad reviews and we liked some equipment, but I was hoping the bathrooms would have a bigger table with nice lighting, and I really want to have some facial tissues. Anyway, thank you!

Lovely, well-located and nice. Only regret is no gym because it is so small, but no option for a gym use ( a deal with nearby facility) communicated.

Staff A+, the room beautiful, super clean; the breakfast was amazing and the people in the breakfast area were amazing as well. But I wanted to mention that the room was hot, I called during the night and asked if the AC can be turned on to a cold temperature but I was told that there in Milan they don’t turn the AC on during this time of the year because it is cold, but it’s cold outside, not inside, I had to open a window, but the noise from the outside didn’t allow us to sleep.

Dry nice, clean, beautiful hotel in the center next to the restaurant area, Scala Theater, and the Duomo Di Milano. Excellent service and delicious breakfast.

Every person we interacted with was so wonderful! From the front desk who went above and beyond to the people working the free breakfast. My children loved it and were doted on by the staff. I did take off a star because I felt that the room cleaning wasn’t very thorough (there were old chips scattered on the floor under the pull out couch and the shampoo and body wash containers were empty) and because the shower didn’t drain properly and one of the towel warmers didn’t work (wouldn’t have been an issue but I was using it to dry clothes). If I had told the staff I’m sure they would have been on it and I would definitely stay again. Very close to the castle and easy walk to the many sights and restaurants.

They immediately helped me get in contact with a nurse and arranged for the nurse to come directly to my room. Their support and kindness in that moment meant a lot to me. I honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything was stunningly wonderful. I will definitely be back and will absolutely stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is in a great location which is quiet but easily walkable to the main tourist sites and public transport options. The room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed having our own balcony! Breakfast was lovely, especially the pistachio cream croissants! The staff are very friendly and efficient.

We really liked our room. It was clean, spacious, and had a nice balcony. The hotel was also conveniently located as everything we wanted to visit was walkable. We’d highly recommend this place!

Great location, fantastic staff, excellent breakfasts, tiny rooms and shower, bathroom with poor lighting, comfy bed/pillows, lovely aesthetic decor, noisy tram 24x7. Great gelato across the street, and lovely neighborhood.

Whist rooms are small they are efficiently laid out. The location is excellent and there’s an excellent restaurant across the street and others close by.

The location was perfect—right in one of Milan’s most charming neighborhoods, with great shopping and restaurants just steps away, and within easy walking distance to the city’s main attractions. Our room was very quiet, which made for a restful stay, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, though they weren’t always the most knowledgeable when it came to transportation details or restaurant recommendations. Overall, a comfortable and well-located choice in Milan.

Great location, lovely staff, but has a run down feeling.

Great little hotel in the center of Milan. Location is perfect—everything is just steps from the front door. Staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We were only in town for less than 24 hrs, so this was perfect for the price. We had to leave very early, before breakfast was available, and the overnight desk agent made us coffee and offered muffins. If you are planning to take a cab to/from MXP airport, let the hotel arrange it for you, and you will save a little money (the hotel charges 120 euros, independent cabs are around 135 euros).

They did not have our reservation and had no room available.They did find us another hotel but this was a very bad way to start a trip.Not sure who was at fault but we didn’t have to pay anything extra.

The Unique Hotel is very conveniently located to walk to most of the major sites in Milan including the Duomo, Last Supper, Galleria, La Scalia, and Castello Sforzesco. We took the train to Milano Cadorna station and walked to the hotel. It was a bit longer off a walk than we expected (15 minutes) and with 2 bags each we probably should have taken a taxi. Lesson learned. The hotel is nice and clean and modern inside but not much to look at from the outside. The room itself is on the smaller side but the bathroom was bigger and comfortable. The breakfast area was small but was very nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. There are many restaurants close by and the hotel is very well located to fit a lot in in a short period of time.

Hotel is located in a safe and walkable area, easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options.

This small hotel has well-appointed, spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the lovely Brera district of Milan. The hotel is within walking distance to the Castle Sforza and is easily accessible by train from the Cardrona train station.

I had a wonderful time at my first stay in Milan. I came for a concert and it was in perfect location to all the tourists locations. It was walking distance to many attractions and the metro and bus was also near the hotel. The staff was very accommodating while I was there.

The hotel was in the perfect location to walk to any of the sites in the tour guide. Close the the metro, supermarket,and many restaurants.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Easy access to all attractions. Ask for a room facing Via delle Erbe as it will be quieter. Staff are wonderful and breakfasts are very good. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Milan.

Meget hyggeligt hotel, superb beliggenhed tæt på metro og i gåafstand til det meste, flotte værelser, morgenmad var rigtig god med kaffe i høj kvalitet (fra baristomaskine), æg efter bestilling, sprødt bacon og ægte friskpresset appelsinjuice.

The breakfast is in a basement and minimal one day the manager talked extremely loudly with the hostess. Plenty to eat just not great. The front desk staff is super friendly and location could not be better. I was on the second floor "the quiet floor" you can hear drinkers on the weekend till late and the tram almost all night long. If you like quiet this is not a hotel for you. All and all good for the rate.
