Having to walk 15 minutes to a separate building just to check in at the reception after arriving late at night, already exhausted, really makes the travel experience tiring. Other than that, the hotel was generally very satisfying.

The Vega Ribbon, itself has a great structure, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was also good. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On the first day we arrived, when walking barefoot, we felt the floor was very dirty, and our feet became so black that we had to shower again. The kitchen was missing basic utensils such as dish soap and salt, which would have been helpful to have prepared in advance. There were also no clear instructions on where to dispose of the rubbish, which made things a bit inconvenient.

Lo de tener que desplazarse unos 10 minutos hasta otro punto para hacer el check-in no tiene demasiado sentido y resulta bastante incómodo. Al llegar a la habitación vimos que la pequeña nevera no funcionaba. Avisamos y, al día siguiente, la sustituyeron por otra, así que en ese sentido respondieron bien. La ubicación está bien conectada y la zona es tranquila. En cuanto a las vistas a la ciudad, al menos en nuestro caso la habitación daba a un patio interior. La habitación estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente.
