Only book for one night.For ladies and family, only book if you can't find anything else and call the property for confirmation of your reservation. I didn't get the code for checking in , and other people have said they couldn't get connected with the staff but when l called,it was picked up by a lady who was polite, asked me a few questions and sent me the code in a few minutes.The room was fine, however it was smelly of pigeon poops and wasn't clean.l don't understand why leave that dirty. I had trouble sleeping. It was really inconvenient and unhygienic. Had everything you need in a property . The bed was super comfortable,the sheets were washed and cleaned. TV didn't worked,l didn't ask to fix it as l was staying alone. At nights it can be quite, but no one disturbs you, although had to lock my room all the time.Only one shower and toilet. As mostly the property is booked by men, the toilets were always dirty . There is one nearby shop , a fish and chips and an Indian restaurant, great for food and light beverages.

I want to complain in the strongest terms to hotels.com!! It is by far the worst place we have ever stayed and question your judgement by putting this 'hotel' on your site! We had to wait till 7pm to get our door code for the key, in sweltering conditions. The carpet and ceilings in the room were rancid! There were no tables or any furniture in the room at all to put things on! The wardrobe was broken so couldn't hang any clothes up, we asked for an iron to iron clothes that had to come straight out of our suitcases and a air- fan because the room was like a furnace, after asking staff for these things they said they would supply them but never did! The TV could not receive any signal at all so was useless. We were situated in our room right next to the front door and the constant slamming of the door morning, noon and night was a constant irritation!! I DEMAND SOME FORM OF COMPENSATION from hotels.com or will be taking the matter further!!

Nice stay for a one night stay! Close to shops and had everything it needed

Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street
