Falta servicio de alimentos por la tarde y noche, al menos una tienda pequeña para tener opción en la habitación, está excelente que no dejen tomar bebidas alcohólicas dentro del hotel, los costos son buenos el servicio en general muy bueno

I liked that it was very clean and the staff is terrific, in spite of what looks like poor senior management. Lucio, at reception was a prince, and very helpful. He deserves a BIG raise. Breakfast was pretty good and reasonable. GREAT coffee. BUT, pool didn't have a pump, or it wasn't on,so the water was breeding germs and not at all refreshing...in fact it was hot. Advertised hot tub was dirty and not working. One had to ask for toilet paper, God forbid they leave a spare when running low, or notice when lights need a replacement bulb. It felt like being ahead of maintenance instead of reacting to what's needed is not in the management plan, i.e., things got addressed when the customer asked for it, it wasn't ever anticipated or addressed with any initiative. I understand the no smoking rule, but there is a no alcohol rule, so if you want a cold beer in your room, you do without or risk sneaking it in...the best thing about this place is it's clean with a great staff, who is left to deal with poor management overall. I would never stay there again, in spite of the staff. There are other places in this price range that have to be better. I got the feeling that saving money and cutting corners is of utmost importance, not customer satisfaction. Give Lucio a raise!

Mi estancia fue mala no son cortes no guardan las maletas si llegas antes ( por razones de vuelo) te tienen hasta las 3 en punto para empezar a pedir habitación.el baño no tenía agua en el tanque. El agua estaba fría no hubo caliente. No hay en la habitación cafetera ,plancha,ni horno. No hay lugar donde poder sentarte ni mesa para colocar tus cosas,el teléfono para llamar a recepción en mal estado. La ubicación es un área muy peligrosa,barrio bajo ,delincuencia muy cercana,no puedes salir del hotel de noche a menos que lleves vehículo. No lo recomiendo hay otros lugares con ese precio en mejores condiciones de ubicación. De complemento en la habitación.no sirve la cafetería y cuando funcionó solo había huevos. La alberca no se ve ,ni siquiera está en un lugar accesible. No hay elevadores . Es un mal lugar para disfrutar el descanso.

Staff was awesome Lusio front desk clerk was the Best. Hotel, very clean, we had clean sheet everyday, new hand soap. Clean pool. Location was awesome, transportation was close ,the Niño Beach was at walking distance, walking distance to affordable place eat and walking distance to public transportation.

Elegimos por la cercanía con la terminal de autobuses y de los ferrys que van a Isla Mujeres. En general todo estuvo bien, excepto que la habitación que nos asignaron olía mucho a humedad y tenía mucho moho en el techo. Intentaron explicarnos que eso es normal en la región pero respondí que el moho es dañino para la salud, especialmente para la gente asmática, por lo que accedieron a asignarnos otra habitación.

A la llegada el trato de los recepcionistas es pésimo, tanto el señor del primer turno como las señoritas del segundo y tercer turno, nadie fue amable. Luego la tv no funcionaba, pedimos atención y nos envían a un chico que nos dijo no sé y mejor se retiró de la habitación sin ayudarnos, de nada sirvió que fuera. Luego en la ducha se encharcaba el agua en la regadera, se reportó y nunca se arregló, habitación 111.

Upon waking up the hotel had NO water. The receptionist ignored our inquiry. The common restroom in the pool area had no toilet paper but the toilet did flush. The best part of the hotel was the convenience to the Isla Mujeres ferry.

no me permitieron entrar en la habitacion, aunque les presente mis credenciales. La recepcionista me dijo que la reservacion incluye 2 hijos, yo la dije que no van a quedarse con nosotros, van a quedarse con su abuela en otro hotel. En respuesta, la recepcionista me dijo, que no nos puede dar las llaves, tenemos que traer los hijos. la pedi numero de su gerente, me mostro un numero en un anuncio, yo llame este numero, pero la persona colgo la llamda 5 veces. Al final, teniamos que salir de alla y quedarse en un otro hotel. Me gustaria un refund por favor.

La verdad es que no me quede hospedado ahí la recepcionista no quiso modificar mi servicio a una habitación más grande ya que traía conmigo a mi hijo y me negó el acceso me dijo que volviera a hacer otra reservación y pues el costo era demasiado elevado comparado con el que ya había reservado.

Elegimos por la cercanía con la terminal de autobuses y de los ferrys que van a Isla Mujeres. En general todo estuvo bien, excepto que la habitación que nos asignaron olía mucho a humedad y tenía mucho moho en el techo. Intentaron explicarnos que eso es normal en la región pero respondí que el moho es dañino para la salud, especialmente para la gente asmática, por lo que accedieron a asignarnos otra habitación.

Mi estancia fue mala no son cortes no guardan las maletas si llegas antes ( por razones de vuelo) te tienen hasta las 3 en punto para empezar a pedir habitación.el baño no tenía agua en el tanque. El agua estaba fría no hubo caliente. No hay en la habitación cafetera ,plancha,ni horno. No hay lugar donde poder sentarte ni mesa para colocar tus cosas,el teléfono para llamar a recepción en mal estado. La ubicación es un área muy peligrosa,barrio bajo ,delincuencia muy cercana,no puedes salir del hotel de noche a menos que lleves vehículo. No lo recomiendo hay otros lugares con ese precio en mejores condiciones de ubicación. De complemento en la habitación.no sirve la cafetería y cuando funcionó solo había huevos. La alberca no se ve ,ni siquiera está en un lugar accesible. No hay elevadores . Es un mal lugar para disfrutar el descanso.

Staff was awesome Lusio front desk clerk was the Best. Hotel, very clean, we had clean sheet everyday, new hand soap. Clean pool. Location was awesome, transportation was close ,the Niño Beach was at walking distance, walking distance to affordable place eat and walking distance to public transportation.

I liked that it was very clean and the staff is terrific, in spite of what looks like poor senior management. Lucio, at reception was a prince, and very helpful. He deserves a BIG raise. Breakfast was pretty good and reasonable. GREAT coffee. BUT, pool didn't have a pump, or it wasn't on,so the water was breeding germs and not at all refreshing...in fact it was hot. Advertised hot tub was dirty and not working. One had to ask for toilet paper, God forbid they leave a spare when running low, or notice when lights need a replacement bulb. It felt like being ahead of maintenance instead of reacting to what's needed is not in the management plan, i.e., things got addressed when the customer asked for it, it wasn't ever anticipated or addressed with any initiative. I understand the no smoking rule, but there is a no alcohol rule, so if you want a cold beer in your room, you do without or risk sneaking it in...the best thing about this place is it's clean with a great staff, who is left to deal with poor management overall. I would never stay there again, in spite of the staff. There are other places in this price range that have to be better. I got the feeling that saving money and cutting corners is of utmost importance, not customer satisfaction. Give Lucio a raise!

En el desayuno, a todo lo que preguntábamos, comentaban que no había, por ej el caso de unos huevos a la mexicana, que no tenían jitomate, y ya que consiguen jitomate dicen que chiles tampoco, las chefs fueron amables, sabemos que ellas intentaron resolver con lo que tenían. Atención de todos los recepcionistas fue pésima, parecía que te hacían un favor al darte información o resuloción de problemas, la actitud y servicio dejaron mucho que desear por parte de empleados.

En términos generales bueno limpio, económico en nuestro caso únicamente llegábamos a dormir, cuenta con una pequeña piscina, servicio de alimentos limitado a solo desayunos y servicio de wifi sumamente lento.

The location is ideal, especially if you are going to Isla Mujeres. The property and room were exceptionally clean. The housekeepers do a great job. The bathroom amenities are very basic and few. The front desk staff would benefit from more customer service training. There's a barrier post at the cafeteria entrance, which makes it appear closed all the time. The menu was limited to eggs only.
