Very nice hotel with wonderful flowers in the heart of Milan. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Beautiful Spa. Good restaurant with very impressive wine list. Rooms could have a water cooker and coffee machine as standard and as in most hotel of this standard. Carpets are rather old. No separate shower. Room service is fast.

A stunning property in a good location close to everything. Taxis are parked just outside the hotel and available all day. It’s also walking distance to the main train station as well as the city centre. The staff at reception were very helpful and understanding to the situation we were in and helped to get the last night refunded as we needed to leave earlier as our passports were ready to collect from the consulate. The food was lovely either with the room service or at the lobby area. The spa stays open until late so we got to use it after a long day getting around the city. I will stay again if we ever return to Milan

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und man ist persönlich auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Hotelbar und den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Unser Zimmer war phantastisch. Ebenfalls toll war der kostenlose Hotel Shuttle Service zum Montenapoleone bzw Scala. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

My wife and my recent stay at the Principia Di Savoia while on vacation in Milan was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The care the staff put into every interaction was stellar. From the attentive housekeepers, to the stellar restaurant and bar staff, every person from top to bottom seemed determined to provide a delightful guest experience. Special call out to Vanessa in guest experiences who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and even surprised us with a personalized gift on our last day at the property. I would recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting to stay in the busy crowds around the Duomo. The hotel’s complimentary shuttle and nearby Metro access make getting around Milan very easy. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful property and good location between central station and the center of town. Very kind and welcoming service but I have to drop one star for some gaps in attention to details. We reserved a twin room and a double and confirmed this at check-in, however had to re-ask when the twin was also a double bed (vs two separate) - they corrected whilst we were out to dinner. Since our room wasn’t ready when we checked in (appropriately since we arrived before the 3pm check-in) the gentleman said he would text me when the room was ready, but I never got a text. Finally, the air conditioning intermittently made a noise like it was raining which was a minor annoyance All the above said, more as feedback, the hotel is beautifully maintained and rooms, bed, bathroom very well appointed - so can recommend but would say that for a 5* L hotel the details should matter

3回目の利用でしたが、過去2回はとても良いホテルでミラノでの滞在はこちらのホテルと決めて利用しましたが、今回はとても残念な滞在となり価格にも見合わないと思いました。前回はデラックス、プレミアムでしたが、価格が円安の影響もありコロナ前の2.5倍ほどのためクラシックにしましたが、部屋は同じカテゴリーの中でも差があると思います。チェックイン時は淡々としたスタッフに何の説明もなく部屋のキーを渡されるだけでした。今回の部屋は、絨毯は色あせていて、特にトイレの劣化が激しく汚れキズが目立ち、水洗も不十分でメンテナンスが行き届いていないと感じました。ホテルでこんなに汚いトイレは初めてです。空室状況では十分に空きがあるようでしたが、他に空いてる部屋はないと言われ、私たちに提供できる部屋はないということだと思いました。タオルのほとんどが５つ星ホテルではありえないほどグレーがかった古いもので、中には目立つ汚れが付着したままのタオルも数枚あり、チェックもなく提供するのか疑問に思いました。アメニティは以前はACQUA DI PARMAで良かったのですが、現在のものは私には合わず残念でした。部屋にtea等は頼まないとありません。前回は知らなかったのでないものと思っていました。頼めば湯沸かしポットとteaカップもも持ってきてもらえますが、その後は使用済みのteaカップは持っていかれたまま、teaの補充もありません。また頼まなければそのままです。他にもフロントスタッフ、コンシェルジュの対応をはじめ、色々な面で不快な思いがありました。ホテル自体はエントラス、ロービーなどは生花も飾られとても綺麗に保たれています。パーティーも多い様子で利用顧客層も上品でグランドフロアは華やかな雰囲気です。朝食レストランも美しく、こちらのスタッフは行き届いていて48€と高いですが、ビュッフェ内容も良いと思います。

My check-in experience was fantastic! I was greeted by Jérémie, a wonderful fellow who escorted me to my room and gave me a tour. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillow ensured I got my full eight hours of sleep. I also enjoyed a delightful breakfast. The friendly lady at the reception allowed me some extra time so I could take a swim before heading back to London. I’ll definitely be back this summer!

Absolutely loved it! No question the best service and stay at any five star property that we have been at for the last three weeks in Italy. I wish we never checked out. Seriously. This is a spectacular property – – and just a short distance from all the major sites without the congestion of being across from the Duomo or the like. Great breakfast and fabulous dinners whether you’re in the main restaurant or the “bar.” We were there for my wife’s birthday – – and the hotel really made it special. Special thanks to Andrea, Valentina, and the entire staff who were absolutely superb.

We gave a review directly to the hotel also. Everything was excellent especially the service from the reception, concierge, and baggage/transportation staff which we often needed. The location is a little far from the tourist center of the Duomo and Galleria piazza but the hotel was worth that sacrifice.

We had a wonderful welcome from the reception and concierge team. We had urgent documents to print and sign and the team were very efficient and helpful, thank you Vanessa! Our room was beautiful, and we had a lovely welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The restaurant didn’t cater particularly well for Coeliacs but we had a celebration dinner with friends and they were made to feel very welcome. The concierge gave us great gluten free eating recommendations We will definitely visit again, thank you.
