We found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. From the very start the check-in was easy. We got there early and were not expecting to get straight into our room however by the time we had a drink at the excellent bar, our room was ready. Its proximity to Milan Central also was very convenient as we utilised the trams metro and buses making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay there again

Go outside and the folks hanging around the building should not be hanging around right by the building. I understand that parking underneath the hotel is not run by hotel but why not make it a better experience for the folks that want to drive and use the parkade? Seems sketchy to me but perhaps I am use to hotels that provide clean, well lit and secure parking. Breakfast was good. Room itself was good. Gym was adequate.

Having renovation but still okay. Location is excellent. Walkable to Milano Centrale. Trams and buses are also accessible. Bus #60 if from Duomo will alight just in front of the hotel. There are Asian foods nearby as well and a convenient store just beside the hotel. Bottled water is only 0.16€😀

Few minutes walk from Milan Central Station. Have a nice bar downstairs. A convenience store and car rental just next door. Serious problem with their wifi. I guess they have a maximum number of connection. Work fine during the day but never get a connection at night

Location is excellent. It’s walkable to Milano Centrale, trams and buses. Room is spacious. However there’s only one chair provided for executive king room with lounge access. There was no toiletries provided and shower gel was not replenished even after the room was cleaned. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lounge. Ms Grazia is very friendly- always smiling and she remembers my name 😀

The train station was 5 mins walk and lots of shops inside so it’s convenient for travelling and 15mins to city centre. Stayed for my husbands birthday and requested for cake or something complimentary special, normally hotels do desserts but they gave macaroons in tray with a bit fruit which looked tacky and cheap. I was disappointed when I asked the assistant manager that they charge. I’ve paid £400 for 2 nights and that’s what we get served as Hilton members? I wouldn’t stay here again, there’s more hotels with better serve and hospitality, didn’t make our occasion or stay special. Also found dust in room, and dirty carpet and such a small bathroom, towels next to the toilet so don’t know how the hygiene standards work there. Also saw a rat outside the hotel.

We didn’t like the room. A stay at Hilton I was expecting an excellent 4 star room. The bed was noisy and lumpy and the bathroom was not in a good condition. The cleaning service was also not good as there are still hairs left in the bath tub. The room looked old and in need of refurbishment.

Fairly run down. The chair in the room looked like was dumped on the street and saved by Hilton. Very uncharacteristic. We stayed here because of the location, easy commute and train station 5 min walking. Breakfast was excellent, also a very nice supermarket on the same block and multiple dining choices within 10 minutes walking. Overall happy with the choice.

Only a one night stay, room was large but somewhat dated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and met my requests. If you want a fab local (family run) pizza/Italian restaurant check out Norin Cafe, just a 200 metre walk. Awesome traditional pizzas at a very reasonable price. Oh there is also an Aldi supermarket in the Hilton complex.

La vdd me recibieron increíble había estado estudiando Italiano y pude desenvolverme aceptablemente , excelente servicio a excepción de un chico el cual nunca preguntamos su nombre ( de manera muy grosera le colgó el teléfono a mi esposo ) cuando lo único que estábamos requiriendo era su ayuda para cambiar la reserva a nombre mío y no al de mi esposo llamamos desde guadalajara explicando la situación . Que habíamos mandado dos correos como se nos había indicado . Mejor nos auxilió un amigo de mi hijo menor que vive en Milán para hacer el cambio. We arrived late in Milan and the hotel was in walking distance of the train station. In addition, all of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. One of the staff members even went as far as to help me pack the bottles of wines that I had purchased. Clean hotel and conveniently located.

We were in Milan for only 1 night in transit to return home the next day via Malpensa. This was a perfect location for us - near Milano Centrale - 10 minute walking distance. Hotel was very quiet and the room was a great size, well-appointed + air conditioning! If you need a spot near the Centrale train station - I would recommend.

Hotellet er fint, men litt langt unna sentrum hvis man ønsker å gå. Det er imidlertid ikke noe problem å få taxi som koster ca. 10 euro til sentrum. Hotellet ligger veldig nærme togstasjonen som er en fordel når man skal til flyplassen. Minibar og god størrelse på rommet. Ingen smart-tv dessverre.

The front desk, concierge, hotel staff are very nice and provided excellent service. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very near to Milan Central station.
