Hyatt House Scottsdale Old Town

The room was clean. Needed more towels when we got there. Need more garbage cans outside around build. There were at other parts of complex, but none by ours nor by our parking lot. Tub was extremely slippery, I slipped first day, and know have sore shoulder. Needs grab bar outside tub area. Rubber mat on bottom of tub

Very clean room, lobby, bar area, and general grounds.

Excellent staff

Weather wasn’t hot enough to go in the pool. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a room with a bathtub like I paid for. I got stuck in a room close to the street. Wasn’t thrilled about that. I have major Anxiety at night time. I ended up Blocking the door at night time. I survived. Unfortunately I really needed a bathtub. I have showers at home. Besides that I love that hotel. I would stay again.
