Shilo Inn Suites - Idaho Falls

Clean room. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff upon check in was ok. First girl started our check in, then dissatisfied into the back and didn’t return. A bit later, the second person (a guy) came out and finished our check in and told us that the first gal was watching/listening to an entertaining thing that she left us hanging to return to finish. Instead of finishing our late night check in, after a very long day of traveling, she just walked away back to her entertainment!? That was very rude and unprofessional of her.

Breakfast was meager. Only a few menu items of eggs and pancakes. No fresh fruit. No cereal. Required a breakfast voucher. Made me feel like I was trying to steal a breakfast. Also, it was referred to as a "complimentary breakfast." In fact, I paid for it with the reservation. It was INCLUDED -- NOT COMPLIMENTARY. Would they think the bed in my room was "complimentary?" No. It was part of what I paid for. Their whole attitude exuded contempt.

Wow what a wonderful place to stay and rest. Beds and pillows absolutely top notch and cozy and comfortable. Pool awesome and hot tub very nice (though a few times missing around the top edge). Breakfast the next morning was delicious (you order off a menu and it is delivered to your table). Such a great place when you are travelling. Will be coming back on our travels down to States.

It was very quiet and rooms were nice.

Older nice hotel loud fan in bathroom when turning on the light comfy bed great little kitchenette chilly pool.
