The ice maker was out of order, but other than that it was a nice weekend. I could hear airplanes in the morning ✈️ so if you're a light sleeper this might not be the best location for you.

Shower head broken, dirty and had no pressure. The beds felt like there worn out. Staff was great. Pool was ok. Who ever was above and to the side of our room was loud.

Rooms could be better noise isolated, the pool is small but over 7 feet deep and has pool towels. Room appeared to be recently reformed, with comfortable beds, clean sheets and very friendly front desk personnel.

The Ramada Wyndham Monterey was a very pleasant hotel to stay at. The hotel condition was nice, the staff, especially Naomi, were pleasant. Breakfast options were limited, but the available single serve coffee maker and small business center were just right for our needs. Note that the office closes at 11 PM, so make sure that you get checked in before they shut down.

Try to get the 2nd floor. You will need to carry your luggage up a flight of exterior steps but you won't hear the floor creaking upstairs. Not happy that the 1 ice machine was broken. The little kitchenette with microwave & mini fridge was handy. No real coffee in the room, but they had a specialty coffee machine in the main lobby that was delicious, but i imagine it gets super busy in the mornings.

This inn was up-to-date and very clean. The room was spacious and looked brand-new. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. The office staff was wonderful and it had a beverage machine in the lounge area that had a wide range of hot drinks. The price was very reasonable for that area and we were close to all the attractions and Carmel-by-the -Sea. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you for a very pleasant stay! 😀

Check in was amazing. Very helpful staff. The room was clean. The bathroom was tiny and the walls were dirty. The carpeted floors were the most dirty so we highly recommend slippers. Our daughter got sick one night and the staff was quick to provide extra linens to change the bedding. Overall, a decent stay.

The total itself was nice, clean, and fine. When getting a room I suggest one on the top floor or single story. We were kept awake for over three hours by someone who seemed to be walking a marathon in their room. It was ridiculous and didn’t stop until 1am.

I like the room size, pretty big, and it\'s clean. They have a fridge and a microwave, which is very convenient for guests. What I don\'t like about this property is the noise. The walls are too thin, and I can hear the TV in the next room. What\'s worse is the footsteps in the room above ours. From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., it\'s like thunder over our heads; we cannot sleep in, cannot even focus, and listen to the "drums" nonstop. For this reason, I would rate this hotel a two-star.

Lots of good upgrades to room. Flooring,Soaps & Cleanliness. Unfortunately, TV signal was poor and there is virtually no breakfast service as in the past. Still a place I would stay at again.

Had one-night stay at this hotel. Overall it was a good experience. The room was spacious. Bedding was good. I did not hear the sound of toilet flushing, or shower from other rooms. But I did hear the sound of exhaust fan of an other room, which is loud enough to woke me up from sleep. The bathroom light and exhaust fan are controlled by a single switch. Either both are on or both are off. The fan is loud. The road noise was clear but the streets were quiet in the whole night. I could hear some sound from the next door guests but they were quiet too. The sound of the window air conditioner was acceptable if set to low fan speed. I got a good sleep giving all these and with the help of earplugs. There is no elevator in the building. Just stairs to the 2nd floor.

As a Big Sur marathon participant I found this hotel as a great option for the value for money that it offered in the beginning, nevertheless after staying at the property I feel even more pleased with it. The staff was totally supportive to make a late checkout due to my marathon participation and the facilities were definitely better than expected.

The front desk lady, I forget her name but it was unique, was AMAZING. She was so kind to me, and helpful with any question I had. Was welcoming even though she knew this whole place was about to be filled with festival goers. On the last day I checked out and we chatted about the festival again. I found an expensive item and turned into her and hopefully it found it's way home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel next year!!

We had a very nice stay at this property. It is only about 8 minutes (driving) from Cannery Row and Fisherman's wharf! Rooms were nice, clean, and updated.

This is a very nice, well-run motel. The rooms and grounds were immaculate, and it's right across from the fair grounds where we were attending a music festival. It's also an easy walk to the water - about 15 mins.

This hotel was a low budget hotel at premium prices, (for Car Week). I never got the TV to work, no breakfast, small room, a bit noisy, next to a main street. Somehow, I expected better quality and more upscale from a Ramada.

The bed was comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. It was very quiet. Looked very clean. Felt safe. They don’t do breakfast anymore but they do have some pastries and coffee, so good enough for me. Would definitely stay here again!
