The hotel itself was fine, I checked in late and the toilet intermittently started overflowing , room showed signs it was quite highly used. Overall fine experience marred by the sound of running water coming from toilet all night. Told someone in the morning but all that was said was- ok well we’ll look at that, could as a minimum have apologised

Very friendly staff. However, the hotel has some strange rules. Aircon was only on demand from the reception and acces to the pool only with a fee of 8-12 euro per day ? Located in suburb area, but with good bus connections.

Very kind and helpful staff. But poor gym equipment and pool was cold, overfull and sun was gone about 14 (because of the hotel building right next to the pool) to make it even worse you had to pay to use the pool which nobody informed me about when I checked in. So I got charged for two days 24 Euro extra.

Very clean hotel, we stayed 2 nights so we could go on the San siro tour which was an easy bus ride away and then a flying visit around the other sights of Milan. Also easy to access the airport via the 64 bus, then M4 metro line. Good pool and easy check in and out. Excellent breakfast.

I added dinner to our stay, it was about $23 more a night a person. Breakfast was included. Breakfast was great options, the dinner was a set menu the options were a salad or pesto to start and main course was 5 wings/fries or vegetarian dish very disappointing. The bathroom had noticeable water damage.
