Located slightly out of the way from Oxford but make it up with friendly service crew that make it a pleasant stay. No issue about parking and it’s complimentary from the hotel. Breakfast is a good spread that gets us start the day.

Convenient for our use. Room facilities were good - a small issue with the toilet was quickly attended to. The breakfast choice was very satisfactory but the lack of a restaurant for an evening meal was disappointing.

One of the best stays I’ve experienced in recent years. Hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff helpful. Free parking a bonus. Spotless room and comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast a pleasure and not the usual “bun fight” you get in some hotels. Only let down was the absence of a restaurant for evening meal. However hotel is next to a Bowling complex with a variety of restaurant and take away facilities. Would stay again

Overall a very good hotel. Free parking on arrival with a good amount of spaces. Friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The only minor issue was a fairly loud humming/whirring noise and vibration just outside the window from some large electrical unit, having the tv on generally covered the noise and it stopped entirely just before 9pm so it didn't disturb my sleep. Buffet style breakfast with lots of staff on hand if assistance was needed and lots of tables and seating to choose from and also a TV with the morning news on while you eat. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Hotel was excellent and staff courteous, however the lack of food options was a big disappointment, with only pizza and chicken wings available. The restaurant next door was a Frankie’s and Benny's so if you don’t want pizza or burger your options are zero.

Really good hotel just outside of Oxford for a few days site seeing. Plenty of free parking on site, good breakfast, clean rooms, lovely communal area & bar, very helpful reception staff, short distance to park & ride ( buses usually run but there were roadworks). Good value for money, comfy beds, good temperature in rooms too. Very happy stay, thanks!

The hotel breakfast was average some of the food on offer was cold We came back to hotel one afternoon and the cleaners had broken a glass in the bathroom and there was some glass left on the floor If we hadnt noticed and gone in barefoot it could have been very serious as I am diabetic We complained twice and no one seemed bothered The surrounding area of the hotel was a dirty disgrace and quite honestly if we could have found the manager we would have demanded a partial refund

Room is dated and bathroom is worn out. Water leakage from the ceiling light was a nuisance. Staff was efficient to help move us to another room but there is only so much they can do for the not so well maintained property.

The location of the hotel is perfect for travel around Oxford and surrounding areas. Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety but what it did have, they did well. Had an issue with ants in my room. Moved rooms and ended up with stains on my bedding/floor, was too tired to complain after already being exhausted driving up that morning, attending a whole day of meetings and trying to organise dinner. Whilst staff were able to help me with my first room, I tried raising the issue of my second room after I got back home and was told nothing would come about it because I didn't raise any issues at checkout, even though I had pictures of the issue! I expected a bit more from the Hotel. Not being able to deal with a customer issue post-checkout is strange.

Stayed here many times, staff very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable had ground floor room on request as I have mobility problems rooms always quiet. Good breakfast plenty of choice, good addition to have the fresh fruit salad. Will always stay here whilst visiting family and looking after grandchildren

This hotel surpassed all expectations and provided excellent customer service, a beautiful clean, fresh room where great thought had been given to detail and met customer requirements. The breakfast was excellent. Public areas were also kept spotless clean and tidy.

Staff were lovely, very welcoming. Breakfast was great, good variety and fresh. Location was amazing as we were going to watch the football. The only down side was the bed sheets. There was hair on the mattress cover, quite a lot of hair which looked like head hair and pubic hair.

Up to date and clean rooms. Asked if I could change to a top floor room and this was no issue. Complimentary parking and breakfast were very welcome for the price. The hot breakfast is OK but not great. The other breakfast options were nice. My only real issue and this is not exclusive to this hotel. Why equip the room with a 50 inch flat screen TV that has been lobotomized to a few terrestrial channels only? No options for any apps or even mirror casting from a device. Other than that I would recommend this hotel for a 1 to 2 night stay.

A really well designed room with plugs and charging sockets accessible and actually in useful places. Mirror above the dressing table desk (small but functional) and long mirror in place which you can actually see yourself in. Iron and board and safe in room. Small wardrobe. Nice shower room but sink set far back in basin a bit odd and didnt feel entirely safe in the shower. Another hand rail or non slip mat would be good. Comfy bed, good curtains, pillows a bit lumpy. Super quiet on the night I stayed. Good breakfast with veggie options (make your own waffles!) I was down late so not many blueberries left but lots of other items available. Coffee not too bad. This is isolated and next to football stadium and cinema so cant stroll anywhere at night. OK if you have a car (free parking when using hotel).

New, very clean, but basic but adequate motel style amenities only. Main problem was heating, on cold winter day- room cold on entry- hotel had low occupancy so no heat from adjacent rooms. A/C based warm air sytem required call to reception to activate. Then only heated top of room. Took several hours for warmth to reach bed level. Only thin duvets provided so room needed to be warm, and had to use towels/overcoats as bed coverings. Breakfast (extra) was fine. Quiet so quick check in/out.

The staff were brilliant and couldn’t of been any more helpful, especially booking a taxi for us to get into the city. Our only complaint was the room itself. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and sounded broken as every move we made in the night the bed/mattress creeked, popped and banged which also disturbed our daughters sleep. The size of the room wasn’t adequate for any more than two people sleeping on the double bed as the pull out sofa bed took over any free floor space which didn’t allow you to sit as the desk in front of the mirror.

The room was modern, clean and great amenities but the bed was hard, uncomfortable and creaky every time you moved. We had 4 pillows but 3 were too thin and the other was lumpy. The bed spoilt the stay, as the hotel itself was lovely and quiet too but it was a terrible nights sleep for both of us.

The staff were amazing on arrival // really helpful and when I ordered a Deliveroo I went to reception to ask if I could have a spoon. The person working came out with a plate, all cutlery and some napkins - fantastic service. Only down side is why in this day and age are you still using feathers / down. My breathing was bad and then realised I wa so busy last few weeks when booking various hotels I forgot to mention. So moved all stuff off bed and improved within an hour. I know many hotel chains moved away from down and use synthetic - given allergies, peoples views of animal products - it’s time to change ??

I pre-paid for my room on Expedia but was asked to pay on arrival, and was asked again after explaining that I'd already paid through Expedia. Eventually the check-in staff charged Expedia for the room which was fine but it was a poor check in experience. There are several bright lights in the room such as the AC controller and the intermittent flashing of the fire alarm which made it difficult to sleep deeply. The AC is generally quite noisy even when off. I was woken in the middle of the night to the smell of the nearby sewage treatment plant, which was incredibly strong in the room. There were no hot breakfast items on arrival to breakfast and I had to go up several times to get a full hot breakfast that wasn't just eggs.

I asked for luggage storage before check-in time and when I arrived my room was ready about 2 hrs before check-in. Front desk staff was helpful. I needed cultlery and some plates and he was very happy to provide them. Enjoyable one night stay

I glad even breakfast issues have been rectified so quickly by the management team of the hotel as yesterday it morning the service was poor. Today what a great turnaround by changing staff service was outstanding. All staff was amazing helpful polite topping of items were excellent. All the staff was working very hardworking, even receptionist was helping out in dining area . Veronica one Eastern European lady did not stop through out her shift unlike yesterday staff who was not interested in their work not bothered in any kind of customer service. This morning was totally opposite to yesterday morning. We were all very impressed with all the staff . Even manager was looking after everything in front & dining area she was very good always smiling friendly with all customers. We like to says to alll the management and staff a very good thank you for excellent customer service. Well done. I rate today experience as 5 stars . No improvement is needed now . Well done everyone 👍

The reading light in my room wasn’t working. Reception staff told me it would be fixed the next day. We stayed for 2 nights and it still wasn’t fixed when we left. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to relaxing with a book in the hotel at night.

I called in advance to request connecting rooms and a travel cot for my daughter. On arrival they told me I had only one room in my booking and I had to go back to my invoice to prove them wrong. Then they gave us separate rooms and there were no cots in either of them. The bathroom in our room was dirty, with track marks all over the floor. I'm never coming here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton. Lovely clean room. And central to Oxford. There are busses running from just outside the complex into Oxford, no stress parking.

Situated right next to Oxford United's ground, this was the perfect hotel for us. It seemed quite new and was very clean both in our rooms and in the public areas. The staff we met were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop nearby and the Park and Ride to the centre of Oxford was only 8 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again, whether we're going to watch a match or not

Although out of the city it was only a 20 minute bus ride away, a chance to see Oxford away from the city centre.. It’s next to the Kassan Stadium so handy for football fans, plus bowling and cinema. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room a good size and had everything we needed.. The breakfast offering good. The staff were friendly and helpful, Olena was super helpful when we arrived and provided lots of useful information. Would definitely stay there again

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was quite far from Oxford’s city centre which we needed to get to for our daughters graduation but the 3A bus which ran every 30 minutes got us there.

Really good hotel just outside of Oxford for a few days site seeing. Plenty of free parking on site, good breakfast, clean rooms, lovely communal area & bar, very helpful reception staff, short distance to park & ride ( buses usually run but there were roadworks). Good value for money, comfy beds, good temperature in rooms too. Very happy stay, thanks!

Nice quiet hotel, entertainment venue nearby with alot if dining options and bars, 5 minutes walk from kassam stadium. The hotel was well presented, clean and staff where great. Only downside breakfast was a bit cold and tired, but not too much of an issue as it was free and plenty if other options available like porridge and fresh fruit. Overall very happy during my stay.

My son and I had a nice stay here. Prathamesh and his colleague were extremely welcoming and helpful on our first evening. Our room was very compact, but clean and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room with limited cups, spoons and teabags/sugar. I think the hotel could improve on it's complimentary drinks and toiletries. The breakfast was great, plenty of variety, although you had to get there early, as they did run out of alot of optons by 9am (breakfast was served til 10am). Staff who were running the breakfast area were quite abrupt on both mornings we went for breakfast; they did not appear to uphold the same standards of customer service as the front of house team, which was a shame. The hotel has a very limited food menu, but there are restaurants nearby. We were able to order on deliveroo, and staff members were happy for us to eat in the main dining area. The hotel is a bit further away from the town centre, but there a buses which stop 2 minutes away which take you into the town, and these ran quite frequently. Overall, a very good experience, and good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was good apart from the breakfast availability. Both mornings things weren’t there ranging from equipment to food shame but how can they run out of milk one hour into service!?!?!? Unacceptable especially for the price we’re paying!

A really well designed room with plugs and charging sockets accessible and actually in useful places. Mirror above the dressing table desk (small but functional) and long mirror in place which you can actually see yourself in. Iron and board and safe in room. Small wardrobe. Nice shower room but sink set far back in basin a bit odd and didnt feel entirely safe in the shower. Another hand rail or non slip mat would be good. Comfy bed, good curtains, pillows a bit lumpy. Super quiet on the night I stayed. Good breakfast with veggie options (make your own waffles!) I was down late so not many blueberries left but lots of other items available. Coffee not too bad. This is isolated and next to football stadium and cinema so cant stroll anywhere at night. OK if you have a car (free parking when using hotel).

We stayed for 1 night in June.Check-in was quick and efficient. I was travelling with a person with mobility issues and they were very accommodating, giving extra check-out time. Beds were very comfortable, it was nice having the air-conditioning as it was a warm day/night. Room and bathroom were clean. Just the little hole on sink side was not. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there was very limited amount of fruit and the only eggs on offer were scrambled. Additionally it was not very hot. However the coffee was good.

Buffet breakfast a pleasure and not the usual “bun fight” you get in some hotels. Only let down was the absence of a restaurant for evening meal. However hotel is next to a Bowling complex with a variety of restaurant and take away facilities. Would stay again

Hotel was excellent and staff courteous, however the lack of food options was a big disappointment, with only pizza and chicken wings available. The restaurant next door was a Frankie’s and Benny's so if you don’t want pizza or burger your options are zero.
