Be aware it is out of the city center so there are no other options close for dinner or breakfast. The breakfast was fine but the service in the restaurant for dinner was not always the best. A lovely spot and a quick bus ride into the heart of Oxford.

We had such a lovely stay at this clean and friendly hotel. Breakfast was superb and the staff amazing. The hotel is ideally situated with free car parking and a few minutes walk to the bus stop where regular buses took you into Oxford. We dined in the restaurant of an evening and had well cooked meals. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Liam (front desk) was very friendly and staff were attentive. Parking was good with local buses taking us into Oxford. Good food selection including GF options. Only drawback was the size of the room. It did say compact so I should have checked the room size! Not enough room to swing a cat! Rather uncomfortable as I’m 5 10 and so is hubby. Ideal location for Oxford and in a nice rural area! Lovely walk down to the river and buses go every 10 mins.
