Bit tired in places. Shower could do with re-tiling. On the first night we discovered the shower wasn't draining properly and was filling the shower tray after a minute or 2. Maintenance did come and sort it the next day when we were out. The rooms were very hot and there is no air conditioning. There were fans but these are quite noisy. I'm sure it's better out of summer months. Comfortable bed and lovely fluffy towels. Bar was shut so only drinks served in the lounge. Very limited drinks available and with poor service from the reception who were slow to bring drinks and then brought the wrong thing. Breakfast okay but nothing special and overpriced. Parking £20 a night and very limited space. Need to leave keys so they can move cars around as you double park. Great location but it is expensive. You are really paying for the location.

Everything was awesome just take in account there is no A/C. There was a ventilator which was good enough, for one person facing directly. With more people might not be as good.

The hotel had no air conditioning and the room was unbearably hot . Fans were provided but did not cool the room. I realise we have had a period of exceptional heat but we should have been contact before our stay to confirm no air conditioning in the hotel ( I am afraid we took it for granted in such well known brand ). Our fridge didn’t work and was not replaced or repaired when reported

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast good. However, no aircon, I was placed for my 3 day stay on the top floor, it was like a furnace, they did provided 2 fans, but it was too hot to sleep, lower levels felt cooler. Also to note, there is no restaurant for an evening meal, not really an issue as it is so close to the Centre of Oxford.
