Excellent stay, very helpful, friendly staff. Exceptional room, clean & quiet. We booked a pet friendly room on the bottom floor since our dog cannot do stairs. We were close to the side exit door for taking dog out to potty with wide open area to walk dog. Potty bags & disposal container available. Rooms are spacious with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, stove top for cooking. Best place we have ever stayed & will be back!!

I endorse all the wonderful things that previous guest have said before my review! I feel like I made an excellent choice staying here! When we arrived I was so impressed with how Ken and Michael (owner) were very friendly, helpful and welcoming to my husband and I, just like we were family coming to stay with them! We stayed at My TRI for 4 nights before heading to Lake Tahoe for a few days. My husband and I travel somewhere about once a month for fun since we are retired, and we don’t eat out that often, so having a hotel with a kitchen suite is very important to us! Their kitchen suites and guest laundry room along with the the excellent reviews was another reason I choose My TRI Suites! Also, a special thank you to how sweet Danielle was with whom I had communicated with several times before we arrived concerning details of our upcoming stay!

The staff was very friendly. This is a brand new property and we really liked the modern room layout. The rotating tv (between sleeping & living) areas was really cool. We used the stovetop, microwave and refrigerator. The location is in a brand new industrial park. Although it’s on the outskirts of town (about 10-15 miles to downtown) it was a good trade off for a quiet and safe stay with plenty of easy access parking since we were hauling a camper. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to offer a trial dishwashing detergent and colored towels for the kitchen. We felt guilty washing the dishes with white towels. Laundry room was great and they offer a self service concierge for snacks and small items. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

This is the example of an excellent hotel. Super comfy bed found usually only in 5 star hotels. Great towels and amenities with plenty of space. They allow dogs as well. I wish every hotel was like this hotel. Easy check in and out. Didn’t hear anyone else. Very nice staff too!

This is a new property right smack in the middle of the BIG industrial park off of USA Parkway. It is closer to Fernley, Nevada then Sparks so beware of that when booking. We checked in, the clerk literally walked us to our room, showed us everything that was in the kitchenette, and we felt right at home. Stayed 2 nights here and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. Great beds, and the shower pressure was awesome ! Plan accordingly for dining options as choices are very slim because of its location in the industrial park. Follow directions per GPS and it will lead you right to it. Doesn't look like it, but it will.

Stayed here 2 nights, Friday & Saturday for a softball tournament...to Golden Eagle fields, its a quick 25 minute drive down 80....you might 2nd guess yourself finding this place for the 1st time...its almost like My Tri Suites is nestled in a quarry....its not a super big hotel but it is new and met our needs...ample parking all around it....rooms were very clean...very modern looking...our room was on the 1st floor and you could hear the movements above (but its like this every)...if i could make a recommendation - have another mirror outside of the bathroom...you will find gas stations and fast food restaurants on your way up to My Tri Suites.. all staff greeted us and we felt welcomed....i would recommend My Tri Suites if you want a clean, quiet place to stay...

The room set up was nice and so was the staff but the room had a terrible smell that never went away. Had to keep the kitchenette oven fan on the whole night. Couldn’t sleep because it was loud. Had to choose between loud noise or unpleasant odor.

Only thing i would add to this property is the ability to open the window. There is no ventilation. We ordered in pizza the first night and it smelled like pizza all weekend.

Whatever you do, don’t get a room near the laundry room. The machines were active and loud all night keeping us awake. Rooms have no insolation. The staff told us they have no control of what the long term renters do.

Loved the room. Tons of space, a full-size fridge and freezer, a very luxurious bathroom, and a kitchen! There's a tablet in the room to order room service, food, etc. Also a blackout curtain, so that was nice as well. 10/10!!!

Wonderful stay as always! We love the staff here at MyTRI. They really go above and beyond to make sure your time at the hotel is perfect. It’s our go-to hotel stay choice when we are in the area. The location is very quiet and safe. The property is brand new and very clean! The bed is super comfy and the room features black out curtains. We were curious to see how comfortable the pull out bed is, and it did not disappoint! It would work wonderfully for extra guests, especially kids. The room divider is one of our favorite things about the room. It makes the living area its own space and the 360 degree swiveling TV is really neat and unique. The kitchenette is a great feature that we use daily when we stay. I like to make breakfast and dinner in the room and we are able to eat the exact same way we do at home. The water pressure is excellent and the hot water is immediate. We love the modern, aesthetic touches like the frosted glass sliding bathroom door and LED backlit mirror. The cabinets are full size and there is a ton of room for personal belongings to be put away. The closet is first class and offers plenty of drawers and shelving, plus lots of room to hang clothing. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We love the owners & their staff, and we look forward to every stay! Thank you!

Super nice, clean and new especially for the price. Hide a bed soda was terrible and no bedding. Very hard. Bed was average. Staff was super nice. Not as far from Reno then I thought.

I endorse all the wonderful things that previous guest have said before my review! I feel like I made an excellent choice staying here! When we arrived I was so impressed with how Ken and Michael (owner) were very friendly, helpful and welcoming to my husband and I, just like we were family coming to stay with them! We stayed at My TRI for 4 nights before heading to Lake Tahoe for a few days. My husband and I travel somewhere about once a month for fun since we are retired, and we don’t eat out that often, so having a hotel with a kitchen suite is very important to us! Their kitchen suites and guest laundry room along with the the excellent reviews was another reason I choose My TRI Suites! Also, a special thank you to how sweet Danielle was with whom I had communicated with several times before we arrived concerning details of our upcoming stay!

Everything in this hotel is new, clean, and neat. The location is a bit remote and away from the freeway, making it very quiet. The staff is fantastic—friendly and accommodating. I arrived late, around 12:30 AM, and requested an extra blanket. The front desk staff (I didn’t catch her name) kindly provided an entire set, including a pillow, bed sheets, and a comforter. A wonderful hotel that I highly recommend!

The hotel was okay. Pretty spartan My main problem was that hotels .com sent me to THE WRONG HOTEL. Only thru the grace of the My Tri Suites nite mgr, who came to the incorrect hotel I was directed to and gave me a lift to the right place was I able to salvage a good reasonable evening.

Very clean, hotel was still very new which helps with explaining the sketchiness of the area which made it feel like the middle of nowhere. But other than that we enjoyed our stay, very beautiful and quiet. Would definitely recommend this to anyone to stay between roadtrips.

It was in the middle of nowhere even though the property said it was in Sparks. It was 17 miles from Sparks in an industrial wasteland.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The was very neat and clean. The only thing we were not pleased with was the location. When exploring for hotels in Sparks I was never able to get a reply when clicking on the "location" prompt. We ended up driving 20 mins. from the downtown of Sparks way out into the middle of an industrial area to our hotel. That was disappointing.

This is a new property right smack in the middle of the BIG industrial park off of USA Parkway. It is closer to Fernley, Nevada then Sparks so beware of that when booking. We checked in, the clerk literally walked us to our room, showed us everything that was in the kitchenette, and we felt right at home. Stayed 2 nights here and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. Great beds, and the shower pressure was awesome ! Plan accordingly for dining options as choices are very slim because of its location in the industrial park. Follow directions per GPS and it will lead you right to it. Doesn't look like it, but it will.

Stayed here 2 nights, Friday & Saturday for a softball tournament...to Golden Eagle fields, its a quick 25 minute drive down 80....you might 2nd guess yourself finding this place for the 1st time...its almost like My Tri Suites is nestled in a quarry....its not a super big hotel but it is new and met our needs...ample parking all around it....rooms were very clean...very modern looking...our room was on the 1st floor and you could hear the movements above (but its like this every)...if i could make a recommendation - have another mirror outside of the bathroom...you will find gas stations and fast food restaurants on your way up to My Tri Suites.. all staff greeted us and we felt welcomed....i would recommend My Tri Suites if you want a clean, quiet place to stay...

Excellent stay, very helpful, friendly staff. Exceptional room, clean & quiet. We booked a pet friendly room on the bottom floor since our dog cannot do stairs. We were close to the side exit door for taking dog out to potty with wide open area to walk dog. Potty bags & disposal container available. Rooms are spacious with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, stove top for cooking. Best place we have ever stayed & will be back!!

The property was warm and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional! I interacted with the front desk person, sorry I didn't get his name, but he helped me with the purchase of a snack (showed me the trick to scanning the bar code). And Danielle was amazing, she remembered me and my family and why we were there. Thanks Danielle, you made my stay special! The only thing I would suggest is paper towels and dish soap. Those are items people don't usually travel with. Oh and some sort of ventilation like being able to open the window. Again, I had a nice stay

The staff was very friendly. This is a brand new property and we really liked the modern room layout. The rotating tv (between sleeping & living) areas was really cool. We used the stovetop, microwave and refrigerator. The location is in a brand new industrial park. Although it’s on the outskirts of town (about 10-15 miles to downtown) it was a good trade off for a quiet and safe stay with plenty of easy access parking since we were hauling a camper. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to offer a trial dishwashing detergent and colored towels for the kitchen. We felt guilty washing the dishes with white towels. Laundry room was great and they offer a self service concierge for snacks and small items. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

Only thing i would add to this property is the ability to open the window. There is no ventilation. We ordered in pizza the first night and it smelled like pizza all weekend.
