Top-Lage im Centrum von Brügge und trotzdem ruhig, Late-Check-In um 22:30 Uhr war kein Problem (Rezeption war noch besetzt), tolles Frühstück, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage Pandreitje ist 250 m entfernt und somit für Brügger Verhältnisse gut und preiswert (16 Std. für 13 € per Interparking-App).

We chose this hotel and the room for the view of the canal which was excellent as was the central location for exploring Bruges. However our room was described as “basic” canal view and the bathroom facilities were certainly basic, with no handle on the toilet room door. It could do with some modernisation and also some thought given to decoration as room and corridors very sparse. However the new basement bar was lovely and the bar staff very friendly.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were large and had a great view. Its an old building so no A/C. There is an elevator but there are steps to get to it. Not a problem for my party but may be for some. Very centrally located. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Underwhelming and not as expected. 1) When I made reservation I called to make sure i was booking for the canal side only to find out when I got there that none of the 3 rooms were canal side. Due to the time of year no adjustments were able to be made. 2) The housekeeping left much to be desired. Not only was I without tissue the whole time, not 1 time were empty bottles removed from any of the 3 rooms in my reservation. The showers were only rinsed. To cap it off there were hairs in the "fresh towels". 3) That being said, the staff in the front office were extremely nice.

Er mag wel eens echt goed schoongemaakt worden in het hotel. Waterkoker was bedroevend slecht, leek dat het al een paar keer goed verbrand was. Ook geen zeep in de badkamer. Locatie en personeel is top.

Fantastic location, on a superb street but still very quiet in the room. Great WiFi and the lobby is beautifully presented. Rooms are being refurbished by the seems of things and ours was lovely, better than expected. The shower was brilliant, bathtub huge, bed comfortable, overall very clean, and we enjoyed having chairs/table and a kettle in the room. Minor negatives were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was a bit dusty and a bit weak (it took ages to clear the steam); no fridge in the room; pillows were not very good; and not enough hangers provided. Also beware that reception has limited operating hours - we were not aware and were delayed when we tried checking out at 8am.

A very nice hotel right in the centre of Brugge. The staff were very polite and friendly and the rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom. Air conditioning would have been nice as it was very warm, but that's only a minor issue.

Beautiful clean & modern hotel in the heart of Bruges. Friendly staff always there to help. Would definitely recommend we had a lovely view of the canal right from our window ! Was also given a fob so we had access after reception closes at 11pm. Was also able to store out luggage at reception in between check out & leaving for the airport

Fantastic location, very scenic, basic breakfast but a lovely very old restaurant on the canal. The attic room was like a sauna in the heatwave we had while we were there with only a clapped out fan to cool down with.

The desk staff were lovely, very welcoming. However room 327 fir 4 nights was a complete nightmare. The lidt and stairs were backed onto our room and with people coming and going throughout the night it was SO noisy...sleep was minimal. 2 nights of the four the same man thought he was stuck in the lift and spent 10 minutes hitting/ kicking the doir and shouting....he was just drunk and firgot he had to push the door open. Then at 7/8am the housekeeping staff started and their cupbiard was attached to our room. So lucky if we got 5 hours sleep a night. For that reason I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

This is a well located hotel in the centre of Bruges. The check in was efficient. The room and bathroom were well looked after. We stayed on NYE. The hotel staff brought chocolates to the room along with a card signed by the staff, which was a lovely gesture. We chose not to book breakfast as we wanted the flexibility to sleep on New Years Day before checking out. Recommended.

Overall, Hotel Bourgoensch Hof continues to be my go-to place in Bruges, and I’m already hoping to stay again next year if possible. The staff at this hotel was outstanding - always willing to assist, ready with a recommendation, warm and relaxed. There really isn't a more perfect location, right in the heart of Brugge, and easy access (less than a block) to bus route from the train station. The views from the canal view rooms are beautiful! Would absolutely come back to stay here.

Lokationen fås ikke meget bedre, da det ligger tæt på markedspladsen, og hvor kanalbådene afgår. Parkering kan med fordel ske i nærliggende p-kælder - Underground parking garage - Pandreitje.

We had a great view of the canal in our spacious room. Very clean and comfy bed. The staff were just lovely and helpful. Good breakfast also with a view of the canal. Super location in this very walkable old part of the city with so much to see and do, or eat drink or shop if you wished. Would definitely recommend.

The position of the hotel is amazing. It is one of the buildings in one of the most photographed places in Bruges. The hotel is very quiet, the room was very large, though slightly oldish. Mattress not particularly comfortable and a cupboard in the room had a broken door (nothing important, though). Nice to have a kettle in the room. The breakfast was not impressive, chemical orange juice, canned fruits instead of fresh fruits and not a great selection of cheese. They did though had good bread and pastry. I appreciated that mentioning that I wasn't very sattisfied with the breakfast they insisted I shouldn't pay for it. The price was good and overall it was a good stay.

Kamer was ruim en prachtig. Het uitzicht mooi. Helaas moesten we in bad douchen. Dit was heel krap. Het ontbijt was niet goed. Ondanks dat je ontbijt geboekt hebt, is er tekort. Gasten die geen ontbijt hebben geboekt, worden toegelaten. Daardoor is er tekort voor de gasten die wel hebben geboekt. Daarbij komt dat het een karige keuze is. Overigens, het personeel eet ook van het ontbijt.
