Would absolutely recommend this property! It is extremely charming, very conveniently located, comfortable and quiet. Laundry facility on the 3rd floor which was a wonderful amenity. The owner also provides locally made soaps and lotions that are to die for. Very confortable bed and appreciate the blackout shades. We would certainly return and stay longer!!

We were in town during Thanksgiving. This condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean and the location could not be beat. We could walk everywhere. And the owners let us check in early. We couldn't have chosen a better place.

Fantastic location across the street from riverside park and a literal stones throw from the river and plenty of dining, drinking and shopping establishments. It's a very clean and comfortable place in a very cool historic building. Could not ask for anything better for a couple.

The location of tenderfoot loft couldn’t be beat for us. Right in town with quick access to hiking and biking trails as well as coffee shops, restaurants and shopping was perfect. The loft was well appointed and very comfortable for two. Highly recommend!

Loved the location in Salida and staying in a historic hotel. Only thing to note is the trash truck comes earlier morning, so if you want to sleep in it might wake you.

This unit was just as listed, and was the perfect place for a 4 night get away over July 4th holiday. Located right next to the river with fireworks over S Mountain just outside the window was priceless! So much to see and do in the Historic district and a perfect launching pad for daily adventures. Bike rentals 1 block away. Do not pass on this location. Salida is amazing!
