While waiting for my home to close, I ended up staying here for nearly 2 weeks, I moved from out of state. It was nice to have a safe and quiet hotel with super comfy beds to come home to and relax while going thru such a stressful time in life. The pool was clean, the staff is great and it was so nice to have breakfast options right at the hotel every morning!

Comfortable bed, clean room. Convenient location to shop downtown. Pool wasnt kept very clean though and would be better with a hot tub. Also wish breakfast included some protien vs all carbs and sugars. But overall was worth the price to stay there

The staff put us in a handicap room because my mom was having surgery. Nice big bathroom. The bed was very soft. A little too soft. I thought the parking was good when we arrived but when we returned from dinner it was totally full. There was a few spots on the street if needed.

Only 1 thing really made this room lower quality . The carpet it was filthy . So dirty i had to use the bathmat when getting in and out of bed to stand on to put on house shoes. Other than that the room was superb. The shower was amazing good hot water for a long steamy shower after good day . Parking was challenging and if ur not in early your parking on the street . Not cool. Regardless would stay again .

Easy access to the convert facility-walkable. Also central locaton for downtown chico for shopping. Only thing is don't walk barefoot in the hotel room cause your feet will turn black.

Bed was incredibly comfortable. Carpets in room need to be cleaned. Also be aware of the lack of parking. Strong smell of marijuana and it comes throught the ac into your rooms. That was a bummer for my children

The reviews have to be fake. This place is so disgusting with large roaches and bugs in the room to wallpaper peeling off the wall. Do not waste your money. We booked two rooms for one night out of town for work and it was a rip off.

Staff friendly . Bed comfortable. Shower adequate. But coffee maker in room didn’t work. Cockroach in room. Came back to room to find do not disturb sign on my door and room not cleaned and bed not made. Toilet very short. Last day coffee maker in breakfast area out of order, so no morning coffee.

A really nice refurbished property with very friendly and well managed staff and well appointed rooms, except for one really bad issue. The 1st floor exterior intake for the air conditioner in my room is accessible from a narrow rear of the building setback and evidently someone has been urinating on the intake filter so much that when turned on it blows air into the room that smells like strong urine. I woke up around 1 AM and it was really strong with no way to clear out the air in the room. It took quite awhile to figure out what was causing this and I did report it to the front desk on checkout. I won't hesitate to stay at this place again as I did not see any evidence that management or housekeeping would be aware of this unless they were in the room with the AC on and the door closed for a few hours and I'm sure they will rectify this issue promptly. It is in a great location right downtown and not a party tolerant property. My guess is that the couple of homeless guys on the corner have found access to the back of the building setback.

There were some very loud guests which were annoying, but the worst part of our stay was that there were possibly air conditioner units or something on the roof above us and they made crackling sounds all night long. It was pretty bad. I would be surprised if guests to our left and right didn't hear them as well.

We always stay here. This is the first time I have had any issues with the hotel. Check in staff was overwhelmed and very slow. Not friendly at all. The room was clean however the AC machine needs to be fixed. It made a loud clicking noise all night. It kept the room cool so we were happy but the noise was very annoying.

Pretty happy with this place. They have a swimming pool. I didn't use it but it was nice seeing the kids enjoy it. Plenty of parking, good location, comfortable beds. Inside the rooms it was very clean, the exterior walkways were showing some wear. A/C was a little loud for me but I brought earplugs. Spacious room, spacious shower. In room coffee, refrigerator and microwave.

It was clean. My room was near Main street and I could hear traffic and the cars parking in the shared lot that were from the restaurant next door. I recommend having a room much farther away from the street. One bad thing, is that they don't tell you which room you will get until after you arrive for check-in.

Staff was great. Breakfast was ok--pretty standard for this price point. The sink was odd. A very short spigot that was mounted well back from the actual sink. Water comes out right at the back edge. Difficult to get your hands under it to wash them. Shower was very nice, had a rain gizmo on top. The bed was odd--it sits on a platform and wanders about quite a lot. Often it ended up with 6-10" of mattress hanging off the side. This caused the bedding to come untucked with all that implies.

I stayed 1 night and it was great. The room was nice and clean feels like new (renovated) The staff was friendly and helped me to check 3 hours before check in time. The outdoor swimming was nice. Breakfast was OK (they could had eggs cheese or something just to make it better) Free easy parking on site The room was great but internet was down for entire staying and I couldn’t work (bummer). Overall it was a nice experience.

A favorite place to stay in Chico. Not fancy but clean and accommodating. I got there very late, but the front desk was waiting for me and even offered to move her car so we could park. The staff go out of their way and it shows.

Poney, the night desk person was very friendly. Actually, everyone was very friendly. At first I was not able to get the TV to function but that could have been my ignorance of how to use Direct TV? I tried hooking into the HDMI port which was located in the back and difficult to access and gave up. I may have put the hotel source cable in a different input slot because the TV worked after that. The room was clean. I don't know Chico but I got the feeling this hotel may not be in the best part of town. The room was clean and functional but the vanity drain was slow.

I've stayed here at least three times and the front desk staff (this time, as well as last, wasTerri) are so friendly and helpful! The rooms are large and have everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in! Nice continental breakfast, too! I would highly recommend this property!

The managers, Pony and Terry, were very helpful. Pony brought us cold water any time of the day (it was 100 degrees when we were there). He made up a list of places to have lunch and dinner. He brought us towels and water bottles when we were using the pool. The pool was nice and clean, and just the right temperature. We made many trips to the ice machine and it was always working. The Inn provides breakfast and we had waffles everyday. We could walk to the restaurants and shops. The room was large with plenty of lights for reading. The Inn had been remodeled not long ago and it had a nice big shower.

This was a great place to stay. Teri, the manager on duty when I arrived, was so awesome and appreciated her helping me to secure a downstairs unit. I have tried several times to book this hotel but it was usually sold out. Glad I finally got a chance to stay. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Chico.

Stay here every year when I visit Chico and it always seems to get nicer. Upstairs rooms are the best, so clean and updated feels like a luxury hotel. Staff is always super friendly and professional. Great location to be at if you want to walk anywhere in downtown.

From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful, cheerful and delightful. Everything was just great. The checkin was seamless. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were awesome. The only downside was the breakfast as it was limited to cereal, waffles and stale danish. But I would still recommend this motel.

Nice clean place to stay. Family friendly environment, in a convenient location downtown Chico. The staff was friendly and always greeted with a smile. Complementary breakfast was your basic grab and go options, some fresh fruit and a cook your own waffle station. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located in downtown Chico so it was a good location. Rooms had been completely updated and refreshed attractively, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Very impressed with the entire staff that we came in contact with as professional and so friendly to go out of their way to greet us each morning. The breakfast served was of good quality with waffles, bagels with the fixings, yogurt, and fruit. It was always fresh and plentiful. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff is very personable and helpful. The room, including the air conditioner, is adequate. No complaints. We chose to not eat the carb-heavy breakfast, but it is not the worst we have seen. The Roost, about a half block away, serves a very good breakfast with an extensive menu.

The facility was nice. Breakfast wasn’t good as coffee machine not working and food not kept up. I sat for over an hour without an attendant. Unfortunately one employee was covering front desk and food area. Also a guest was allowed to smoke right next to my car next to my room.

The bed was super comfy. Soft. The room had a nice chair in it, a padded chair with a tiny table in front. The TV was big with DirectTV. Had a microwave inside which was nice. They had free breakfast, but the breakfast didn't have any eggs or sausage so not many options in terms of protein, although they did have yogurts in the refrigerator. Fresh made waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal main choices. This is one of the cheaper motels but it stands out for value, because the room was really nice and free breakfast is better than no breakfast. Haha
