Room was clean, plenty of parking, excellent breakfast options and healthy. The only negative thing I have was the thermostat did not function so I was not completely comfortable and I was surprised that there was not a coffee maker or tea bags in the room.

As a newer property, the hotel was nice, clean, and everything looked it. The room had a nice set up - we had a 2 Queen suite with a sleeper sofa that slept our family of 6 comfortably. I liked the small touches like actually hand soap in the bathroom, and nice soaps in the shower. The hot breakfast was good and my children all approved! Hotel pool area smelled a little like a highschool locker room though... needs some airing out, but otherwise was adequate. Wish there was a hot tub though!

We liked the location very central. The rooms need more attention to detail as far as cleaning, we had to have drain on tub clean, shower curtain was not clean and spider web's and dirt in the corners. Overall it was okay.

This hotel claims in ad to have suite rooms but they are the same size as the regular room or very little difference to standard room. Other Holiday Inn and Express have large suite rooms worth the price . Not this place .

I\'m recovering from a broken leg and chose this hotel and the room based on fact it had "accessible" shower. Unfortunately, the description of accessible was highly misleading. There was a large lip, probably four inches high, to clear to get into shower, meaning no wheelchair. There was no hose/handheld shower extension meaning you couldn\'t really sit. The only bench was at far end opposite showerhead and out of reach of faucets. Also, it was only a few inches wide meaning you had to hold a grab handle to sit on it, rendering it useless. The aforementioned grab handle was also at far end opposite showerhead and out of reach of faucet. Bottom line: Although they advertise accessible shower, you don\'t actually get an accessible shower even in rooms that are marketed as such.

I was ok with the room and the service at the front desk was amazing but when I checked out I was supposed to get my incidentals deposit back and here we are fifteen days after I checked out and still no return of my deposit! The room was cleaner when I left than when I checked in because I scrubbed it with comet and bleach! I want my money back now. My husband died suddenly two weeks ago and $100 would help so much now

We had to visit Chico for a long stay, & the cleanliness and customer service was exceptional. Tilly the GM was very kind, and the front desk lady (samantha, I think?) was very welcoming. Breakfast was great w/ many options! The rooms smelled so clean almost like brand new furniture, w/ great features in the room. My son loved being able to stream videos on the TV and the kids loved the pool. Will definitely be back!

Love the place, however, this time I gave it 4 stars because the lady shut down the free breakfast place 15 minutes before the time should have ended. A lot of people came down to eat but she closed it, even though people were still eating. That was unfair because the only reason we pay those prices is to enjoy free breakfast.

We'll definitely return! Our Grandsons loved the pool, the room was clean and beds comfy. The breakfast was very good, Grandsons loved the selections. The staff was attentive and swiftly corrected a problem we were having with the black out curtain.

The front desk ladies were both quiet miserable and rude. We arrived around 930 kinda late i guess and the tv didnt work so i asked for help she said shed come checknit out after 45 minutes inwent sown stairs to ask and she wash playing with friend and was like oh intotally forgot...thise whontravel w children knownits kinda important to wind down in the evening ...so my kids were very bouncy at this time after a 6 hour drive and 45 and shesaid she was going to switch rooms and would bring us the keys..suprise surprise shenforgotncuz she was playing w friend again....she dis finallybaround 1130 get us to a new room....skip to next mornig breakfast was great fella at desk nice then shift change mybcard gets charged and 100 for what i am wondering so i call amd ask..the girlnat front desk accussed me of being a theft for why not completely clear so i go back to hotel to speak to manager...not one on duty butnthe desk girl cut me off every times i tries tonask a question or give my side of story....needless to say i left in tears but here 4 days later they finally gave me my money back so i guess they discovered they were wrong. I would not stay again.
