While nothing terribly fancy, this property met our needs as somewhere conveniently located and reasonably priced. Our room was aesthetically dated but beds were clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice but could use some sun loungers as many were showing their age. We would stay again if we were making a similar trip.

The hotel pool is very nice although, the lounges and umbrellas are in disrepair. The tables by the pool were filthy. I hope that this area gets some needed attention. There are also several safety issues with the sidewalk and "steep" curbs. One could fall and get severely injured.

We stay every year while visiting AZ. Pool is great and beds are comfy but almost every pool chair is ripped and the AC in the units don’t regulate and are very loud. Also one ice machine is always broken. Could use some TLC

Love the pool and hot tub. The jets weren't working, but it was heated to perfection. The pool is salt water and so beautifully kept. Very clean. I am disabled with M.S. and the stairs in and out of the pool and hot tub were easy for me to navigate. The rooms are a decent size. The bed was super comfy. The top blanket was high quality. A comfortable bed needs a comfortable blanket!! Very relaxing stay.

Pool looks nice in photos. First thing it says on site is pool is heated. IT IS NOT. Hot tub is large, looks good. NONE OF JETS WORK. room was standard. Was clean. Was also kind of noisy at night but that isn’t really on hotel. I would not stay here again.

There is no elevator service at the resort and it’s not upgraded for electronic products. They should have cameras around the resort cause our last night there was people arguing, yelling and slamming the door in the early hours.

There were stains on the sheets and blanket. When I laid in bed, my back and backside started to itch and when I looked at it, I found multiple fresh bites that started to swell. The room appeared to have bed bugs. Also wanted to take a bath in the jacuzzi but saw multiple hairs in there. Don’t believe the room was cleaned. When I checked out I tried to get water but both areas the front and the guest lounge were out of it and the receptionist told me I should get it from a sink. Later she gave me a bottle of water that was for sale for free, because I said that they promoted few amenities including water, coffee and pastries. Overall terrible stay, would not recommend. Very dirty and not as advertised.

Our room was disappointing. Small and dark. The wall paper was pealing off the walls And rips in the window fixtures. If you open the windows to let some light in people walking past can look right into the room. There were also people arguing outside of the room all night and noise echoed very loud. Location is great. Pool area is nice.

It's a cheap hotel, with all the usual cheap hotel problems. Loud guests and all hours of the night and front desk staff that doesn't give a damn/just there for the paycheck. Don't be fooled by the photos. It's a Cheap Cheap Motel that's been painted to look fancy, but it's run like a Cheap Cheap Motel. Walls so thin you can tell what channel the next room is watching, broken stuff, dirty sheets/bedding/towels, bad smells, fights, screaming. The stuff you expect at a cheap motel. Just don't expect better.

Of all the hotels we have stayed in this year, the bed is VERY comfortable. Slept like a baby. Room and bathroom were clean, sheets and bed were the highlight here. I will be back just for the bed alone. After a long day of work, this hit the spot. Thank you.

Check-in was quick, and the staff was very helpful. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a park and surrounded by plenty of dining options, shops, and gas stations. It’s also close to popular attractions like Papago Park, the Desert Botanical Garden, and Old Town. While the amenities are on the smaller side, they are well-maintained and enjoyable, especially the pool and hot tub. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!. Third time here.

I arrived to only be ignored by hotel staff that was on the phone and he ignored the fact that I was waiting for around 8 to 10 minutes while on the phone. I called to report multiple issues with the room only to be put on hold again. I decided to go to the lobby and was once treated the exact same way while he stayed on the phone. The handle in the shower was broke, broken/loose tile in the bathroom, receptacles with broken off plugs in them. Great location, but be prepared for broken items in the room and staff that's more busy on personal calls than to attend to their guest.

I couldn’t sleep because of extremely inconsiderate guests. I was trying to rest since I had to wake up at 6 AM for a 9 AM flight. However, the people in the room next to mine kept banging their door — I’m not sure if they were fighting, but it went on for hours. After making noise until around 4:30 AM, they started moaning loudly — and yes, I could hear everything through the walls. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. I tried calling the front desk to report the disturbance, but no one was on duty. No staff were checking the hallways to ensure things were quiet or to respond to guest complaints. I was extremely disappointed. I will never stay here again and definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely adore the staff here! I don’t find myself staying in hotels often but I have come back specifically because of how outstanding and caring they are. Melinda leads a great team! With them, the location being pet-friendly, and also being in a walkable distance from anything and everything… this place is the BEST!

Stayed at this resort for 4 days and not once did we get our room cleaned even after making a request to get the room cleaned . Call and expressed or needs to the front desk no one followed up and ensured that our room was cleaned even after the fact. Very poor service.

Ok, when I booked and saw Scottsdale and the price, I was like...why not? The area was the crappy side of Scottsdale. As for the hotel, well.....it wasn't the best hotel or the worst I've stayed in. The room was very clean which made me happy. The bed in my room wasn't great for me and my wife. I felt like I was leaning towards the floor, it is what it is. I didn't know this place offered entertainment, we had a police chase end at the hotel, that was a surprise. The staff was nice and very helpful, give them all a raise. So would I stay here again? If I had to because it was super cheap and I was in a pinch, sure. Next time, I'm going to pay the extra to stay in a more modern hotel in a wayyy better area. I stayed here from 11-07-25 to 11-10-25

We arrived at the hotel. For it being Scottsdale it was very sketchy. Homeless people walking around the outside of the hotel. When we got into the room the attempt to upgrade wasn’t impressive. Run down curtains, cabinets, and bath tub was shotty. We didn’t feel comfortable so we booked a 2nd hotel room somewhere else. Waste of money for me

I always love staying at this property. Been coming here for years. All the staff are friendly, the pool and spa are beautiful, the beds are comfy, and my room is always clean.The location is great for our needs, with easy access to the 202 and 101. We recommend Duke's sports bar across the park, yummy food and great service. The park has nice paths alo g a waterway, a skate park, disc golf course (disc store in the same area as Duke's) and there is wildlife to watch.

Besides the beautiful pool, I'd hardly call this place a resort so the name is very misleading. Some parts of the room had been updated like the bathroom with the shower and toilet. However the part with the sink was not as nice with the attached small outdated closet/drawers. The area that held the fridge, microwave and safe was very old; one of the doors was missing that would hide the three aforementioned items. However, the bed was very comfortable. Most of the room was clean, but little places like behind the door in the bathroom definitely needed cleaned. We did appreciate being allowed to check in early without being charged. That was a plus. The lobby is tiny. They say there is breakfast. It seemed to be doughnuts mostly.

This property is labeled as "Resort" but it is far from it. It's a motel. The room was outdated, with visible stains on the carpet and the furniture. The cabinets in the bathroom would not close. The towel rack in the bathroom came out of the wall when I tried to hang a towel. Their was no available outlet near the bedside table to plug in phones. (I unplugged the lamp instead). The walls are thin, and we got to hear our neighbors yelling at each other frequently, both late at night and early morning. The crowd this place attracted was variable, from college kids on spring break, smoking and drinking in the pool area (with non smoking signs everywhere), families with kids, transient folks wandering onto the property from a park nearby, and people living in their cars on the street. While the pool itself was pretty and clean (thank goodness), the loungers were mostly worn, many of them broken. The pictures show a lovely area with lots of loungers, but this was not what we found. It also said there was dining, however this did not exist. There is a closed down restaurant on the property. I'm shocked this got 3 stars. I would never return. Felt like a scene out of Breaking Bad- drugs, homeless and dirty old.space.

This was a delightful find. Clean and updated rooms, friendly staff, nice area, easy walk to restaurants/grocery/pharmacy. Luckily there is an urgent care locatuon right across the street... we had a small owie on our way to Scottsdale so this was handy. The bathroom had a full fan (unusual these days) and the air conditioning was instantaneous. There was a pool which we didn't have time to use, but will next time Highly recommend!

the room was reasonably priced and comfortable. Lots of free parking and close to downtown. The only negative which should be corrected is the morning coffee and water jug was always empty. They did apologize and offered bottled water instead . it was also nice to have little mini donuts and muffins in the morning. Overall quiet and comfortable
