The hotel room wasn't very clean. The floors were dirty and in need of repairs, so was the bathroom. The pool was freezing cold and dirty. Breakfast was limited. They ran out of waffle mix and necer filled it back up. There wasn't any juice because the machine was broken so that wasn't offered. I was very disappointed in the hotel and will never stay there again.

Parking was a problem when we returned on the evening. Some large trucks and trailers took multiple spaces. Breakfast was great with changes daily. The lady in charge kept things clean and food well stocked. Our room's carpet had a large hole.

This hotel is falling apart. Breakfast is a joke, no milk for cereal, uncooked oatmeal. No AC in the GYM. Too many extension cards causing appliance shut down (microwave, TV) casing fire hazards. It is a safety hazard and may burn down the hotel if not addressed soon. The elevator may break down, it shudders.

The room was not clean at all. I wanted to take my daughter to the pool but the water was too dirty to swim in. The service and overall state of the hotel was less than 2 star. I would not recommend anyone staying there, specifically if you’re with family and kids.

Air conditioning quit working in first room, second room barely any air came out of unit. Temperature was set at 65 room temperature never went below 73. Tables were dirty and sticky. Headboards covered in dust. No shower gel, shampoo, conditioner or soap. When asked front desk they said they lost the key. Swimming smelled like sewer and looked oily. Work out equipment was sticky. I know where NOT to stay next time I'm in the area.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. I booked a room with a tub but this only had a shower. There were 3 of us but they only gave us 2 towels and 1 washcloth. The one set of doors in the lobby that lead to the rear parking lot were broken and you had to manually slide them open and shut. There were spots where the ceiling was leaking and buckets were catching the water. The doors to the pool and exercise room were broken. There were absolutely no towels in the pool room. Front desk brought me a bin and told me to take what i needed but never stocked the pool area. The internet was not working properly. Could not sign in to any streaming apps and the cable channel guide did not work. Everything we tried to watch was spotty and kept blacking out. While the room was clean and comfortable, the inconvenience of everything else was not worth the 100+ per night. I would not recommend this place.

Decor was nice. The iced water was welcoming. Front desk agents were friendly and helpful. Negatives- bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. The corners of the floor were “gunky”. No hot water in sink. Couch bed was reserved but had to go downstairs for bedding. Mattress was gross. Yellow Stains and dark spots. A zip mattress bag would be good there.

Property needs significant uplift. Room was dirty with food crumbs and stains on the floor carpet. One towel was stained with blood. Refrigerator had food from prior hotel guest. Upon reporting to front desk, the worst experience surfaced. Rudeness was at peak of the front desk person and said there was nothing she could do about it and it is not her job to inform housekeeping. She also lied that there was no one else on the property. When I mentioned about posting a negative review on social media, she paged supervisor, who appeared miraculously in seconds.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend Our stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel is in serious need of renovation—everything felt dirty and neglected. Our first room was missing a fridge and smoke detector, and the pullout mattress was stained and clearly unclean. After requesting a room change, we found the second room had the same issue: a filthy pullout mattress, as if it hadn’t been checked or cleaned between guests. The carpets throughout the hotel, including in both of our rooms, were stained and dirty. The furniture was also visibly stained and worn. It’s clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority here. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had, and we will definitely not be returning.

Room was nice size and breakfast a step ahead of some places. Appreciated it being offered until 10 AM. Coffee 24/7 in common area nice. But the TV was unusable as it had a big black line running down the right side and the remote would not work. Bummer as we ended up watching an important football game on a tiny tablet. Also there aren’t enough hooks in the bathroom. Flimsy luggage rack that collapsed.

Was given a room with a non flushing toilet was told i could take a plunger or wait until the morning for maintenance. Said that was unacceptable and requested to be moved was told that was impossible because he had no more rooms. After a long back and forth he finally grabbed a plunger came to my room and made a mess of the bathroom. Left then came back and said bring your stuff ill see what i can do to move you. Kept saying he didn't have more of my room type and i said thats fine whatever you got. Said he couldn't give me another room because i booked thru a 3rd party. After more round and round he said I'll just give you someone elses room who isn't here yet. Let's hope no one tries to get in the new room when they check in. Bottom line i don't work here don't ask me to fix your hotel so if you can't fix the issue then give me my money back. Plenty of other places to stay.

It was a bad experience for us. We stayed there from 24-27 Dec, 2024. We asked the front desk for house keeping service on 26th (since the rule says that we can ask for it every other day) and left for our work in Pittsburgh in the morning. We come back to our room at around 10pm (really tired and exhausted) to find that the housekeeping was not done. Upon asking, we were told by the front desk person that we must be asking for housekeeping before 10am. I didn’t see that rule written anywhere. We might have asked for housekeeping around 10-10.30am. The person at front desk did note it down and didn’t mention that rule to us. After a heated argument at 10pm, we were given fresh towels. Also, there was constant smoking both at the front and the back entrance of the hotel.

Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. True customer service excellence!

They assigned a family the same toom as me due to a system error. The family walked in on me. Then the next morning, cleaning walked in on me. After grabbing breakfast, i was locked out of my room for 20 mins due to the system error. I requested a callback to resolve my issues and they never reached out. The front desk woman clearly did not care about the invasion of privacy and awful safety.

The staff was awesome! They gentleman made check-in fun and he helped me out with the heating in the room - who puts the thermostat behind the TV? Breakfast had more choices than I expected. We’ll definitely be staying again!!

The hotel is well maintained and was easy to find. There is a parking garage several yards away, but parking right in front of the hotel is very limited. (There’s an Outback restaurant right next door with customers who probably took some of the slots.) It’s quiet and convenient to local restaurants and gas stations.

The TV screen had my name on it welcoming me to the hotel. The staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The breakfast had a decent selection of food. The room was really clean and they have a big parking lot with easy to find parking.

The front desk employees we interacted with were great and very enthusiastic. That was the best facet. Also, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. However, the room was shabby and needed a deep clean. Breakfast was.....adequate. There was food. However, when it ran out, it wasn't refilled. They were always out of at least something.

It was ok. The property is in need of updating, but mostly cosmetically. It’s conveniently located off the PA Turnpike. Breakfast was canceled due to flooding, which was unfortunate. I might try the hotel again, but we expected more from Hampton Inn.
