Quiet, clean and inexpensive for the location! Appreciated the helpful staff and abundant free parking on site. Recommend this as a location for the Cooper River Bridge Run.

The pool was a little green but from owning a pool i know that happens sometimes. But overall super great stay. Made my daughter feel very welcomed and excited to stay at the hotel especially with the delicious complimentary cookies!

Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean room and common areas. Pool could use some maintenance and we did see some folks that were not staying in the hotel drive up to use the pool. It is not secured from the public but it did have a safety gate. Breakfast was good although the dining area was very small and we were all cheek to cheek. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay.

Great area! Barbecue/Mexican close by. No gym on premises only downside. Room was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast with gluten free options. Front desk warm and welcoming.

Wifi was down so couldn't use it. They sent me a note after I booked saying they were renovating so I didn't know what to expect. Trash people picked up the bins at 6am so I got woken up. The door to room was unlike any I've seen. You had to slam it to close.

Room smelled of mildew mixed with cleaning products. Opened window but holes in screens. Bathroom sink didn’t have cold water. Hair dryer was broken. Needed to jiggle toilet handle to get it to fill back up with water to flush. Over all awful experience

The first room was nice. Smelled very strongly of mold. First room that we were given, the TV did not work. So we moved rooms. The new room also smelled strongly of mold. We bought air freshener. One of the lights and outlets did not work. The shower/bath water took forever to get warm and then had next to no pressure. The shower head only worked on one strong massage setting. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast.

We have been staying at this Best Western for years. The new management is working hard to upgrade the rooms, and it's paying off. Our room was clean, and the new shower was awesome! The front desk staff always had warm cookies on hand. We will be back!

There was a roach in our bed. We took a video and called the the front desk. The manager was not in. And the cleaning lady swept, but left the pile by the door with a cleaning sponge

The beds were not very comfortable. Everything was very outdated. I had a freezing cold shower. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast that was included was the best!! Everything was hot and well stocked at all times. The room was clean. Overall, the hotel was overpriced for the quality. I would only stay here again if there was nothing else available.

Older property. Room was clean. Few cobwebs in bathroom. Hardly any shower pressure on first floor. Rate for room is fine, so you get what you pay. Over all it’s ok for a few nights.

This hotel had a musty smell. They gave towels that left fuzz all over me (I was covered head to toe). Bed not comfortable. Room is small. Shower leaks floors were sticky. Overall gross one of the worse places I’ve ever stayed.

While the room was clean and pleasant looking, they are so tiny that a family of four is very cramped. This would have been tolerable but the beds were easily the most uncomfortable I've EVER slept in. The mattresses are rock hard with barely any cushion. I never have back issues but after this stay my back ached for 2 days afterwards.

The two good things were the location for convenience, and they serve breakfast. We had a small room because we weren’t planning on spending much time in there. The A/C unit never did get the room cool. Also we never got hot or even warm water from the shower or sink, so cold showers for three days. There was also some kind of loud motor that came on sporadically outside which made sleeping difficult. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

The receptionist at check in was EXTREMELY rude! Never stay there again!! The hotel was loud & noisy from other customers even at late night! It was our first time & last time staying there.

They requested a $50 security deposit...which was not designated as such on their paperwork. However, on a 5 day stay, the rate for the last night was altered to absorb the deposit..which they kept. We have stayed at many Best Westerns and have never had this happen in or outside the USA.

They did have some construction going on but they stayed silent as possible. The two men at the front counter were amazing, friendly, and sweet! If I plan to come back to Charleston I def will stay here again

I arrived and was told there was no room booked under my name. I showed my Expedia confirmation email, and was still told sorry there was no room for me. He tried to offer me a King bed room for 3 adults. He then tried to make a call yet it was MY phone so I know he had the reservation. I had to get ugly and force him to finally find my reservation. Something was extremely sketchy about this situation. He even said he finally found it under my first name. I’ve used Expedia for years and have never had a problem. This was awful. And on top of it, this hotel is a dump. Pics on Expedia do not represent what this hotel is. So disappointed in this Father’s Day present.

We stayed overnight on a saturday at the end of Feburary. The price was so good. The location is really great because it's only a 7 minute drive to downtown Charleston (depending on which part). Mount pleasant is nice to stay in. They had a decent little breakfast in the morning with a few hot options. I would absolutely stay here again!

Front desk awesome. Breakfast needs more variety. 24 hour coffee appreciated. We had to rehang window covering so it actually covered window. It was partially hanging when we arrived. Also problems with hot water: workers helped us with that. May have been installed backwards. Location great for Charleston. Good value for money.

I enjoyed the breakfast and snacks and the friendly staff. My room was small but clean and met my needs. Public areas needed some paint, carpet. Room doors need paint. It iOS a non smoking facility but I smelled smoke. That being said, I’ll stay there again.

The location was great. The hotel is going through extensive rehabbing and we stayed in a finiahed room which was nice. Breakfast was just ok and the breakfast person was not as helpful as other best westerns. Their was gravy but the biscuits were cold and hard and the egg patty was not as good as scrambled eggs would have been. We stayed at the best wrstern in savannah the previous night and im comparing this hotel to that one which scored all 10's.

The stairways were very dirty and our room really needed a good cleaning along with the shower. For the most part bed was ok, but didnt like that the toilet was extremely low to the ground which I found odd. The continental breakfas was just that. Very disappointing considering all the reviews I read bragging how good and hot it was.

The staff at this location were excellent and welcoming. They were able to assist with anything I needed. The afternoon snacks and breakfast were good too. 24 hour coffee is available and free. The hotel was clean. The air conditioner worked very well. Only thing that could have been better was the appearances of some things that needed to be painted again to improve the esthetics of the place. Will stay here again if needed.
