Great hotel. The room was nice and there were so many cool amenities such as yoga and free s’mores. We even got a complimentary wine tasting thanks to Freemark Abbey. My only complaint is that there is no hot tub.

The Napa Marriott Hotel is in a great location. It is situated close to other areas to visit like Yountville, Saint Helena, and Rutherford to name a few. Great restaurants all along the Napa region and easy access to wineries. The hotel staff were very welcoming. They have nightly activities scheduled such as wine tasting or roasting marshmallows. Great for family fun. Bedding was also comfortable. Our room had a safe and refrigerator which I also welcome and all guest rooms provide a stall shower.

Positives: great pool area; friendly and sometimes helpful staff; got a free late checkout until 1pm; price comparable to other hotels in the area; one of the best Manhattans I've ever had. Negatives: wifi did not work the entire time and when I pointed out to the front desk they told me someone else had complained offered me the number for tech support which is offensive to me; rooms are showing age; addon fees are a bit ridiculous for what you get; peace and quite interrupted by maintenance staff performing work that could have been done away from the resort; housekeeping carts left blocking the halls and staff seem indifferent; pool was not heated (during the time we were there). Overall a mildly pleasant experience but this resort needs investment and training for staff. Looks good on the surface, however at closer inspection it barely makes the grade. I had been there maybe fifteen years earlier and they haven't done much since.

We decided to get away from our Sacramento heat and head to a Marriott pool. We were not disappointed. The pool area was lovely by day. There was a bartender on standby (Sage) who took our food and drink orders. In the evening we had s'mores by the fire. We stayed in our first night and ate at the hotel restaurant. Excellent food and service by Veronica. The king room was clean, comfy and we never needed anything. The coffee machine was lacking but the hotel coffee bar was great! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed out stay for a week. Nice pool and appreciate you can order lunch and drinks from your phone and they will deliver to you. Hotel is older but updated. They need more ice machines but like the water dispensers throughout the hotel. Good location and amenities. Would stay here again.

This is a great option for a stay in the Napa area. Close enough to downtown Napa. Besides the great pool, there are two areas with activities and relaxing. Pingpong, jenga, large connect 4. A Gym and spa services available too. Bike rentals, morning yoga. Evening wine tasting. Good service, clean facilty. Dining options were great.

The property was very inviting, staff in the bar area were hit and miss on attentiveness and overall pleasant attitudes/moods. The beds and pillows were the worse pillows are very low quality reminded me of the $2.99 pillows on black friday at Walmart. My cleaning person was on point. My room never got dirt but what ever did I was clean when I got back to my room and she was very nice. The fire pit and pool areas are very comfortable and relaxing. The vibe was overall relaxing until you hear the dog's barking. If I had known dogs were allowed I would not have booked this location. I love dogs but not on my vacation.

This a very nice property but needs a hard look at the management team and staffing. Some staff are very nice. Some are visibly disgruntled and actively hating on the guests. The cleaning of the pool area as well as the fireplace area needs some solving. The pool water was really murky on the Sunday we left and there were visible sentiments by the edge - pretty disgusting.

The hotel itself is okay, not what you expect from a Marriott. Some of the amenities are outdated or not working properly. For example our light and charger on one side didn’t work, the curtains weren’t closing fully, some common areas were dirty. Probably would pick another hotel next time

Had to change rooms as there was hair in the bed. After changing to another room, there was hair left on the shower. Management did apologize and comp our lunch but this has definitely left a negative impact for us.

internet TV was not working so a technician came to fix, but not able to. so switch the room, but still not working. Call a technician, but he was not able to fix it again. He said to contact a provider and fix it remotely, but not done until we check out two days after. second day room was not cleaned when we came back around 8:30 pm. requested towel and empty a trash can, but not done until request again after 30 min. room door was not closed properly, so have to slam the door or push the door to close properly.

However, the air con was so noisy we had trouble sleeping. Every time it went on/off it sounded like a basketball being dropped inside the vent. The hanging door to the bathroom was super heavy and hard to open and close. The decor in the room, which faced a parking lot, was rather dark and uninviting. The hotel is located at some distance from the downtown area (~3 miles per Google), so it's not conducive to walking to shops and restaurants. Food service was very slow in the overpriced cafe at breakfast. To top it off, be aware that the hotel charges a $30 "destination fee" and $10 for parking on top of the room charge. The pool and grounds looked nice, but we didn't have time to take advantage of them. Hotels in this area are expensive in general, but this hotel feels too pricey for what you get. We'll stay closer to downtown if we go to Napa again.

For the price, look elsewhere. I had a “King with a View”, and the view was the parking lot and freeway. It was very noisy from the traffic and someone was screaming during the night as well. The shower floor was at an angle and dangerously slippery while taking the shower. The rooms and facility are pretty outdated although I can see they are making improvements.

The shower was difficult to control temp, either hot or cold. Lots of poorly done touch up painting throughout the room which really brought down the the quality look of the room. The hotel should repaint an area instead of 50 spots of touch up. Room was clean and nice in all other areas outside of temp for water and excessive touch up paint.

The bed was hard as a rock. It made it difficult to sleep. I also reserved a room with the garden view, but when we got there they didn't have anymore, so I was given a room without a porch/balcony that faced the freeway. It was SO noisy.

Room 2115 was not ideal. For two nights the AC broke down and began a loud banging sound. Very disruptive sleep. The water pressure was a dribble out of both shower and sink and toilet barely flushed.

The staff members are lackluster at best. Often time you see two people at the reception scrolling on their phone even when you approach them. And the tone can be at times unbearable. The house keeping part is also not good. We stated 2 nights and they never replenish the coffee pods. Definitely not a place to stay for the price.

Regarding staff, Rebekah and manager at checkout was GREAT and friendly! However the overnight worker on the 24th at 3:30am was incredibly rude. Our air conditioning went out every night but the first night, when we called last night she told us "I don't see the point in changing rooms since you're checking out tomorrow, it was 3:30am and 78-80 degrees in our room. The water in our shower was scorching hot, we couldn't find warm water to save our life.

Shedrick was so helpful and easy to talk to about my concerns. This was my first time experiencing what I would call as a doorman/bell hop at a hotel. When escorted to my first room by Shedrick(that was by the elevator) I mentioned to Shedrick how my focus for my stay was to enjoy my birthday which includes getting some sleep..Shedrick immediately turned around and said I will be right back with a new room key. My new room was so peaceful.

This hotel was overbooked our first night so they sent us to the Embassy Suites. While it was inconvenient and a bit hurried that Sat morning as we had a tour picking us up at 9:30am. All in all, they paid for our room that night and were very apologetic! I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would definitly stay there again!

We enjoyed the nice, clean room and the comfy beds. Shower was nice with the liquid soaps and lotion in the bathroom. Lobby and outdoor decor are really pretty. Loved the convenient location in Napa as well.

Amazing property with all the amenities. Clean and roomy rooms with a modern clean baths. The location is perfect for winery hoping as it is at the start of the winery trail and next to wine train too. About 8-10 mins from downtown.

A little rundown in our room (chiiped woodwork, bathroom door didnt close properly. Patio courtyard areas dirty. Front desk clerk at check-in not particularly helpful or friendly, but after that everyone was great. WISH THERE WERE BETTER TRANSPO OPTIONS TO DOWNTOWN BESIDES UBER.

Our stay was fantastic! The person at the front desk, checked on us throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. The complementary wine during happy hour and s’mores later in the evening were an added touch. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal!

Hotel was good . No food really available for dinner. And during Happy hour we were charged like $48 for two drinks. Hello not happy hour!! No staff that waited on the outside tables.
