Pool and jacuzzi wasn’t clean shouldn’t get in look like you could get sick somewhere I wouldn’t want to sleep just stayed for hours to chill and barely wanted to do that I tough it out. Just think they could get a lot better big upgrade needed

The room was disgusting the worst hotel I have ever stayed in there was cat piss on the bed a puddle of it! We had just finished settling in and sat down on the mattress with a puddle filled of pee! We fond Doritos under the sheets and we’re not even moved to a different room. Nor refunded our stay. And that was just the beginning of it. The pictures speak for themselves.

This was a horrific experience. There were several bugs crawling and flying around. The toilet had pubic hair all over it, the bathtub had a hole in the bottom so we couldn't take a shower, the refrigerator was leaking so I had to get extra towels from the housekeeper to keep the floor dry. The sink had a horrible smell and the TV kept defaulting to the porn channel everytime I turned it off then back on

I guess for the price it’s expected that the rooms are ran down, but at least keep them clean, the tub could have used somescrubbing, I know the bedding wasn’t changed for the day I stayed because there were ashes on them,, I understand that they’re trying to cut corners in order to to keep price down but some of these issues are a health concern for the guests

My stay at this hotel was way but way below my expectartations: -Dirty Room upon arrival -Broken bathroom handles -Filthy and stain bed sheets -Mattres looked like it was pick up from a garbage dump

I went into the room with the beds being stained with god knows what. The bathtub was dirty it looked like it was building up to the point that I cleaned it the moment I wanted it. The counter with sink was nasty to like no one cleaned it. Staff was okay

I don’t know where to start, but it was the worst day ever we walked in, and the bed was hard and squeaky, and the top bedsheet was ripped multiple places. It was a California king and it had two standard pillows. It was for two people, and only one towel was in the shower. The ceiling had mold didn’t look very clean the wash area where you wash your hands. The ceiling was bubbly, like if the ceiling was about to fall off there was a puddle of water in the center of the wash area. It smelled the TV control did not work. We went to go eat somewhere we came back And we ended up leaving we we couldn’t we couldn’t stay there overnight. We just left. Worst hotel I’ve ever stood at well actually we didn’t stay. We left should’ve asked for money back, but we were so upset. We just left. Forgot to take pictures, but we did tell someone about the water on the floor.

Well everything's dirty everything sticky I found a tick or a flea don't know what the hell they are. All I know I killed one of them and all of a sudden blood came out I choose this hotel if I don't have anything else and it's cheaper.

it’s very dingy… you have to slam the doors for them to shut right. cracks in the walls, dirty sinks and tubs, and the environment is just omg. i walked out my room and 2 rooms down had a shattered window… i left early, 4 days early, tried getting a refund for the last few days, and they refused to answer the phone from hotels.com to approve it.

Property was close to planned event. Paid an extra $40.00 for early check in. The room was in need of repairs and supplies. No Kleenex or face towels, no hand towels. Grand Daughter found used needle by refrigerator! Hope photos come out clear. One of the two towels had Properly of VA on the bottom of it.

I arrived around 9:00pm to check. We never had access to the lobby. Some guy was sitting playing games when I tried to check in and a few minutes another guy came to check us in. Not kind, not rude just not welcoming. When I saw the room I freaked out. I wanted to leave and book somewhere else but was afraid to not find something and have to pay again. The furniture was old, the covers were old and looked like they had cigarette burns. The shower curtain was dirty, the towels were old and stain. It was so scary that the 1st night I couldn’t sleep. Is unfortunate that the review said it had recently been remodeled probably the people that run it wrote the review because it wasn’t true.

This motel is not a good place to go. It is cheap with no deposit but the area and people of the area are sketchy and watch you like there about to rob you. Stay at this motel with caution.
