Good option in downtown Reno. Newer than other properties (renovated) but all of Reno is showing its age. No casino. Onsite restaurant and bar was very good to excellent. No fault of the hotel, but street fairs had the parking garage (other side of the street) inaccessible, you can use the garage for the eldorado for free (.5 block away). Staff was helpful and cheerful. 15th floor lounge is worth it, especially in the afternoon for cocktails and complimentary light snacks. Room was spacious. We had a small suite which was basically a double room with seating area and wet bar (microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker).

This non-smoking non-gambling hotel in Reno includes a huge climbing gym with steam and sauna. Hotel is very well maintained, staff is friendly, unprofessional, and the in hotel restaurant is quite good. This is the only hotel I ever consider staying in when I’m in Reno.

Great hotel with breakfast as extra. Well equipped gym for a hotel. Also climbing facilities for the more adventurous. Parking a little misleading on Expedia - $7 self parking does not give you in/out privileges. Need to pay $13 for that or valet at $25

Overall it’s a good hotel. It’s quiet with good restaurant. The self parking lot seems rundown and feels unsafe (even though we got in and out fine). The elevator at self parking wasn’t even working and the lot was dirty. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but the area seems so quiet and there was almost no one on the street. We saw quite a few homeless people.

Good, clean place to stay. Was surprised there wasn’t a pool but didn’t miss it since I was in town to visit family. Cafe had good food and big portions. Valet guys were nice and smiling. I would stay again. Best part, I had my 2 dogs with me.

The hotel is clean and has a pretty modern look and feel. Although, not sure why the things you kind expected were not in sync with classical demand. Gym/Sauna hours are from 8am to 8:30pm. For those who just want to hit the gym before the workday is out of reach. Now you want to relax in the sauna at the end of the day and they tell you "although it is closing at 9 but we kick everyone out at 8:40-8:45pm. The heater inside the rooms is sooo loud it feels like an airplain is taking off. But the vews from the room was absolutely breathtaking! Will definately stay again.

Interesting place. Next door to the Reno Arch and its home to the Worlds tallest outdoor climbing wall. No Casino on site, but they are across the street, next door and a block away. I found the operations of the only dining facility limited as they close way to early. The hotel bar is in the same facility, so when the cafe closes, the only onsite bar closes. They need another area where you can have a drink after 9pm. It was winter when I visited, so maybe in summer it is different. I enjoyed the property as it is not a gambling property.

Our bathroom floor was covered in hair of all kinds i immediately had to call the front desk as soon as we got to the room to have someone come up and clean it the employee just let herself in our room didn’t knock or announce herself or anything just walked into a locked room not what we expect from this hotel as we have stayed here before.

This was our second time staying here. We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. We checked into our room around 9 pm. My family was tired and started to unpack and get ready for bed. As soon as they pull the covers back, my kids notice the bed is full of hair. Then we inspected the other bed and it had hair all over, in between the sheets and on the comforter. I called down to the front desk and they offered to give us another room or they could provide clean sheets. We took the clean sheets and decided to change the beds ourselves. The kids had already unpacked and we didn’t want to pack everything up and move. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the floor. Not even sure if they really clean in between guests. I would stay again only because it’s pet friendly, but most likely will inspect the room to make sure it’s clean before settling in.

I’ve been here several times, I like how they allow dogs and there’s a dog park across the street. However, the bathroom didn’t seem Hilton clean to me. And one of the robes had holes in the shoulder area, first thing you see as they are hung up on hangers in the closet. Seems very un-like Hilton quality. Other than that the rest of the hotel was very nice, nice restaurant on site. Valet parking $25 otherwise self parking is kitty corner to hotel and not exactly on site.

The hotel facilities and staff were great. The hotel is beautiful, room was clean, and our requests were honored. Lobby and floors smelled great. The restaurant staff was very accomodating. Our only complaint was the sheets were stained. Looked like someone had just used them. Also the towels were yellow with age and bathrobes were scratchy.

I didn't like that the bed, it was like a mountain i almost fell a few times if i didn't scoot to the middle of the bed. Also the bathroom smelled like vomit the whole stay which was unpleasant every time i went into the bathroom. And i couldnt find where it was coming from. Other than that the staff was very nice and accomadating if we needed anything.

Great location and very clean. My wife doesn't care for smoke so this is a bonus with it being smoke free. Rooms are very roomy, and clean. The only thing is that the A/C does not blow enough. During the day it would maintain between 73-74 while it was set to 68. Night was perfect so able to sleep. Other than that great place

Even up on the 12th floor, our room was exceptionally noisy all evening and throughout the night and we couldn't open our blackout curtains during the day because it was so hot next to the windows. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to replace the single-paned windows with some more energy efficient and noise-cancelling new ones.

The furniture in room was clearly worn and in not very good repair. There are too few elevators that take are too small for the amount of people using the building. The stairs are hard to find or access as an alternative

Love the hotel. The furniture uniqueness in the rooms is great. The beds however have a mattress topper that is extremely lumpy and high at certain areas and low in others. You need to pick a comfortable spot and stay. The ac does not work very well. It’s runs all day humming and vibrating the room even if you turn it off. The 1025 lounge is very nice but since our last stay appetizers and breakfast have been minimized. Eggs, potatoes and toast. What happened to the bacon and or sausage? All and all I would stay again because it is dog friendly, a very unique hotel, has a climbing gym, sauna and steam room. I have yet to visit for a concert but that is another option you have in the hotel. The restaurant has to die for good food at a reasonable price. Whitney peak, work on the hotel side of things. It’s gone downhill since last year.

Based on the pictures online and the state of the lobby and restaurant, we were expecting a cute, quirky and modern hotel. However, once you are past the entrance onto the floors, the renovations are surface level and the rooms are a little lacking. The tub had quite old tile and the shower knob was almost coming out of the wall - the shower head was at my eye level and I’m only 5’6”. The room itself had only one overhead light in the corner and the lamps on the tables cast such a shadow that you really couldn’t see much in the room unless you pointed the light directly at it. However, the bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The restaurant, on the other hand, was phenomenal. We had both dinner and breakfast there, and both were excellent. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable and the restaurant was definitely the best part of the hotel.

Nice property in a very convenient area. Upon checkout their staff punched in an extra zero for our room charge and charged me over 10 grand for a 3 day stay. They barely apologized for this colosal mistake and didn’t offer anything in return.

Our plan was to stay 2 nights, and travel towards home. However, my husband ended up in the hospital for 4 days, so we extended our stay for 4 more days. The hotel was extremely accommodating to me. The valets were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were very kind. We definitely will stay here again when we’re heading in this direction. Thank you very much.

Booked breakfast included with Expedia. After I was there property said that did not mean anything and they wanted to charge for breakfast. In the end they included it because I had an argument with the manager. So be careful when booking this property.

I would not recommend anyone while visiting Reno stay in a hotel that pretends it’s not in Downtown Reno, and the front staff , absolutely one of the rudest experiences from a front desk employee I have ever had to speak with and was treated less then a human.

Welcome was unfriendly, unpleasant, & unhelpful. Throughout the 20 hour stay, I counted 10 times when staffed answered “no” a a question or request. Only twice did they offer a solution (one was to walk 1/2 a block after 11pm in 23 degree temps). Let’s just say that the valets were the most helpful, positive, and guest-friendly of any/all of the staff..

So I am struggling how to review this hotel, because the amenities overall fit my needs as a business traveler. The hotel restaurant was excellent food & service. The gym/sauna & rock climbing is also very cool. My issue was senior management failed to address my 3 complaints over a 3 night stay regarding that my TV was not working properly which resulted in me not being able to watch a program I wanted to specifically watch on my second nights stay. Rather than give me another room or even offer a concession he spoke down to me in a very offense way. So to pay top $$ and get bad senior management service, unless you have an extreme desire to rock climb ....I have to say look to stay elsewhere when visiting Reno.

This was a terrible place to stay for Hot August Nights. We chose this hotel based on the second floor balcony to be able to watch the cruise. We were told we could go up and then once we were up there we were told we had to leave and it was at the discretion of management on who can go out there. It was unreal. I am filing a claim against the hotel for the discrimination. Not to mention the ice machines didn't work on several floors, the rooms were not clean and the lotion left on our counter was empty. The hotel is a non smoking hotel but wreaked of cigarettes. Truly a terrible experience.

The front desk staff was super nice. The lobby and room looked more upscale that I expected. We loved the view from the 13th floor. I’m sure it’s even better higher up. We stayed here for my bf’s bday and he loved the room. The riverwalk nearby is really pretty in the daylight. A few criticisms: The heat took a while to get warm. The parking garage is dirty and feels questionable in terms of safety. We could hear cars racing down the street in the middle of the night loudly through the windows. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

We stay here whenever we are in Reno. Big rooms, remodeled interior, comfy beds, great staff, perfect location, and NO RESORT FEES! Only downside is that the free parking is a block away.

I highly recommend this hotel for families who need a lot of space. The one bedroom suite was perfect for us as a family of four with two large boys. Also, this hotel is VERY dog friendly. They even give you a little Goodie bag for your dog when you check in. The hotel restaurant is… OK. If you’re foodies, this might not be what you’re looking for, but if you’re just hungry for average food, it’s fine.
