The towels were thread bare, the bathroom seemed worn as did the rest of the room. It was clean but worn. gym had no towels, no cleaner, no wipes, no water cooler, limited equipment. Staff was very friendly, parking easy, location good, right off interstate.

Great check in. Attendant provided bottles of water and cookies. At the restaurant, the Smash Burger was really good and server was very attentive. However, when arriving at night I found the parking lot having little to almost no lights. This felt unsafe especially when traveling solo and departing the Hotel at 4 am.

In Syracuse, the "airport" hotels are not close to the airport terminal. They are all about 5 to 6 miles away. This hotel does a very good job with their shuttle service(s). The room is as clean as most business hotels these days, but I wouldn't give it more than 4 stars. The desk and restaurant staff are very good.

Our room was dirty upon check in with molding food in our fridge and potato chips open and crumbs all over our room. Our room was very hot and the ac was very weak we were not able to sleep at all the way our room was. We will not return to the hotel in the future

The front desk attendants were so kind and welcoming. The salmon from Seasons Tavern was DEE-LISH! The number one glitch -- and it mattered a lot to me -- was that when I went to get a towel after I showered, it unrolled to reveal stains. That was a gross-out moment for me (I'm a borderline germaphob, so there's that...). But the bed was divine and I enjoyed myself.

This was the dirtiest Hilton property I've ever stayed in. The tub was filthy with mold. We asked to clean our room the next day. It did not get cleaned. The hotel is dated. Breakfast is great and Dave the omelet maker is incredible.

The first employee who checked me in didn’t offer me a Double Tree complimentary cookie. I appreciate the other employee who was kind enough to give a cookie and a water. The first employee also put me on the very last floor of the hotel where I believe no one stayed. The room was spacious but dated. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the toilet seat was not very clean.

The place was very run down. It looks like there had been a leak in the floor above at one time but instead of painting whole ceiling only that spot was painted which just made it stand out even more. I'm not sure my room was actually cleaned before I got there. If anything they just emptied the trash, changed the sheets, and gave bathroom a quick wipe. I found water bottles under the chair, hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom and crumbs in the corner of the bathroom floor and above the waste basket it looked like some one had thrown liquid into the bin and splashed some on wall because there were drip marks. Also all the carpets in the hallways appeared to be dirty and the elevators as well. Would not choose to stay here again the next time I pass through. town.

The staff was really nice, but the hotel is in need of major repair. We were on the 4th floor and as soon as we got off the elevator there was a bucket with water dripping from the ceiling into it. Our room had major water damage on the ceiling and gave off a musty smell.

I will say the bathrooms are so small ! We liked the hotel but wouldn’t stay again because there was no room to get ready . We are a family of four .. 2 small kids . You can’t sit on the toilet and close the door .

Excellent Hilton property, amazing front desk staff even at 3am when I arrived, offered me complimentary drinks water etc, bed super comfortable lots of pillows sport sheets super clean big fluffy towels , the breakfast and the staff serving friendly happy food was fresh, none of that powder egg horrible stuff, fresh fruit, omelette station , bacon etc… amazing. So wish I could have stayed longer but will always come again. Well done Double Tree.

Housekeeping forced her way into my room 3 hours before checkout and with me still in the room. I asked her to leave and she wouldnt she continued to clean. I was so upset i was told i wouls be refunded and 5 days later i still havent seen any refund at all..

The front desk did not communication with housekeeping and our stay was interrupted 3 times by the housekeeping staff. When I went to the frontdesk to complain they offered to do nothing for the frist two interruptions. On the third interuption when I asked if they can offer me antyhing for the housekeeping walking in our room while it was occupied even though the do not disturb sign was on the door, they said they would give me a few points in which I never received.

Cheap rate. But it's not in central Syracuse. The area gets dark at night - a little hard to find. Hotel is fine. We went as a family and with friends and they were very good at accommodating what we needed :)

The hotel is basically a convention center. There were several meetings and events that made the lobby very crowded. The breakfast area an overcrowded and the cost wasn’t worth it. The bar didn’t open until 5:00 and with all the events and meetings it was impossible to enjoy the restaurant/bar.

Pool was way overcrowded..footballs flying around with no supervision.. Breakfast wasnt free which surprised us..My 12 year old and i had a couple pieces of fruit and a drink and we got a bill for $42.. Everywhere we stay breakfast bar is always complimentary..At over $200 a night it should be.. Bar and bartenders were excellent.. Food we had off the menu at the hotel wasn't great..Burnt pizza ..Location was safe and nice.. All the workers and staff were super nice and friendly ..

When I placed the reservation, I paid extra for breakfast. Receipt mentioned breakfast included. When I got there I found I had to pay extra for breakfast, which I did. Then found I had an additional surcharge of $25 that was charged to my card after I got home. It was not for the breakfast, because I paid for that in cash plus a tip. The breakfast was not anything special and comparable to hotels that offer free breakfast. The room was fine but not extraordinary. Don’t think I’ll return to a Doubletree.
