Excellent Amenties

I stayed 5 nights. The daily breakfast was horrible. Very cheap; paper plates, plastic utensils, terrible coffee, etc. The dining area was cramped and un inviting. The carpet in my room had stains that looked like dog 💩; maybe it was. The 3rd floor hallway was dark and my room’s door required a solid tug to secure. The fitness center is small. Basically a closet for one person to work out. The toilet paper was like paper; again very cheap. This place has potential, but I feel the owners don’t want to invest in the property. I would not recommend and won’t stay there again.

Did not care for much. fold out couch was a wiry cot with no pillows or sheets. Bed linens had stains. Room was way smaller than expected with an odor. Outdated. Tried to stay out of room on the trip as much as possible. Fitness center was a broken water cooler and a treadmill. Breakfast was not good (bordering on inedible) and the coffee machine was broke. waffle was the only safe thing. Will never go back. ever

The elevator broke the morning we were leaving, I received an injury and it was very difficult to get from the 3rd file to the car with all our belongings workout an elevator

We were very thankful for all the help that Kirsten at the front desk provided for us. We made a mistake by booking a queen bedroom. She worked very hard to accommodate us and have us moved to a king bedroom. She was very friendly, courteous and attentive to all of our needs. She is an exceptional employee. The manager Neilish was also wonderful and personally explained, and apologized for an elevator issue and offered to help us get our bags down when we checked out. We stayed on two separate occasions in 2 weeks. We asked if we could have the same room on our return and in spite of being very busy, he saved the room for us.

Very kind staff who accommodate where they can. Good breakfast. Basketball court, which is great if you have older kids especially since there is no pool. Super comfy beds. Not much for dressing up the sofa bed to make it sleepable and even the boys who were sleeping there at ages 10 and 11 knew they were not comfortable. Mold in the shower and lower water pressure. Also a lot of garbage swept out of reach under the bathroom vanity. If you normally just use the hotel shampoos and soaps, make sure you plan to bring your own for this hotel - there is not much here. Very nice two night stay in a very spacious room with a full sized fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, and plenty accommodating for two adults and five kids.

The room was nice, the pull out bed is not so nice. It was stained with NO sheets to be found in the room to be used with it. Our air conditioning didn’t work properly and our toilet was constantly running so it was hot and noisy. I did like the location though the parking lot and the entrance to the hotel could use a new surface. The free breakfast in the morning was very nice. They had a glitch they told me in their computer system so we had like three people knocking on our door wondering if that was our room or not. That was pretty annoying. If you’re looking for a pool, this is not your hotel. If you’re looking for a nice restaurant or bar inside the hotel, then again, this is not your hotel. It was pretty close to lots of different restaurants and shops.

Loved the front desk attendant . The breakfast was amazing. Even had a basketball court!

Notified staff that bathroom must not of been cleaned prior to stay in our room. Bathroom counter had a razor blade on it and next to that also tissue holder disassembled with bottom tray containing decent amount of residue all inside. The holder looked to not be cleaned for months due to the amount of white powder buildup. Gross!! With fentanyl being as deadly as it is concerns this need to be taken into a higher level of urgency when found. Staff offered nothing besides a giggle & a thank you for telling us. No money back or discount or even a we will alert house keeping for upcoming visitors.

Whatever cleaning products are used the room has a very strong sharp odor. Gets in clothes etc. bathroom needs better cleaning. Tv had chip missing out of screen. For such highly rated property was disappointing

The hotel has a kitchenette and sleeps five, which is nice. The carpet, furniture, TV and linens must be 20 years old. The bathroom is small and the air vent in the bathroom was clogged with at least 10 years of dust. The staff was friendly. The combination makes this a budget choice only.

Room had dead bugs , possibly roaches, laying around in various places. It caused us to want to leave.

My room as well as the entire property is spotless and so well maintained that if I didn’t know better, I’d think I’m the first guest ever! Very comfortable and well appointed room. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to town.

It was clean very cleaning the rooms are really big with full size refrigerators, two burner glass top stoves, full size kitchen sink with garbage disposal, full size dishwasher, and microwave with a king size bed and a full size pull out couch. The bathroom is big and a big clean tub. We had no issues quiet and peaceful clean clean it was we stayed for a steelers game and they were the cheapest hotel in the area perfect location to shopping and restaurants and a quick trip to Walmart we will be back in the future for games in town

Comfortable, clean room. Love having a full size kitchenette, including ice maker. Generous breakfast with hot and cold items. Reasonably easy drive to Acrisure stadium for concert.

It was overall an okay hotel there isn’t much to complain about other than the smell when we first got to our hotel room. It just smelled kind of old. Other than that it was pretty good the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The included breakfast was pretty standard but also really good.

the first night the AC went out and had to change rooms. Got to the second room. The bedding was not clean. The bed and sofa was not comfortable at all. They need to do better. Was looking for another hotel but everything was full in the area.

My air conditioning unit was not working

Rosa at checkin was very nice. Room was fine. However internet didn’t work until close to 9 pm. Worst part was room never got below 75 degrees. Wall stat was set down to 66 but air conditioning was obviously having a bad day. Was very uncomfortable.

The stay was overall good but the room had a slight musty odor.

This is a suite hotel. There’s a kitchenette in the room. The front desk lady is not friendly at all. The room is not very clean. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable.

Our AC was not working properly, making our first night very uncomfortable. We asked the front desk four times to please have a service technician service our AC. No one ever came or followed up with us. Our bathroom had a tub/shower combination. It had no restraining bars or other means to prevent falls. This unsafe condition needs to be corrected.

Breakfast was lacking, service was nto keeping up to demand of customers. Staff at breakfast was not friendly or helpful.

Quwana checked us in and was very friendly and quick. We only stayed for 1 night, but we would definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Pittsburgh again.

Avoid this hotel. In disrepair. Cabinet doors hanging from hinges, beat up furniture. The fold out saga bed is disgusting, but we needed to use. Unfriendly staff, disinterested. Expensive.

Let’s just at it wasn’t pleasant. Checked in, room was cooling. Turned temp down. Went out sight seeing and came back in the early evening. Called front desk to get assistance with thermostat on ac. Desk said use wall unit, not unit control on ac. Did that, no change. Room was stuffy all night. Called next morning (we were staying 2 nights) and asked for someone to come look at it. They said maintenance man would come look. Hours go by, wife goes down to front desk asking for fresh towels and have our room refreshed. And what the status was with the maintenance man. Apparently he was off site getting parts, and he would check or room when he got back. No fresh towels at the desk, took til nearly evening to get our room serviced. “We are busy” they said. Ac never got looked at. Breakfast was horrible at best. Trying to get refunded through hotels.com but hotel isn’t answering their emails. Hotels wants to offer me $25 “one key” dollars to compensate. Nope, either refund me for one night or I’ll dispute charges w my credit card company and use other travel services. Hotels.com used to be great with the “10 stamps” for a free night. one key is a joke.

I have stayed here twice, when in Pittsburgh. It is a good value. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful with hot and cold options.

It was good experience and I like the location.

The only real drawback to the trip had nothing to do with the facility itself. The directions provided to get it were a bit confusing. The property sits on a hill, obscured by trees and surrounded by several other such facilities. It literally cannot be spotted from the intersection adjacent to it for that reason. But once there, the facility itself served its purpose. Breakfast was above average, and the employee who was at the front desk at the time of check out was particularly genial and pleasant.

We had a quick getaway for a Steelers game. Great location for the price. It's a bit away from the city but it's worth the drive to save the money. Direct access to highway and city area. Clean, comfortable, would stay there again.
