Does the basics extremely well. Beds are v comfortable. Kitchen area has everything you need. Especially appreciate provision of a small amount of dish-washing liquid and a scrubbie on the sink. Staff are helpful. Laundry is free to use.. but during my stay 4 machines were out of order, so that could improve. This is my 2nd stay. I will use them again.

I have stayed here before and the rooms are clean and the service is great. I would recommend the property as I will be staying there again in a few weeks. My overall rating of a 4/5 is because they started charging $5/day for parking in an outdoor lot that is not secured, so not sure what that gets and if you are staying for an extended period, it adds up.

This hotel was OK for my purpose, which was to stay near the airport for an early morning flight. This is definitely a no-frills hotel, for example, they had some food for sale in a refrigerator near the reception desk, but no other food. It seem to be set up for longer stays in which A hotel guest would go shopping elsewhere. it was disappointing that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel actually was through a contractor and that there was very little direct contact between hotel and the contractor. The result was that I waited for half an hour not knowing whether the shuttle would actually show up. it did show up, but I thought that a hotel in this day and age should have some contact with its shuttle other than an arrival schedule in the morning

This was my second stay as I jumped at the chance to stay again. This hotel is very clean and well-managed by friendly people who go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel has a small pantry with snacks and frozen foods, a gym, a coin laundry, an ATM and a small business center. The rooms are large and have lovely kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators. Larger appliances are available to borrow There is even a complimentary airport shuttle shaped with several other hotels, but very reliable for both pickups and drop-offs. They are within walking distance of a few eateries and a lot of places deliver. I've stayed at many extended stay type of hotels and this one is the nicest by far!!

The staff were so friendly. They had a very clean room available to us last minute for a great price. We got the studio which came with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop! They even had utensils, cups, plates, a toaster, pots and pans etc for us to use. It made us feel right at home. There was a great workspace available as well. The bathroom was nice and clean and I appreciated that they had liquid hand soap available and not just those soap bars that every hotel has. Only thing is that parking was an extra $5 a night but that wasn’t a problem for us. Very nice stay and I would 100% go back.

Hotel lobby and hallways had a bad odor. The room was muggy and smelled musty. AC vent in bedroom didn’t blow any air but worked in the living room area. So it was very hot in the bedroom. Half of laundry facilities were out of order.

The nice young lady that checked me in was awesome. I wish I could say the same for the woman at the desk when it was check out time. I stayed on the second floor and there was a smell in the hallway.

Great location outside of the big city. Everything and everything within the same locality. Suite was fair in pricing and large. Cleanliness of floors was ok. Our room smelled like a precious traveler might have smoked inside and the property had a mild smell. Would still stay again!

I like the facilities i don’t give them a 5 stars because I found roaches in the bathroom sink and in the kitchen sink besides that looks clean the elevator have bad smell customer service was ok you have to scream at them to come out to the front desk they never there always in the back parking lot was good kitchen have all you need to prepare a meal towels very white and clean bed clean house size refrigerator dishwasher machine stove very clean they supply the dishwasher soap plates and utensils they just need pest control more often I guess besides that the location is good you can even order Walmart or target delivery to your room door .

The bed was very comfortable, but the room needed new carpet as this was sticky and smelly. The heater blew the curtains up every time it turned on and they flapped all night. Came from Pittsburg International and they only had one cargo van making the rounds. You had to call when you arrived and it was about a 40 minute wait in chilly conditions.

My room did not have working a/c. The staff said it was an eco thing, and it would turn on when you’re in the room. It did not. I asked for another room, but they were fully booked. If I hadn’t just driven 12 hours, I would have gone somewhere else. Staff was friendly and accommodating though. I asked for and was given a box fan to use in my room. Would not risk repeating. I need my a/c.

Smooth check in, though the guy was telling me the check in info like he was an auctioneer, room itself was a decent size, computer chair didnt go up or down, worn chair arms, older flat screen TV. Shower was decent, good pressure, water was nice and warm. Bed/pillows were comfy. Had an issue on day 2 where the room next to me had the phone ringing endlessly, then they BLASTED music. I banged on the adjoining door to get them to stop to no avail, had to call the front desk to get them to turn it down. Big parking lot, and the hallways smelled wonderful!

This is the second time I have stayed here and it's become a hotel of choice. The staff is always friendly, there are shops and food choices near by and it's quiet. If there is any type of issue, the staff makes a point to fix it.

Checked in very late and the lady at the desk was wonderful. Only complaint was the ice machine wasn't working which seems to be a common problem these days. I would recommend this place.

Positive: close to airport, clean, decent hotel. Negative: when I called for airport shuttle, receptionist said he’s only sending if I was at door 8 when calling as idk the shuttle was seconds away. I waited 35 minutes. At checkin I was told, “Unfortunately since you are one of my last checkins and we are booked, I’ve put you in one of our least desirable rooms.” Why would you say that to a guest? Even if it’s true. it was steps away from front desk and it was noisy. Both ways Hotel Express drivers drove way too fast. This morning back to airport the other passengers and I were looking at each other in shock at how fast and erratic the driving was.

I arrived very late due to flight delays…I needed a late check out and was dismayed to find I had to pay $40!! I needed to use the shuttle service back to the airport the next day…was told it was prompt at :15 and :45 after the hour. It was a half hour late!! These are things that need to be on point!!! Very very disappointed! My review would’ve been better, but these things were huge and I will not stay here again!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Checked in and my key card did not work. Had to go back downstairs and wait for 3 more guests to check in until they could reswipe my card to give me access to my room. 8pm another guest walks into my room after their card works on my room. 10pm I'm woken up to a call asking me why am I in this room and who am I. No one should be in this room. I give my full name and check in time. The employee demands I tell them the name of who let me in. I have nothing but a key card with a room number how am I supposed to know the name. He says if I do not give a name the authorities will be called and I will be forced out. I ask him his name 3 times and he refused to give it. He says if I don't answer he will call the cops right now. I rush down the front desk thinking this has to be a prank. Had to go back downstairs and wait for 3 more guests to check in until they could reswipe my card to give me access to my room. 8pm another guest walks into my room after their card works on my room. 10pm I'm woken up to a call asking me why am I in this room and who am I. The room was large with plenty desk space if needed for work. Bed & pillows were soft and comfy. Very clean and quiet safe location. Walking distance to Target. Free shuttle to and from airport. If you just want an affordable clean comfy place to stay with no pool or hottub. This place is perfect.

Convenient location with lots of shopping centers. 15-20 min drive to downtown Pittsburgh. Very friendly staff. The dishes were a little bit dirty when we first checked in, could use a little more cleaning but other than that would recommend!

The evening staff person was spectacular! She was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken carw of when we wanted to use one of the grills. The morning staff girls, however, could not even be bithered to respond to a "good morning" or to even bother with guests. They were too busy texting or outside smoking. Very diaappointing lack of hospitality. We were given dirty looks for disturbing them by saying good morning and smiling at them. Otherwise our stay was good. Our room was clean and there was plenty of parking. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall a good value.

This place is basic but has everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly liked the full size fridge, dishwasher, and micro. Bath had space to spread out. Coffee was available in the morning, and some essential food items were available for purchase. Walk to Target or a couple restaurants across the street.

This was my second stay as I jumped at the chance to stay again. This hotel is very clean and well-managed by friendly people who go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel has a small pantry with snacks and frozen foods, a gym, a coin laundry, an ATM and a small business center. The rooms are large and have lovely kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators. Larger appliances are available to borrow There is even a complimentary airport shuttle shaped with several other hotels, but very reliable for both pickups and drop-offs. They are within walking distance of a few eateries and a lot of places deliver. I've stayed at many extended stay type of hotels and this one is the nicest by far!!
